Fantastic experience: I was in good hands when Dr Ankit Jain completed a major recrowning work with excellent results. He consulted me and kept me informed of his decision making process throughout. His expertise did not stop him from inviting his colleagues' input. Dr Ankit introduced his colleagues in the room and I was privileged to listen to their gentle consultations throughout. He maintained composure when challenged by unexpected throughout the entire two sessions, each, 2- to 3-hour long. I found Dr Ankit personable, humble, and gentle in his demeanour towards his colleagues and patients alike. He is my preferred dentist.

Fantastic experience: The dentists were very accomadating as i was a new patient with emergency dental needs. Very patient at working out the problem tooth, a cracked tooth needing extraction. A difficult extraction completed so well, no pain during extraction. I will definitely recommend and return to this Dental clinic. Thank you

Fantastic experience: I had an urgent filling that needed to be replaced and even though I wasn't an existing patient, I managed to get an appointment only 2 hours from my phone call. They also fixed another issue I had that Id been putting off while I was there and were understanding of my anxiety. Having moved to the area recently, Ill be making this my regular dentist.

Negative experience: The outcome of my mother's dental treatment at Pacific Smiles Leopold was severe pain, swelling, and a trip to the emergency department. Furthermore, the clinic was closed when it should have been open per its stated operating hours when she sought help the following day. The harm caused by the practitioner and the lack of professionalism on the part of the clinic is appalling. I strongly discourage anyone from seeking treatment from this and other Pacific Smiles clinics.

Negative experience: Went in last September with specific tooth pain. Was told here that nothing was wrong and sent home. Consequently pain was worse over the following weeks and another dentist did a root canal as there had been a crack in the tooth. A year on I still have pain and have finally been told the crack potentially goes through to the root of the tooth and I’m quite frustrated as I paid for many many ultrasounds here resulting in quite an expensive visit when I had to go elsewhere to get answers.

Negative experience: All great promises at the beginning, 2 years later I am still without side teeth and my front don't touch. Just be careful what you wish for. They couldn't help me after they removed my teeth.

Fantastic experience: I too am someone who has pretty bad anxiety about going to the dentist. I saw Dr Guirguis today for a filling. Both the Dr and the female assistant where very calm & patient. Which helped me relax a bit better. Will definitely be coming back here in the future..... but hopefully not for a while!

It was my first visit to a dentist after a very traumatic incident 7 years ago - I explained this in detail to Dr Woods and she was incredibly kind, caring, gentle and compassionate throughout my visit. She was understanding of my concerns, addressed my very obvious anxiety in a highly professional manner and developed a treatment plan that suited the work I need perfectly and set me up with consultations with an Invisalign specialist as per my request. I couldn’t have hoped for a better visit and Dr Woods deserves the highest praise for her incredible work.
