Fantastic experience: Dr 'Sam' Abbas is an experienced clinician who aims for perfection and in my experience didnt fall short. Negative experience: Went in for a clean and a couple of fillings after numerous return visits due to persisting pain where a filling was performed. I was informed that my tooth had cracked and the nerve was exposed. The recommended treatment was either extraction or a root canal, no accountability was taken. I was dismissed, customer service was rude and my complaint was sidelined. After a second opinion, multiple x rays and tests I discovered the tooth was not cracked and in fact the filling was done incorrectly and as a result was pressure sensitive. I DO NOT recommend, unprofessional and uninformed.

Negative experience: Very poor job at fixing a chipped tooth. Had to return the next day to amend, was then made to feel like an a-hole when advising the issues I could feel on the tooth and was even questioned “why did you come here in the first place?”. Wasn’t fully aware of how poor a job I received until I returned to my preferred dentist, who fixed the mistakes; no smoothing attempted, jagged edges and a “ledge that was noticeably hitting” my bottom row; the exact issue I was belittled for bringing up. Do yourselves a favour and go to TC Smiles instead.

Negative experience: Will never be returning 15 minutes to remove calculus and clean my teeth, not interested in working with my very slight sensitivity at all. Charged my health fund $92 for calculus removal and $52 for clean and examination. No check of the tongue and the jaw. I will be going straight back to my old dentist and paying the extra $70 out of pocket to make sure my teeth are in perfect condition and also to receive Friendly service with a smile. These people rip you off and eventually the private health won’t cover anything

Fantastic experience: Treatment with Dr Ben Watt has been amazing. He has been very thorough and efficient and has a very calm manner. He’s communicated with me really well throughout the whole process of every treatment which is very reassuring and makes me feel as comfortable as possible. Also saw Dr Abbas for my daughter who was very genuine and helpful. All the staff are really lovely and I will definitely be going back. This will now be my family’s regular dentist. Fantastic experience: The team at Tweed are excellent. Reception staff are efficient and friendly. The dentist (Dr Sharon Timoney) is very proficient and her supportive equipment impressive. Sharon is not only extremely competent but applies her skills with sensitivity. No discomfort or pain was experienced and Sharon provided an explanation for the treatment undertaken. I was very impressed and would not hesitant to recommend the dental practice as a source of excellent and empathetic treatment.
