Negative experience: Biggest pack of liers. If I could less stars I would. Absolutely the worst dental experience I have ever had. Very unprofessional, let me choke on saliva or the rubber thing multiple times and got angry at me when I tried to pull the thing out of my throat. Kept pushing through the pain even though I expressed I was not numb. I mentioned to them twice about how if it's infected it won't numb properly and they basically told me to shut up and hold on. After 4 hours of not being numb and them trying to pull a tooth out I said enough is enough three times before my partner had to step in to get them to stop. They have since been very difficult to deal with have have not sent through my xrays, and even lied and got angry with my partner when she asked what was happening. And we have filled out the x-ray request form at the new dentist over a month ago and they haven't sent them. We called them again today after I have had to pay for xrays a second time because they still refuse to send them and she is just lying through her teeth, trying to blame everything on the system or on the new dental place. By far the worse dental experience I have ever had. If I could tell everyone to never go here I would.

Fantastic experience: It was my first time at DonEast Supreme today, and I surprisingly had a very pleasant experience with Dr Najlah I dislike going to the dentist because in the past, other dentists make me feel bad for overlooking expensive treatments and shame me in chair, they go too rough on my mouth, and also try to upsell their products. It's really hard to find a good dentist who isn't a POS. But Dr Najlah was positive and gave me honest advice, she was gentle with cleaning and gave time to discuss issues with my teeth. The receptionist was also very friendly and attentive. I will definitely be returning to DonEast Supreme Dental, highly recommend!!

Fantastic experience: I came to DonEast Supreme Dental for a general check up and also to get a tooth that has been causing me issues checked. Dr Brendan Chang did a very thorough assessment and provided me with detailed options and rationale to help me decide the right treatment option to take, making me feel like he really cared, and at the same time without being pushy (which I found other dentists I have been to were). I decided to get a root canal treatment and was glad I did. It was painless from beginning to end, and no post-treatment issues . Dr Brendan has been very patient answering all my questions and in making sure I was ok throughout, and most importantly, that I was happy with the outcome. He also gave me clear and concise instructions on how to take care of my tooth after. I definitely recommend Dr Brendan Chang and his highly professional and patient-centred approach to dentistry.

Fantastic experience: I personally hate going to the dentist, but due to the fact that I have become increasingly insecure about my gab in my lower teeth,I have decided to get my invisalign treatment done at DonEast Supreme Dental. They are all so nice and very helpful, and it is so great that they talk to me more like a way that friends and family talk to me. I feel very comfortable every time I go there and even though I don't have a full result yet, I am already so pleased with how nice and helpful the team is. Positive experience: Dentists are very good & very gentle. Appointments are always on I've never had to wait more than 10mins (other dentists up to an hour). Whaleed is the best dentist I've ever had. He has an amazing bedside manor, he is so helpful and so generous, he really looks after and cares about his patients. I need a lot of work and he always taking the cost into account and does his best to minimise this while still maintaining a very high standard of work. He is not pushy and never judges. I always felt self conscious going to the dentist but he makes me feel very comfortable. I used to need gas but since seeing him I've stopped using it! Highly recommended this dentist but he is in high demand if you don't mind which location you visit the wait is less. (He works 7 days a week!)

Negative experience: Went in for a check up and found need to have a root canal. Cracked teeth during a root canal and now I am up for a $4,500 implant. I think I will take a trip to Bali instead!
