Negative experience: Hi, Thank you for your response. I left three stars because my experience with the cosmetic work on my front teeth was unsatisfactory. Despite multiple visits and several attempts to redo the work (around three times), the clinic was unable to achieve a high-quality result. Each visit was charged separately, and the overall cost was higher than in many other clinics. Given the pricing, I expected a much better outcome. Unfortunately, this was not the case. I am also aware of other dissatisfied patients, although Google mostly shows positive reviews, which does not reflect my personal experience. After the clinic relocated, I only received emails reminding me to book a cleaning, while the issue with the unsatisfactory cosmetic work was never properly addressed. At first, I felt scared and unsure — the word implantation alone can be intimidating. But I am deeply grateful to the clinic for the gentle, caring, and attentive approach at every stage. I have honestly never received so many compliments about how beautiful my gum is — it was something completely new and unexpectedly pleasant. As an eco-approach enthusiast, I truly appreciated the use of my own blood to create plasma. Knowing that a natural, biological method was used to support healing and successful implant integration gave me great peace of mind. The removal of the remaining tooth fragments felt especially frightening to me, but Dr. Arthur performed everything flawlessly, and I’m very thankful that it all went smoothly and comfortably. Positive experience: First visit and couldn’t be happier ! Very clean, friendly and professional Tv on the ceiling is a nice touch, so the little one can watch Operation Ouch ! Fantastic experience: Yesterday I’ve had the pleasure of visiting Canterbury Dental Smiles. Since my visit, I don’t think I can go anywhere else ever again. By nature I know that I can be a very difficult patient due to my fear of dentists . I was astounded by the professionalism and patience of the Canterbury Dental Smiles team as they did everything they could to make me feel comfortable. As I sat in the chair I wanted a large dose of anaesthetic in fear of pain. My dentist Arthur assured me that it is not needed and told me that he does not want to give my body the drugs that it doesn’t need. He then proceeded to give me a service that I could only describe as spectacular! I could instantly see the passion and will from Arthur to provide the best experience that he could. Now I have the million dollar smile that I’ve always wanted! All thanks to Arthur and his amazing team.

Fantastic experience: Today was my daughter’s first time at Canterbury Dental Smiles. The staff were all so welcoming & friendly. Dr. Arthur took such great care of her! He took the time to educate me & explained the whole treatment process. Dr. Arthur saved us from unnecessary general anesthetic which was recommended by other three dentists we have visited prior. He then filled one of 7(!!!) cavities in such a relaxed and professional manner that my daughter wants to visit him again! Best dental visit I’ve ever had.
