Orthodontics on St Quentin

Negative experience: I strongly do not recommend going there. You never find the orthodontist worse than this. They book multiple appointments at the same time to see the orthodontist and all the treatments done by the trainees.

Negative experience: Whilst the service and braces I received throughout my treatment was great (pricey but worth it), I felt I needed to leave this review for after care service. I understand that I am not a current patient, but after spending the amount of money I did and all treatment via Orthodontics on St Quentin, I would expect abit more of care / understanding. The wire on the back of my teeth actually came loose after quite sometime after having my braces removed, I contacted Orthodontics on St Quentin and they advised me the wait to obtain a appointment would be 3 weeks, even after explaining that the wire was actually pointing downwards and cutting onto my tongue the receptionist said they couldn't help. After contacting a few different other Orthodontists, they explained a new patient fee would be charged (aprox $500) where Orthodontics on St Quentin wouldn't be charging me this , they all encouraged me to contact my original orthodontist as the wait time should be moved forward given what needed to be done and they had as they had all my information and x rays. Contacted St Quentin again, advised they still couldn't do anything and can't be pushed forward, they recommended me to go speak to dentists to see if they can help to cut the wire so it's not digging into my tongue. After contacting my family dentist, was seen within 24 hours given it was treated as an emergency with a wire digging into my tounge, dentist re-glued the wire and was all finished within 10 minutes.

Fantastic experience: Dr Siva and the team from Orthodontics on St Quentin has been very supportive, professional and overall it has been a really positive experience. Dr Siva's ability to connect with his clients on a personal level is one of many talents. My son was fully engaged in this process and gained a full understanding on what was going to happen, why it is needed and what are the benefits in the long term. This tailored approach along with his expertise is what makes Dr Siva and his team stand out from others. We are very happy with our experience with Dr Siva and his team and will continue to refer family and friends to Orthodontics on St Quentin.

Fantastic experience: Dr Siva and his team have been very professional. From the initial consult, the treatment plan was explained thoroughly with us and options discussed. He also really ensured our children were on board with the whole treatment plan, not just us as the parents. He is very considerate and patient and works precisely whilst also so gentle with our children. We are so pleased with the results- our daughters teeth look amazing.

Fantastic experience: After years of debating whether to go through with adult orthodontics or not, I finally decided it was something I wanted to do. I wanted nothing but the best. Therefore I consulted with three different orthodontists before deciding to proceed with Dr Siva. It was an easy decision for me to make. There was no comparison. Dr Siva's work and practise was far superior to the others I had visited. Dr Siva devised an in depth treatment plan for me and explained everything in a simplified manner. My case has been quite complex as I required jaw surgery as part of my treatment plan and I also wanted as much of my orthodontic work to be invisible as possible, therefore we opted for Sure Smile Invisalign braces (a treatment I was denied by the other two orthodontists who claimed it was unsuitable for my case when in actual fact it turns out neither were actually skilled enough to apply these). I loved Dr Siva's approach. Nothing I requested was ever too much. Throughout the course of my treatment Dr Siva has been a pleasure to work with. He has been attentive and has always listened to my concerns and worked around my needs. He is an absolute perfectionist and a master of his work and will not settle for anything less than 100%. I am now coming to the end of my treatment with Dr Siva and I am delighted with my results and so happy that I followed through with him. Dr Siva's staff have also been an absolute pleasure to work with and his practise is beautiful and clean. Although Dr Siva's fee's were remarkably higher than other orthodontists, it has been well worth it and I wouldn't change a thing. I truly believe that you get what you pay for and now I have a beautiful smile I can proudly wear each day! Thank you Dr Siva.

Fantastic experience: I can highly recommend Dr Siva Vasudavan for a number of reasons. Firstly, as a paediatric ED nurse I had the pleasure of working alongside him many years ago, and watched how he interacted with parents and children in emergent circumstances. As a wife, I have seen the change in my husband after going through orthodontic treatment from start to finish with Dr Siva. Now as a mother of 2 children, one at the beginning of orthodontic care and the other halfway through, I have again been impressed by his ‘chair-side manner’ and the ease with which he interacts with them. His care plans are clear, expenses detailed in advance and his staff are personable and professional. We are thankful to have someone with such up to date knowledge and skills providing our care and recommend him to anyone needing orthodontic work done.

Fantastic experience: I chose to undergo orthodontic treatment with Dr. Siva from the period of 2014-2018. During this time, Dr. Siva completed regular adjustments with braces and various other apparatuses until my teeth were in the best possible final position. Throughout my treatment, Dr. Siva has always demonstrated a high level of competency, professionalism as well as being exceptionally well-prepared during all appointments. My experience at his practices in Berrigan and St. Quentin has always been effortless and I was always impressed by the quality and efficiency of each appointment. Fantastic experience: I met Dr Siva during my time at Harvard. An impressive knowledgeable young doctor then, he returned to Australia after his training at Children’s Hospital of Boston to pursue his dreams at home. I was fortunate enough to be able to visit his offices while visiting Down Under. His standards for the Practice, including staff and instrumentation, far exceeded the common accepted baseline here in the USA. Absolute attention to detail and an attitude of no compromise on quality are his salient traits. Fantastic experience: Couldn't be happier with the service and treatment we have received from Dr Siva and his wonderful staff. All the staff here are fantastic with the kids, making them feel comfortable so they aren't feeling anxious. My daughter is still undergoing treatment but we have seen a huge improvement already. Fantastic experience: I had my orthodontic treatment completed with Dr Siva over 3 years ago. It takes months and many scheduled visits to achieve the desired result. In that time you build relationship with the practice staff and they become family. Every single appointment, every bit of communication was nothing but pleasant, professional yet personal. It was also remarkable how genuinely nice and respectful to each other were Siva’s team. They all went above and beyond to accomodate my work schedule. They saw me early, late, they never cancelled my appointment if I was stuck in traffic. Nothing but care. They treat their patients the way they would like to be treated themselves. 10 out of 10 without a doubt.

Every appointment I had was exciting knowing that great and kind professionals were on duty to fix my teeth. All of the staff in Orthodontics are very kind and always wear their smile and they always make me feel very welcome and comfortable on every appointment for the past four years. Doctor Siva is truly amazing. He’s very professional and very smart. You can tell that he really knows his profession. I remember the time when they finally removed my braces, Dr. Siva told me that I was their hardest case ever. Although I was the hardest case they had, they were able to fix my teeth and the result is life changing. This only ahows that they are very good on what they do and now I can smile with confidence.

Fantastic experience: My husband wore braces as an adult to address both the functional and aesthetic concerns associated with his teeth and jaw. Dr Siva provided clear explanations of the treatment options during the initial consultation, and we were appreciative he pointed us in the right direction when it was outside the scope of orthodontics. Never once did my husband feel he was being pushed to pursue the more expensive surgery option, the pros and cons were presented to him so he could make an independent, informed decision. Dr Siva and his team provided outstanding service throughout the whole treatment process, the practice is state-of-the-art and you feel confident you are receiving the best treatment available. My husband can now confidently know his smile looks great and he has taken the right steps to protect his teeth for the long term.

Negative experience: Gets hygienists to do the work for him, so youre not actually seeing a orthadontist. I was told i would need to wear my braces for 12/18 months and now 3 years later i have still not finished the treatment with little or no explanation as to why its taking so long. Disgraceful service

Negative experience: I went here and was prescribed jaw surgery, which would cost $10k+ by itself. I went to a different orthodontist and jaw surgery was totally not required, also treatment cost was 30% cheaper.

Negative experience: They are part time in this location and it shows. After waiting more than three months to get a treatment plan, I went elsewhere. Over 2000 dollars in with multiple x rays, scans taken it felt like I was being processed to extract as much money as possible. In addition, I was referred to three specialists all with multi-month waiting times. In the end, went elsewhere and have since had my teeth sorted at a fraction of the cost quoted here. Can't recommend this business although the staff were always friendly and nice.
