Fantastic experience: I could not recommend Simply Orthodontics highly enough. After seeing a local orthodontist in Oak Park who made me feel that the treatment I would require would be too hard describing my case as a "burger with the lot" I found my way to Jonathan at Simply Orthodontics. He had an entirely different attitude and made me feel that the changes I was seeking were possible. Although my situation was complex, this didn't seem to be an issue at Simply Orthodontics. Now being on the other side of things with the braces removed, I could not be happier. If I could give Simply Orthodontics more than 5 stars, I would. Not only for the quality of the orthodontic work but also for the kind, friendly, warm and attentive team. Every single person I interacted with was the ultimate professional and made my whole experience with braces the best it could be.

Negative experience: Everyone is so helpful and generous except what happened today with one person, I have never came across before in centre. Her name is Sina, and was disappointing. She didn't assist me with my query and instead directed me to figure things out myself, making me roam around to solve my own booking issue. She was giving attitude and was rude. She was directing me to go to Broadmeadows instead just because she was unable to find me a booking slot. I wonder thats how she’d solve Pt. problems just by directing them elsewhere.

Fantastic experience: Dr Jason Yap and his team are amazing to deal with. They are very professional, friendly and polite. I'm very happy with the service, I highly recommend them! I'm very satisfied with the result from uisng invisilign.

Fantastic experience: Dr Jason is amazing, always extremely helpful. His team are always friendly and extremely helpful. Last minute phone call and they can always fit you in.

Positive experience: I do not recommend simply orthodontics I spent 3 years with them during my braces treatment for a extreme overbite And a lot of my concerns during the whole process was dismissed. As well as my concerns with cosmetics being undermined, even after spending almost $10k a payment plan for retainers was not an option and because of that my teeth have shifted only a few months later. I didn’t have a good experience during my whole time I felt uncomfortable. I have seen other places since who addressed my cosmetic concerns and made me feel comfortable. I wish I went somewhere else. They put a permanent wire only on my bottom teeth and not my top for some reason. Now I’m going to have to spend more money again, I suggest you do your research and go somewhere else. I wouldn’t waste your money

Fantastic experience: Amazing team and friendly staff

Fantastic experience: I’ve just had my braces taken off and I can’t believe the outstanding results that has been achieved after wearing them for 2 years. Jonathan and his team have been amazing during the entire process and I would highly recommend him to anyone who wants to have their teeth corrected. I travelled 40 mins each way as I am prepared to be treated by the best in the business. Thank you once again to Jonathan and his team, I love my teeth and now have a permanent smile on my face.

Fantastic experience: I can not recommend Jason from Simply Orthodontics enough. I have entrusted him with the orthodontic treatment of both my son and daughter. His approach is professional and caring. He has a wonderful rapport with my children, making them feel comfortable from the very first appointment. His work is brilliant and we couldn’t be happier with the results. My son experienced trauma to his teeth as a result of a sporting incident. Jason went above and beyond to treat him. He responded calmly and professionally, rectifying the injury with ease. He really demonstrates passion for his work and genuine concern for his patients. He is extremely kind and caring. I highly recommended Jason and his team.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely brilliant Orthodontic treatment for our daughter Nadia. Her teeth look beautiful and we are so happy with the end result. Dr Jonathan Skilton and his team are highly skilled, professional and friendly. Highly recommended!

Positive experience: Service is fantastic! But they're operating hours are not flexible for working people. Also, they are closed on the weekend too. If you had any issues during the weekend, you need to wait to contact them on Monday.

Positive experience: Fantastic service but not very accommodating hours for working people on follow up appointments. No appointments past 3.15pm?? That's ridiculous

Fantastic experience: I'm about two thirds of the way through my 24 months and every appointment has been nothing but polite and professional. Jason is great at what he does and all of the staff I have met have been polite kind and competent.

Fantastic experience: Dr Yap has always been happy to answer my questions and is always polite and smiling. He has put up with me over the 2 years and im not the perfect patient as I have sensitive teeth so I am grateful for his help.

Fantastic experience: John and the staff at simply orthodontics we're amazing through the whole process. Everything was explained in detail, scheduling was easy, all issues and queries were addressed and looked into ASAP. The most important part, the final product looks and feels great. Would highly recommend Simply to anyone looking for braces!

Fantastic experience: I have been getting my lingual braces done with Dr Jason Yap and I cannot be happier with the results and experience. He is very professional, makes me feel very comfortable, answers all my questions, and is patient and kind. His clinic is a very comfortable environment. If you’re looking for somebody trustworthy and reliable to do your orthodontic work I would strongly recommend Dr Jason Yap.

Fantastic experience: Having been to other orthodontists, I can see that this place has amazing service and staff that really go above and beyond for their clients. It was always a delight to come in. Dr Jason was incredibly attentive to all my needs and questions; I never left the office feeling worried or confused. Fantastic experience: I don't like the orthodontist. I get nervous every time I pay a visit. But Simply Orthodontics is just amazing! Whenever i walk in, the receptionists are always there smiling, waiting to greet me. My orthodontists are so nice, and know what to say to make you feel less uncomfortable when they are prodding and poking around in your mouth. There is honestly not one person that works there that isn't lovely and isn't smiling! Simply Orthodontics is by far the best orthodontist I've ever been to and is simply great!

I have had my braces on for just over two months, in that time I have had one check up for tightening and have had no pain what ever, I haven't had to put no wax on. Fantastic experience: I love going to Simply Orthodontics! It is a great place. The staff there are friendly and really make you welcome. The orthodontists know what there doing, and inform you on everything. The people at the reception (Doris!) are so nice, and always put a smile on your face. I found that Simply Orthodontics had the best prices and payment plan. Also I can't believe the changes in my teeth from the braces, and it's only been around 4 months. They have worked so hard. Overall, everyone should go there!

Fantastic experience: I love simply orthodontics. They keep you in the best state and always make sure you are comfortable and happy. The waiting room is really inviting and the chairs in the consultation rooms are so comfortable. If I had to go to some place else, I would be honestly stupid to do so (I would never go some where else!) Oh, and I must say that Doris is a lovely receptionist! Plus I can't forget The brilliant Orthodontist Jason! Going to Simply Orthodontics is something that I will never reget!:)

Fantastic experience: I am one of simply orthodontics patients!!:) I am very amazed by their work!! If you want to find out more, keep reading to find out how great they are...... In May, I got an expander (plate) put in my mouth to widen my jaw. I have a cross bite(but not any more)!! When my two front teeth come out(the ones next to the big teeth), I am getting braces on the four front top teeth. But so far so good! I am very happy that while they were putting my plate in, it did not include needles and it did not hurt! I deffinetly recommend it to others and they have done a great job, but still have a bit more work to do(by that I mean my braces)! The staff are very kind and they talk you through everything! I love simply orthodontics and the make me feel happy and confident! I have to tell them all the great work they have done and thank them for every thing! The person that sees me is Jason Yap! He is very friendly and always makes sure with me that nothing hurts! Well , thats my opinion of simply orthodontics!!.......... P.S. I am only a kid!! :)

Fantastic experience: Upon arriving to Simply Orthodontics I am welcomed to a warm and friendly community. The TV presents jubilant smiles of the other patients that undergo treatment from a crooked grin to a gleaming smile. The receptionist, Doris greets you with a polite and friendly smile and is always helpful. Dr Skilton and the other orthodontists make you feel comfortable and calm. Simply Orthodontics gave me a reason to smile.
