Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend Dr Shiv highly enough. After avoiding the dentist for almost 17 years due to severe anxiety, I was terrified to seek help, but from my very first appointment he completely put me at ease and removed my fear of the dentist. My teeth were in a very poor state due to medication-related enamel damage and decay, yet Dr Shiv was kind, patient, and never judgmental. I’ve since had extensive dental work including multiple root canals, crowns, extractions, and will soon have implants. Throughout it all, his focus has always been on saving as many of my teeth as possible and giving me every option on treatment. Thanks to Dr Shiv, I have my confidence back and can finally smile without shame or embarrassment. Truly life-changing care.

Fantastic experience: Booked an emergency appointment with Dr Brintha who was the most kind and compassionate dentist I have ever met. Whilst she wasn’t able to help, she reassured us that further treatment was critical and provided suggestions of surgeons to contact as soon as possible. Hoping she will be able to assist with further dental work in the future.

Fantastic experience: Five stars. Went when I had a very bad toothache was even giving me a headache. They told me the root cause of the problem and my options and also gave me a mouth wash of savacol to use. After using the mouth wash the first time the pain significantly decreased and after three washes I’m having no pain now. Have been here once before and they were good then too. Highly recommend.

Negative experience: Extremely disappointed with the inaccurate opening hours listed on their website. I was in severe pain from a tooth issue and drove to both their Norwest and Baulkham Hills locations, only to find both clinics closed despite their website stating they were open until 9PM. This was not only frustrating but also completely unacceptable for a healthcare service. If you list certain hours you should honour them or at least update them to reflect reality. Would not recommend relying on this clinic in an emergency.

Fantastic experience: I hysterically snapped my front tooth down the middle, not knowing where to go… I ended up at Baulkham hills,and I saw DR shiv who even without myself having to explain what happened, made the whole position feel so comfortable and fixable. He told me the prices, procedures and effects without having to ask and got onto it fast. I will forever be grateful that they were able to give me the confidence I lost when I did this. And would I highly reccomend this dentist over all the others I’ve been too previously. Thanks dr shiv and the centre for being so friendly and lovely in such a scary vulnerable spot.

Fantastic experience: Great dental clinic, I've been going here for over 20 years and now travel an hour to go there because they are so excellent. Would also recommend Dr Nibir Hossain! He is brilliant! He gives great treatment but also explains preventative methods that go above and beyond "brush and floss twice a day". You can tell he really cares.

Fantastic experience: I see Dr Merlin and Dr Winnie here and no matter the situation i am in they have always shown me kindness and helped me overcome my fear of dentistry I have had fillings, root canals, and no matter what the procedure is, they do it with care, guidance, and look after me through it all. Negative experience: Worst experience. Please do not go to Dr Ben at Baulkham hills. Giving 1 star only because they are open on Sunday.

Fantastic experience: After getting the run-around by 2 dentists in town, I made an emergency appointment today. They quickly got me in. Not only was I greeted by the nicest receptionist, I was quickly seen by Dr. Nibir Hossain and I have to say he's the nicest, kindest dentist I've ever seen. Went out of his way to make sure my procedure was as pain-free as possible. The other 2 dentists said I would need a general aneasthetic, Dr. Hossain did the entire procedure with local pain relief and it was less painful than my last cleaning. His assistant was super-nice as well. Today I have a new dentist for all of my future dental needs. If you see this Dr. Hossain, YOU ARE A LEGEND.

Positive experience: In a follow up review I got a call from the clinic the very next day and they offered to fix an appointment for permanent filling the very same day. Dr. Shiv was very professional and attended to my child in a caring manner. ************ Dr. Micheal S....Very rude dentist.. just asked if he could do the permanent filling instead of temporary if he has the time and he went on to give a lecture on how the receptionist was " fitting me in".. that was unnecessary as a simple " I am booked out " . would have been sufficient. It was not an urgent appointment and he didn't need to 'fit me' in. I will avoid this"fit me in doctor" in future. The receptionist is kind though and pleasant to deal with.

Negative experience: It was less than a month after I had a new crown here. My teeth in the middle were squeezed out and I fell very uncomfortable . The gap between the middle teeth becomes very narrow, and the teeth are jammed every time . I always lick the out part of tooth with my tongue , then hurt my tongue. The dentist said that he couldn't see it from only two scanner . (Maybe it’s really hard to see it by pictures , but I can feeling big change) . if I needed to correct it, I would need to spend more than $2000 and two months to correct it. It's unfortunate, I did lots of crown before. never never thought this would happen because of having a new crown then I need correct my teeth. Otherwise I have to endure it.

Negative experience: Called them up and said they want the cash up front before they even do the job. I was in a lot of pain with my wisdom teeth and all they care about is money not the pain you're going through.

Negative experience: Omg. I told the dentist 3 times why I came to this practise. Because my dentist doesn't use shield at x-rays . Then she goes and does it without it. I don't have words...how about listening to the patient? Disgrace..save your trip and go elsewhere!

Fantastic experience: I called the Dental Centre distraught with pain, they booked me an urgent appointment and saw me a few hours later. Dr Shiv was really professional, easing my nerves and explaining everything very clearly. After the appointment I got a call from the lovely receptionist checking up to see how my pain levels were. Beyond impressed with this centre, will be bringing my husband and our daughter for check ups with them from now on!

Fantastic experience: My hunt for a good dentist is finally over after visiting this clinic. Dr. Shiv was very thorough, attentive and had a great manner. The receptionist was also so lovely. There was a mixup with my appointment and she rectified it quickly. A friendly and professional team! The opening hours are perfect for the full time shift worker like myself. Fantastic experience: Dr Shokman is certainly a good dentist, makes you feel comfortable and good about yourself. And even the receptionist lady is very nice. The other day I took my 3 year old daughter with me for a checkup. I thought I would show her how easy and painless it was by going first for my cleaning. But it had the opposite effect, and she freaked out with all those whirring and buzzing tools in my mouth, and started crying. The receptionist quickly came to the rescue ushering her out and keeping her engaged with some crayons and activity sheets; that was nice of her. Thanks!

Negative experience: Send me an unpaid invoice for a visit 7 months ago, I rang up and said how is it possible that I would be allowed to leave the premise without paying for my procedure. They then changed the story and said it was for my son's treatment. Treated me like a liar. I had to rang the health fund to proof that the outstanding invoice was paid before they would correct their error. Never going back.

Fantastic experience: I had an infection from my previous dentist right after i did a filling, it was really painful for weeks and my previous dentist couldn't fix it right away. Took me weeks for waiting and the pain was really intense, it goes to my Jaw and ears, it made me took panadol everyday. . So i went to Bhdc emergency dentist instead, they took care of me really fast, The doctor that helped me was Dr.Shiv Shashi. Everything was really professional.and the doctor knows what he's doing . the pain is slowly going away, and the doctor told me everything i needs to know. Good service. So I really recommend this place . Especially big thank you for Dr.Shiv Shashi

Fantastic experience: Last week I had a pain in the jaw which got bad very quickly. I couldn't get in to see my regular dentist until 5 days later so I found Baulkham Hills 7 Day Dentist on the net. I rang at just before 10pm and they booked me in for the next morning. Dr Winnie was awesome and I am now thinking of changing to her. To put this into perspective I am so afraid of dentists I used to drive to Qld from Sydney to see one I trusted. Thanks for the fast, great affordable service :)

Fantastic experience: Excellent dental practice. Punctual Appointment times. Well organised patient friendly and empathetic team led by Michael. Minimum discomfort. This is good for me because my history with the dental profession had been pockmarked with paranoia and nightmares of pain and large implements on a tray and a step ladder to gain entry to my mouth!

Fantastic experience: On Sunday 10/7 16 owing to a lot of pain in my jaw I contacted Baulkham Hills 7 day Dentist Centre. No-one is more afraid of dentists (owing to 2 previous bad experiences) than me. I was introduced to Dr. Shiv Shashi who informed me of a badly decayed top tooth PANIC Dr. Shashi put me at ease and 20 minutes later the tooth had been removed, totally without pain. I no longer have a fear of the dentist thanks to him. I have another appointment booked in three weeks for a filling and I'm not at all worried about it I would highly recommend this dental practise and Dr. Shashi

Fantastic experience: I had a difficult tooth extraction which needed surgery to remove. I was treated by a young dentist Dr Shiv Shashi, who obviously knew what he was doing, although he looked young enough to be my grandson. He treated me with respect and answered my questions. His calm manner gave me confidence during process. He will follow up in a couple of days. I hesitate to come to a dentist and inevitably leave things too long, but I would certainly recommend this young man. Thankyou.

Operating business on a Sunday saved me from the agony of extreme tooth ache. I must also thank my regular dentist for his shonky workmanship that brought me to Baulkham Hills 7 Day Dental Centre.
