Negative experience: This was my first visit. I can't speak of Dr Maya's technical skill, but I found her to be very robotic and lacked basic people skills. There was no smile, and the demeanor felt cold and unfriendly. A more welcoming and personal approach is essential when dealing with new patients, and unfortunately, this was missing.

Fantastic experience: Today was my first visit to Pacific Smiles for an emergency broken veneer. Booked online late on a Friday night for a 9.00am Saturday appointment . My tooth was repaired with minimal fuss and no pain in 30 minutes by Dr Maya Ghannad. Receptionist was welcoming and helpful. Very happy with this Practice. Thank you for repairing my smile

Fantastic experience: I found Dr Foram Gadhiya to be extremely caring, competent and personable. She provided helpful advice and tailored the treatment to my specific needs. Importantly, she also provided clinical reasoning underpinning her advice which was understandable and made sense. Elsewhere, I've experienced previous dentists and hygienists who over-serviced (via excessive deep cleaning) which caused unnecessary additional problems and discomfort while costing significantly more. I'm grateful to have found a much better alternative.

Fantastic experience: Having had a traumatic experience with a dentist in France 20 years ago, I was beyond hesitant to have a tooth I needed to have removed, removed, and had put off my appointment for over 6-weeks until yesterday, when I saw Dr Josh Yoon. Josh was beyond amazing - in his understanding of my extreme hesitancy (fear?), his bed side manner managing that, of course his expertise in extracting the tooth, and his follow up to make sure I was OK the following day. Sensational service!!

Positive experience: Dr. Mahyareh is professionally skilled, but I didn't get the warm welcome I'd expect from a dentist. I gave her the benefit of the doubt after my first visit, hoping things would improve, but they didn't on my second session. Additionally, I'm puzzled why an OPG X-ray was taken only AFTER a check-up without her providing any overview or comments! I hope I'm mistaken, but it made me feel like she was only charging my private health fund.

Negative experience: The dentist didn't put a plastic cover over the OPG machine mouthpiece before my x-ray :( Edit: It is my personal opinion that despite their reply they have no interest in improving their service. The dentist, the receptionist and the practice manager separately stated to me that unless a patient is under their preferred insurer, the cost of a standard check up and clean for a new patient is $599.00.

Fantastic experience: From the moment you step in and greeted by the friendly receptionist to the perfect dentist, you just feel so relaxed and that’s saying something when going to a dentist. Dr David Zulman is so calming, friendly, professional and very knowledgeable, but most of all he cares and makes you feel so relaxed. He is the only dentist I look forward in seeing, he is brilliant. Fantastic experience: Great experience. Saw Dr Sue Patel and she made me feel comfortable and reassured me with everything. Her assistant was lovely also. As one who had not a nice experience as a young girl going to the dentist I felt quite at ease today. The receptionist was lovely too. Rooms are clean and very professional. Fantastic experience: A wonderful experience having moved to a new area and needing somewhere family friendly. Extremely friendly staff, very child friendly, and helped soothe my crying baby, and very reassuring to my preschooler for their first dental experience. Negative experience: I've visited this branch lately and they didn't inform me in person and then randomly assigned me to another dentist. The whole visit was very awkward and uncomfortable. I paid my bill but won't go back anymore. Now I have to book another dentist to check my teeth. Hope no more people experience this anymore.

Negative experience: Incompetent. They lost my file in the database so I had to come in as a new patient. This resulted in paying the new patient costs such as xray scans, etc. They even lost the record of me ever visiting but had my name as a blank file on the database so I was definitely there. Also had the same issue as others with non-transparency with price. If you visit here, ensure you enquire on anything because this location will try to avoid the topic. Running a business is more than just having good dentists. Please seek another dentist and avoid. Seems to be a common theme when looking at other comments. Read reviews and be careful before choosing a location. A mistake on my part.

Negative experience: I wish I could give negative stars. MAIN MESSAGE: Rita the Rude Receptionist (RRR) was super rude and spat in the face of Australian customer interaction standards. As an existing patient, I have never met Rita but she called me as I was late and I explained there had been a tree fall on Doncaster road, causing extreme delays. She said see you soon on the phone and then turned me away as soon as I walked in, and said I should come back the next day. Dr Maya the dentist took me in regardless (I'm very grateful for that). Then Rita barged in mid-appointment and said the new patients are in and at the end spoke to me again, really rudely. I was in tears for half an hour after as I had never been spoken to in such a manner. She said I have cancelled before and implied that she did not care to have me as a patient. My father tried to call and asked the number of times I had cancelled prior to today and she could not quantify or give reasons even when looking at her screen. There are genuine reasons for cancellation to dentist appointments when work, school and COVID-19 (in the past) are commitments that need abiding to. Rita kept hanging up when we tried to call to ask for feedback forms or online services, she refused to listen to us and hung up every time. There is no online support centre phone number that is a working or a connectable phone. I had written a review last time I had a bad experience but did not post it but this time has been horrifying.

Negative experience: Disgrace of lying. I brought my kids there to check, before that, the receptionist asked for my medicare card to check for child dental benefits. After she took my card and worked for a while, I asked her" How is the balance in there, still avalable for this time check up?". She said yes "all good, eligible". After finished, she took my card and scanned again and said "Your child is not eligible for dental benefit". I asked "But just now you told me it was fine." She said " I don't know, maybe system error". Only half an hour and system error changed from eligible to not eligible? I had to pay full for the service. The issue is I also hadve private insurance, just next week and it is activated after waiting period, I also mentioned that to her, said long time I didn't check my dental benefit for my kid, if not can wait until next week. She just honestly told me, using Dental Benefit or my insurance is still good, why need to lie, a few days different and I can not claim anything back and it's not urgent issue, only check up? Such a shame for a place like this. Now I can not trust anyone, just have to check everything before I go for dentist.

Negative experience: Horrible experience just for a general check up and cleaning. I walked out the door with tears, and sweaty clothes. I was so nervous, the dentist was tough for the whole cleaning process. But the girls at the front desk was nice and kind, warming and welcomed.
