Fantastic experience: My 11 year old daughter had a horrific experience at the hands of a dentist in Chatswood this afternoon, we went to Top Ryde Dentist as an emergency patient to fix my daughters butchered gum and attempted tooth extraction from earlier in the day. The staff at Top Ryde Dentist are exceptional, they were friendly, calm and professional. In addition they managed to complete the extraction without causing my daughter any pain or upset - I can’t recommend them more highly! They even stayed open late to see my daughter and despite already being late for a personal engagement the dentist made us feel welcomed and looked after, taking their time to explain the procedure with us thoroughly. If you are looking for a professional and capable dentist, I strongly recommend Top Ryde Dentist!

Negative experience: So rude, so unprofessional. Just saying you are not clean which was a shame for a dentist. Never ever recommend him. You replied you don´t have any record of me being there. So, I suggest to review the way you record the information. To remind you, my wife was also there and you also commented on the private insurance we had in an insulting way. No, I really don´t want to contact you which the unpleasant experience is over for me and my wife.

Negative experience: Do not recommend this dentist. Don't go to this place or you will regret. Very rude staff and dentist. It was a terrible experience. You do not have my record as a patient but I believe You must have my son's record as your patient. I was with my son and my wife when attending my son's appointment with you. Both our reviews are related to my son's appointment and as a dad I believe it is absolutely fair to write a review after the terrible experience that I had with my 6 years old son in Top Ryde Dentists. I also can confirm that neither me nor my wife have ever been contacted by you after we wrote our reviews. I am wondering why you have not replied my wife's review if you are serious about an apology.

Fantastic experience: I had an appointment yesterday, with my family of three, for a routine checkups and cleaning. Dr Fathiyeh is a great Dentist, highly skilled who gives you best advices for a comprehensive dental care with the best outcome. Nice place and the professionalism and friendliness of the whole team is outstanding.

Negative experience: Unprofessional, expensive and rude The poorest service I ever got in Australia. The dentist himself was the worst part of our visit. He was very rude and unprofessional. When I was asking about my son teeth health condition, instead of any explanation he asked about the area of my study and made a laugh at me. He continuously was complaining about working on my son teeth because he was not confident with working for kids but still wanted to do filling on his both teeth in a short appointment. Not a surprise all the good comments are from people of the same nationality, as he obviously benefits from having an office in an area which has many residents who talk in his language.

Fantastic experience: Top Ryde dentists has been looking after my teeth for many years and I find Dr Fathieh a professional who utilises his skill and experience carefully and amicably in the procedures and treatments of his patient's dental needs. One aspect of the clinic that I find outstanding is simplicity rather than focusing on luxury and commercial presentation like many other dental clinics. This enables them to be both cost effective and efficient, saving unnecessary costs that would be ultimately paid by patients.

Negative experience: Had an appointment this morning for cleaning my teeth. I arrived at 9 and sat down as no staff at the reception but I could hear some people talking in the inside offices so I thought there must be a customer they are attending to. Then another 5 minutes later the receptionist lady comes out from where the offices are and tells me to come inside. Then I see the dentist who I recognised was the same dentist who cleaned my teeth about two years ago. I have a Bupa private insurance and at the moment did not want to spend $200+ on cleaning my teeth plus this place is located right on the street I live on as well. They are Bupa Platinum and told me I will have my cleaning for free. I felt like these people didnt have any social skills at all. They made me feel bad after I opened my mouth and they told me I have a cavity that i should repair and why havent I done so and now I will rather spend money on teeth whitening? And how much are they charging me for that the dentist asked? I felt like a child born into the wrong family. When I kindly explained I did one of my cavities repairs lat year before I travelled the rest of the year and simply didnt have a chance to do the second one this year, they were quiet (both the receptionist and the dentist) and performed something they call the teeth cleaning. Well, I usually go to the Spa Dental located a bit higher on Smith Street where the cleaning done is incredibly well and you always feel like you have a new set of teeth when you leave Spa Dental. I felt like under the hands of a butcher not a dentist. Every time his hand would slip off the teeth row with the instrument in his hands, it would run into my inner mouth and cause kind of burns/scrapes. Then the dentist places something in my mouth without communicating properly what and why is this and in the end I find out they are doing an X ray. The whole experience was very strange very awkward silence when taking me tot he chair and then me leaving. No communication. Please if you like your teeth dont go to this place. I have my mouth inside burnt and some of my molers still have some calculus near the gums on them.
