Negative experience: First service A+ nothing wrong. Not a single thing I could bring up that’s negative. Today, had the xray machine shoved down my throat 2-3 times. (Which happened no time the first time I went). Today I got a teeth cleaning treatment, which I didn’t ask for, and also not interested in. I got my front bottom teeth scraped thoroughly by a metal utensil.. including my two middle bottom ones pulled where the gum meets the teeth… I’ve been told my teeth are in good Knick. Whereas I’ve seen several dentists, and all have said, hmm, you have several teeth that are nearing decay and treatment… i have explained to him that one of my teeth is very painful when drinking cold fluids. And two are in pain while eating, And I’ve got chronic headaches, that I know are due to my teeth. And on my first appointment last week, cured agonizing headaches. Which I thank you for. But today’s session was a true nightmare. Apparently my teeth are in good Knick. And I need to see a GP for my headaches … What an absolute nightmare. Which is weird, the first appointment was one of my best experiences with a dentist. I’ve had many bad experiences with dentists. I’ve been gifted with good dental hygiene and a nice slim build. This now makes every single dentist I have ever visited, has done something abusive, and generally not lightly. Lies, mal-practice, and abuse. It’s sad. But I guess it mustn’t be fun being in people’s mouths all day. I am sad this happens. And I wish these individuals could get a grip, be honest, be positive, and care for others ^^.

Fantastic experience: Dr Vinisha is so lovely, had a very painful toothache which she was able to provide a filling for and then we are coming back to have a root canal. Very pleasant bedside manner and the assistant was lovely as well. Highly recommend.

Very clean and high quality of practice, including all the little things like cleaning seats, tables, and equipment which are dramatically better than my past experiences with other practices. I particularly like how their cleaning can clean and whiten our teeth so effectively from just our regular six month checkups. Fantastic experience: I've just walked out of my first appointment at Dental Health Plus and for the first time in my entire life I've found a dentist who listened to me and genuinely cared. Dr Kapadia's manner is gentle, warm, welcoming and understanding. The support staff were also amazingly patient, helpful and friendly. I got very emotional speaking to them about my lifelong jaw pain and the impact it has had on my oral health, and I was comforted and heard, and I truly appreciate that. This kind of service is just not seen often these days and I'm so glad I ditched my last dentist and will be a regular visitor here. I really have no idea why I settled for mediocre service at my last dentist when there are amazing health care providers out there like this. And for those who like to know, they have great technology, openly share photos and xrays with you so you can truly understand what's going on in your mouth. Also have a TV on the ceiling, head phones, squishy balls for stress management and a blanket for comfort. I didn't know I needed these things until I tried them!

Fantastic experience: Lovely place, very new and modern, I would recommend. There is a TV to comfort patients, placed on the ceiling. There is a scanning room to take x-ray pictures not sure if all dentists have this feature but it was very handy. Dr Vanisha is always checking in with you during the process and her assistant too. Suitable for kids as there is a mini desk in the entry and they can watch shows on the TV.
