Negative experience: Inspection & teeth clean by Dr Kotrolos, in and out in 20 minutes. Will need to go to a different dentist to have my teeth cleaned properly. I do not recommend

Fantastic experience: I called up on Sunday and the weekend Receptionist recommended Dr Ayat Al Hamad to me for the next day. I had a chipped filling at the back top and after being greeted by this lovely woman, I knew I was in good hands. She was professional, very knowledgeable, caring and efficient. She explained my choices, and I decided on the extraction of the tooth as it was compromised. I put my faith and trust in Dr Hamad and I am truly blessed that she was the one who met me and looked after me. The whole process was relatively quick and I will be now using Dr Hamad as my new Dentist!. Thank you darling.

They were so beautiful and friendly and accommodating and I had never been here before. They got me in on the day and we’re just so lovely . Dr Swati was amazing! Fantastic experience: Dr Jenny Zhao and her assistant were very patient and caring for my son who is first time doing filling. Dr Zhao explained to him in a calm and easy-to-understand way that definitely eased some stress from both me and my son. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Moved away from long-term dentist to Pacific Smiles in Sylvania. What a great choice. Jenny was absolutely wonderful and put me at ease. She took her time, explained everything in detail, so I knew exactly what to expect. There was no rush and now my options. Will certainly return for my regular check-ups every 6 months. Fantastic experience: Dr Jenny Zhao was spectacular to deal with. She is friendly and very informative regarding the procedure and what needs to be done post treatment. Jenny also advised what I personally need to do and gave me options to see a specialist or allow her to continue treatment. The prices Jenny provided were affordable considering the current climate. If you see Dr Zhao be prepared to find her to be meticulous with her work. Dr Zhao shows the commitment to ensure that you walk out with a symmetrical smile and that you are educated regarding dental hygiene. I am impressed with her work and her drive as a Doctor in Dentistry to do what she loves and show you how much she loves it.

Positive experience: Jenny is fantastic however their hicaps & eftpos was down and they didn't notify Mr and expected me to pay it all in cash and then claim back from my health fund. If I had of known I would of postponed my appointment as it was just a check up. Communication and understanding peoples financial situation could be more improved

Negative experience: I had an appointment for which I arrived on time. I was told that they are running about “10-15 minutes late “. I agreed to come back after 15 minutes only to be told they would be another half hour and can I come back after 30 minutes. Seriously. What’s the point of having an appointment They did the exact same thing to my mother too.

Fantastic experience: I saw Dr Leanne Rodrigues today (Sunday) I cannot speak highly enough of her. That was the best trip to the dentist I have ever had in my life. No pain, with magic numbing gel. Positive experience: I took my son to see Dr Nadita, I thought she was great with my son however she made a comment to me, after explaining I assist my son with teeth brushing and I struggle with him opening his mouth at the end or the appointment she said I will need you to brush his back teeth more thoroughly, I then said to my son “you’re going to have to help and open your mouth during teeth brushing so I can get to your back teeth” she then proceeded to tell me it’s my responsibility and I shouldn’t lump it on my son. I believe as a dr you’re meant to support parents and assist in ways they can manage infant teeth brushing with also educating a child on the importance of it, parent blaming and shaming is not the answer. I’m not sure if I will return.

Fantastic experience: We have used Pacific Smiles NIB clinic in Sydney's CBD for some years. The Southgate centre is only 5 minutes from home and parking is easy. We had our 6 monthly check-ups at Southgate and found the new centre well designed and comfortable. Most importantly the staff, from reception to dentist, were very courteous, informative and friendly.
