Fantastic experience: My son has been using Dental Republic since we moved to Traralgon in May 1924. Eric has appointments with Teo every four months. What a blessing to discover such a wonderful dentist who is so understanding with my son who has disabilities. Always get welcoming smiles from the 2 beautiful receptionist. Comfortable chairs in the waiting room and a very happy young man who loves to show me his clean teeth when Teo has completed her magic. The icing on the cake is Eric gets to watch David Attenborough which he loves while Teo does her great work. I do not know of anyone who likes going to the dentist but if you have to then I recommend Dental Republic in Seymour Street, Traralgon.

Fantastic experience: My family have all been attending Dental Republic since opening day. We have the pleasure of being regulars with Teo every 6 months. My kids prefer not to sway from her, although everyone else we’ve seen has been great too. She’s really great at communicating with the kids about the importance of dental hygiene and discussing treatment plans in a way they easily understand. She has always been very caring and supportive of my family throughout our time with them. The dental assistants are always fantastic. And last but not least the admin team are always so welcoming, helpful and professional. Keep up the great work Dental Republic!

Fantastic experience: 10/10 experience from the moment I made the first phone call. Everybody was amazing in making myself feel welcomed and comfortable. From the first call to walking out the door after my treatment, I was comfortable and not overwhelmed. I’m not usually good when it comes to going to see my dentist, but the whole team made my experience the best dental experience I’ve ever had.

Fantastic experience: Just got my left wisdom teeth out there on short notice, the receptionist to the dental assistant to the dentist was amazing and I was super anxious about it but they reassured me that everything was ok, and because of them it absolutely was. During my procedure they went slow step by step and I had the laughing gas and watched abit of tv and they numb my gums really well before injecting which I barley felt at all just a little pinch and always checked in if I was ok. If I ever need any teeth or right wisdom tooth or any dental work I’m definitely coming back this is the best experience I’ve had as a little girl I was traumatised with injections at the dentist I have never had this caring experience anywhere else. All staff are super knowledgeable, and reliable. I recommend anyone and everyone to Dental Republic, they are seriously amazing. Ps Thankyou for making me feel very comfortable I can’t thank you enough please pass on my message to the dental assistant and dentist saying thankyou as they were absolutely phenomenal in the care

Fantastic experience: I am so incredibly thankful for the assistance we received at Dental Republic on a visit today for my 9 year old son. For a highly anxious child, that has the capacity to overthink EVERYTHING. It can create fear and stress of the unknown. Today, from the emergency appointment phone request and then a subsequent friendly check-in at reception. Dental Republic’s warm atmosphere did help keep the calm. During the appointment, Debbie spoke directly to my son, eased all his fears and together with Annalese they were both amazing in their distraction techniques. I am honestly so thankful, for your friendly approach, Debbie. You really knew how to discuss the process directly with him, easing his anxiety. In a place where nerves can be seen as normal, it was amazing to see him so calm and comfortable. It was such an easy process. (He even called your team social and empathetic!) Thank you Dental Republic!

Negative experience: Beautiful facility and website, however Teodora is the rudest, most unprofessional dental hygienist anyone could encounter. Rudely asking a non-smoker if they are sure they are not a smoker, questioning how anyone can have teeth so bad, telling customers about the existence of electric toothbrushes as there is no way they must have heard of them by the state of their teeth. Insisting that no, instead of 2 years between dental visits it must have been at least 5. Every bit of plaque was shown to the patient with an element of disgust. Fillings were over prescribed as a subsequent visit to a different dentist showed When an employee is so frightfully rude that customers leave filled with shame and humiliation then the employee is doing your business a huge disservice. Heads up too - it is the 2020s and a conversation opener of "Are you a grandmother?" to a 50 year old by a childless woman in her 30s is just plain rude.

Fantastic experience: From the moment I walked into Dental Republic I knew that I was in good hands. From the staff on the reception desk, to the Dental Assistant, to the Dentist - they all played a role in calming my nerves and making me feel so reassured. If you've ever felt anxious about going to the dentist, I can thoroughly recommend Dental Republic! With the friendly staff and the beautiful decor I forgot I was even at the dentist. Fantastic experience: Dental Republic has offered the best dental experience I have ever had! After not having gone to the dentist for a few years due to previous bad experiences, I needed a few fillings done. Whilst initially fearful of what the experience may be, that was quickly resolved thanks to the care and compassion from the team at Dental Republic. I was made to feel supported and calm, and my experience was completely pain and discomfort free (can't be said from previous dentists!). Could not recommend this practice more, especially if you are uncomfortable with going to the dentist!!

Fantastic experience: I have been so incredibly impressed with the professionalism, quality of work and care that Dental Republic take with each and every patient that walks through the door. I have been coming to them since they opened and every one of my concerns has been addressed with my well-being at the forefront. The follow-up and check-ins after every procedure is something that I have never experienced before. I appreciate that personal touch. It shows that Dental Republic really care! Now in the middle on my Invisalign treatment and I am the happiest patient. I love my new smile. Dental Republic never gave me false hopes, and I was always given numerous options to achieve the results I wanted. I have never felt pressured. The decision has always been mine. Fantastic experience: Dr Tina and her fabulous team at Dental Republic have looked after our dental needs for a number of years. The quality of the dental work, attention to detail and absolute professionalism of Dr Tina and her team are second to none. The practice also provides a "one stop shop" for all of our dental needs, from cleaning, filling, crowns and implants - which is extremely helpful in a regional area such as the Latrobe Valley. We highly recommend Dr Tina's skills and experience to both recommend the best course of action and then successfully implement the agreed dental solution - all done with a friendly and considerate "chair-side" manner.

Negative experience: I will never recommend this practice to anyone. I recently went for a broken filling. I felt really pressured into a root canal for $5,500 because they said a filling would be unlikely to last. When I said that price was ridiculous and I'd need to think about it I was promptly ushered out with no resolve to my situation. I was expecting a temporary filling at least but once they not get a big ticket item they didn't want to know me. Also said I had infection and gave me a script. Next day I went to a different dentist and had treatment I was totally satisfied with

Fantastic experience: I recently had the absolute pleasure of receiving treatment at Dental Republic from the incredibly skilled and compassionate dental hygienists, Debbie and Teodora. Over two days, they took extra special care of me, showing exceptional professionalism and genuine empathy throughout my visit. As someone who often struggles with anxiety and panic attacks during dental visits - and typically relies on "happy gas" to get through them - I was incredibly moved by their thoughtful approach. Debbie and Teodora consistently checked in to ensure I was comfortable, often using humour to put me at ease. Their warmth, patience, and attention to detail made me feel truly cared for in a way I’ve rarely experienced. They not only alleviated my nervousness but also turned a situation I usually dread into one of genuine support and understanding. Fantastic experience: My experience at Dental Republic was amazing. I was in a great deal of pain and required an emergency appointment. They managed to get me in the same day for an assessment and in for surgery the following. Everyone I interacted with showed genuine care for me and made a very uncomfortable experience a very positive one. The care extended beyond the typical when I received a text the following morning checking in on me and making sure I was doing okay. If you're scared of the dentist or have had negative experiences in the past, I can't recommend Dental Republic enough. Furthermore, the pricing for an emergency appointment and next day surgery was astonishing, to walk away from this procedure paying full price and knowing that anywhere else, I would have spent thousands, I was nothing short of amazed that my total only amounted to a few hundred dollars. Finally, a massive thank you to Mikaela and Dr Tina Raj for your help and fantastic care!

Fantastic experience: It's a clean, tidy place. The reception is friendly. The dentist is serious about their work, everything is fine except for the nurse, I know the tv is there to distract the patients , but it will also distract the attention of the dentist and the nurse. When the doctor is filling the teeth, the nurse is by watching TV by working .Sometime she was laughing when watching TV .while handing over the medical equipment casually. When she uses the suction device to suck the saliva, sometimes she put the suction device in the right place in the mouth , sometimes she put it in the wrong place, she has a bad attitude towards work, it probably has nothing to do with the TV, even without the TV, she doesn't have a serious work attitude, I think it's unfair, she makes other people's The work points were reduced, and she damaged the fruits of other people's labor. When I filled my teeth at Gibson Dentistry, the dentist and the nurse worked very hard, because the nurse felt every discomfort I had, and she dealt with it in a timely manner every time. I thought about whether I should talk about it for a while, and I think it's better to say it, for the sake of the next patient's dental health.

Fantastic experience: WOW! I am incredibly impressed with my entire experience! Literally every single person I had contact with was super friendly and accommodating. I had been avoiding the dentist for a few years because of a bad experience but this place will now be my forever dentist and I will rave about this place to anyone that will listen. Plus a HUGE bonus is that the place is absolutely stunning and they have TVs on the roof to watch while you have your teeth cleaned and whitened. The photo of my before and after speaks for it self! Fantastic experience: I honestly don't think 5 stars is enough of a rating for this absolutley wonderful practise - ***** so here's 5 more! Honestly, every member of this fantastic, wholesome practise can be described, as I have many times previously, as nothing short of angels walking the earth. I, as many others I know, have had a long running dislike of visiting the dentist - personally due to many, many bad previous experiences. The staff - reception, nurses and dental technicians were all so very understanding. They listened to and clearly heard my concerns, and worked hard to make sure that I was in the most comfort possible. I needed all four wisdom teeth out, and did this in 2 sittings, as well as a clean of all my teeth. Dr. Tina did these extractions, and despite my fears, the procedure both times was quick, easy and didn't require stitches on any of them. She was extremely reassuring and talked me through the entire process, while her dental nurse stayed close to my other side. It was the most reassuring dental appointment that I've had, ever, and I am slowly moving past my fear of going to the dentist, all thanks to the wonderful staff at this practise. I cannot thank you enough

Fantastic experience: A well presented dentist equipped for the whole family. Myself and my children have all been here for check ups. The staff are particularly amazing with children. My 9 year old daughter had to have further treatments including a tooth extraction. The staff made the experience so pleasant and comfortable for my daughter and myself.
