Fantastic experience: This dental clinic is the best clinic I have been to. Dr Saba has been treating my family since 2016. highly recommend Dr Saba for any dental treatment. My family has received a range of dental treatment including braces and just general dental. Dr Saba is very honest and does not charge for unnecessary treatment. All staff are very welcoming including receptionist Palwasha. It is nearly 10 years we have been visiting Beautiful Smile dental and I will definitely recommend. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5 STARS

Fantastic experience: My daughters recently saw Dr. Sana Owais for cavities, and she was absolutely wonderful. My 7-year-old was a bit nervous, but Dr. Owais was so gentle and patient with her, treating her with incredible care and delicacy. She also took the time to explain to us how to prevent future cavities, which was so helpful. Her assistant, Palwasha, was also fantastic. She was welcoming and kind from the moment we arrived and was very respectful with her follow-ups for our next visit. The whole experience was a breath of fresh air. I highly recommend Dr. Sana Owais and her team!

Negative experience: Bad experience with this place. They are doing the wrong fillings and they want to charge twice. I believe the people there are not dentists, particularly someone called Amtul, rude and doesn't have any experience in doing her job. It is not recommended. Qualifications can be from overseas and I don't know how they get the license to work as dentists. Bad experience and not recommended.

Negative experience: Booked an appointment on HotDoc, drove 25mins to the Surgery only to find it closed. When I called to find out what was going on I found out the Dentist was out of the country. No offer to reschedule the appointment or to attend another surgery. Not happy at all.

Negative experience: They said 50$ for consultation and while i was waiting for a turn another patient came and they said consultation is free and 50$ for x-rays.all fine till here.when i go to doctors room they told me i need tooth extraction and without asking furthr details she said i want to take an x ray as i am want to know exact condition of tooth to which i agreed and they did x ray.after that i cam outside for asking about extraction to do it today or any other time we took decision for another day and then receiptionist said you have to pay 100$ for xray and consultation to which i said i am not aware that there is charges for x ray too plus doctor did it for their own satisfaction if i wanted an x ray i asks for it and even if you did it now handover me copy as i am paying for it they refused it too and then i repeat the incident that you took only 50$" from other guy which she said thats different case. After a long argument they agreed on us giving 50$ only as only 50$ sounds appropiate Never recommended.

Fantastic experience: This is an amazing dental clinic, where you are greeted warmly and made feel welcome. Dr. Sangeeta Devi understands all the dental concerns and explains the procedure in detail. She is especially great with kids and my children love going to this practice. She gives them gifts (stickers, toothbrushes etc) to encourage them to keep good dental hygiene. I highly recommend this dental clinic if you’re around girraween, toongabbie or pendle hill.

Fantastic experience: Great service. Recommend for both kids and adult. I could not get good dentist for my daughter who could handle kids. Then I found Beautiful Smile in Merrylands, NSW as well as Blacktown Dental surgery in Blacktown, NSW. They handled my 4 year old very well.

Fantastic experience: Beautiful Smile and Blacktown Dental Surgery are my favourite dental places to go to for any teeth emergencies, cleaning, filling or whatsoever! Dr. Nahid and her staff are very friendly and looks after their patients very well. Must also commend on their patient-friendly pricing and superb quality of service

Negative experience: Our experience was not at all pleasant. 90 per cent of our visit was always half an hour to 45 minutes late. She doesnt have experience in orthodontist. I think she should stay as a dentist. The products she uses is not all good. Breaks of so easily. N at the end of the treatment she charged me more money.
