Fantastic experience: Dr. Bradbury went above and beyond when my daughter had all four of her wisdom teeth removed. He took the time to explain the entire process clearly, answered every question with patience, and—most importantly—put my daughter’s mind completely at ease. His calm, caring manner made a potentially nerve-racking experience smooth and stress-free as possible.

Fantastic experience: Excellent service again with Dr James. I have been to see him fairly frequently over the past 6 months . As like most people I have dentophobia. Dr James always makes me feel comfortable, explains everything in great detail, is very gentle and has a great sense of humour. The whole surgery has such a relaxed feel to it, everyone is professional and happy. I can't recommend them enough.

Positive experience: Who loves to go to the dentist. Not me!!!!!! But after not having been to see a dentist for many years l fronted up with apprehension. The care and treatment l received from Dr Stephen Gilchrist was professional but also sort of casual and easy, which for me was what l want from my dentist. The staff were great and to be honest the whole experience was not what l expected. Great job Sunrise Dental care and l would not hesitate to recommend them to people looking for a dentist in the Noosa area.

Fantastic experience: I have to write a review about the superb treatment I received from Dr James Bradbury and his team a couple of weeks ago. I had a small hole in one of my lower wisdom teeth that couldn't be filled. Although my wisdom teeth hadn't caused me any pain, both were slowing decaying and impacted. I put off the procedure. I couldn't think about someone standing over me pulling my teeth out. Also my husband had an awful time with his (he blacked out with the pain and I had to take him to hospital) and another friend had her jaw broken. So I was nervous to say the least. Dr Bradbury reassured me I should have them taken out in the chair, the roots were straight down and it would be pretty straight forward. After the anaesthetic went in, approx 20 mins to make sure all was numb, I think he took approx 10 seconds to remove both! I honestly couldn't believe it. So if you're putting off having a tooth extraction, please see Dr Bradbury. He was empathetic. He could see I was very nervous. He explained everything he was doing and what I would feel. The aftercare was excellent too. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: From my initial enquiry to the final appointment Sunrise Dental Care exceeded my expectations in every way. I was advised by my previous dentist of 10 years that my case was “too complex” and I was referred to a specialist. For a variety of reasons I didn’t want to go down that route and thought I’d reach out to my local practice in Sunrise Beach. I met Dr James Bradbury in June this year and from the start I knew I’d made the right decision. My request was to have my eight front teeth replaced for the second time with crowns/veneers which were first done approximately 17 years ago and naturally I was very nervous to ensure I received the best result possible. From my first appointment (and several thereafter) James was attentive, listened to my expectations and not once did he over promise and under deliver, in fact he went several extra miles with a number of suggestions & modifications to ensure the results were even better than I ever thought possible. His attention to detail is second to none and his No1 priority is to have a patient who is happy with the results achieved, and I can confidently say 100% I am extremely happy. Dr James Bradbury is exceptional in his profession and I would have no hesitation in recommending Sunrise Dental Care to anyone looking for a genuine, friendly, kind and caring dentist. I can’t rate this practice highly enough, Dr James Bradbury and his team are absolutely fabulous - thank you :)

Fantastic experience: Outstanding treatment by Dentist Stephen; explained what would happen, deftly numbed me, removed old filling, prepared my tooth and placed temporary crown, all while I was watching David Attenborough and I did not feel a thing! Now have new cap which fits perfectly So grateful

Fantastic experience: My partner and I recently had a fantastic experience with this dentist. He had an accident at work where his don’t teeth were chipped right off. The ladies at reception were incredibly accommodating, fitting him in right away after they shuffled some appointments around. The service he received was truly amazing, and the results were outstanding. Not only did they do an exceptional job with the dental work, but the staff were also incredibly friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend this dentist to anyone in need of dental care!

Fantastic experience: My experience at this dental center could not have been better. English is not my main language so I went with a little fear, but since the secretaries were super friendly, Dr Stephen was very professional and explained everything to me with a lot of patience. The girls who work with him, Flor and Holly, were incredibly good. I highly recommend it!!

Negative experience: Seen dr stefano burti… worst dentist experience I’ve had. My tooth is worse after seeing him .. he was so rough with the filling swear he’s damaged some of my nerves in the gum.. do not recommend never going back!! Yuk

Negative experience: Run! Very quickly. Never use Stephen Gilchrist. A seriously hopeless dentist. Why did he leave his last practice? Or was he asked to leave? Tried to respond to their email address, but it doesn’t exist. Very poor business practice. I contacted them re my post, and they didn’t reply.

Fantastic experience: My family and I have been going here for awhile. within the family we see three of the five dentists. including the nurses, They are all very friendly, professional people. They always do a top notch job, explain everything to you and make sure everything is good before you leave. The front desk staff are also very friendly and helpful. I would 100% recommend this deal service.

Negative experience: The service is great and they obviously care and want to make you feel as comfortable as you can get (how cool is that tv on the ceiling for you to watch while they operate!). I had two cavity fillings to change (one fall off and one was old). While the operation went smoothly, I still experience discomfort 6 weeks later. Because this was done during some holidays and that I'm not coming back to the area, I can't unfortunately ask to get it fixed (which I hope they could have done). That being said, I would still think this isn't something that should happen, and that I have to get fixed again unfortunately, at additional costs.

Fantastic experience: Kids love Dr James!! I cannot recommend him enough for children! My little 3 year old daughter was born with no enamel on her front teeth, so her teeth had started chipping away My daughter was previously so scared of going to the dentist, wouldn't even open her mouth there, and in less than half an hour James was able to fill in her teeth in the chair, while she watched her favourite TV show. We have since recommended many friends with children to James, who have also had such wonderful experiences here.

Thanks to James for his professionalism, we even took the kids along today for their check ups and he was great with them. My family and I have tried and tested pretty much every dentist in Noosa for the past 8 years, looking for great service, genuine care and attention to detail. I was referred to James by a friend, to get a second opinion based on the outcome I received from another dentist practise. James was so thorough and was able to pinpoint my issue, and fix it without me feeling any pain. Having severe orthodontic work when I was younger, going to the dentist usually makes me anxious. James is friendly and warm and talked me through every step of the fix. Not once did I have to clench my fists or curl my toes in pain or nervousness. I am so happy to have found Dr James Bradbury who is now officially our family dentist. 110% highly recommend. You'd be silly to go anywhere else. x

Fantastic experience: Our family followed James from the Marcoola practice. He has just started out now at Sunrise and he is amazing. Not only is he super friendly, but his work is fantastic. I'm pretty picky too. I was not asked to write this review ( no really ) but was compelled when I saw 2 x 1 star reviews from a while ago. This wasn't James and will be the previous business. I run a business and know what these sorts of reviews can do to a business so wanted to clarify this for him as you will not find a better Dentist.

Fantastic experience: I had implants put in by Tom and am very happy. My lower denture used to move all over the place. I compared prices including the overseas alternatives and am so glad I got the best outcome financially and access-ably. If I have a problem it can be fixed immediately. Only downside I have put on weight. I guess eating helps.

Fantastic experience: I was extremely nervous about visiting the dentist and had put off treatment for this reason in the past. After visiting Dr Wilkinson and the staff at Sunrise Dental I no longer have anxiety about going to the dentist. I would highly recommend Sunrise Dental for both the quality of work and the friendly environment and helpful staff who helped put me at ease.

Fantastic experience: Our family have been attending Sunrise Dental for over 4 years and we have all been happy with the service provided by Tom and his staff. I have always found that work completed by Tom is of high quality yet affordable. We always feel that we are listened too, Tom clearly explains everything, is non judgemental and provides advice around what to expect and not to expect after treatment. I have no issues in recommending Sunrise Dental to family and friends as my personal experiences have been nothing but positive.

Fantastic experience: After trying a few different dentists I went to see Dr. Tom at Sunrise Dental. I hate going to the dentist, but he really took the time to explain what he was doing. He is professional, knowledgable and really made me feel at ease. I even took my small children to see him a few times and they actually like going to see him. Negative experience: The worst dentist we have ever been to. He is very incompetent and unprofessional. He absolutely ruined my 17 year old daughters teeth. We have had to take her to another Dentist to try and fix his mess and save her teeth. The other Dentist was horrified at his workmanship. Said he had never seen anything like it in his entire career. So if you want to keep your teeth DONT go near sunrise dental.
