Negative experience: Absolutely no follow up to a recent first visit for additional work. It was the last day of the dentist that I saw, so blatantly obvious that she wasn’t interested, nor did she care. Ended up paying $312.00 for a clean and she didn’t even suggest having a cavity filled. Worst dentist I’ve ever seen (in the UK and Australia) and wouldn’t recommend to anyone, nor will I ever return to any Pacific Smiles dentists.

Fantastic experience: If you're looking for a dentist that knows what they're doing, listens and actually cares? You've found her. Dr Khan is the epitome of a professional, her patience, empathy and care for her patients is unmatched. After many traumatic experiences with dentists in the past I am so glad to have found her. Fantastic experience: I hadn’t been to the dentist in a few years and Dr Khan was amazing. I was rather embarrassed about my teeth but she really showed a great level of care and understanding during my first appointment and I would 100% recommend her to anyone looking for a dentist. Positive experience: The dentist’s skills need improvement. Dr Barrera cut my lip while grinding, causing me to bleed for half a day and experience continuous pain. Haven’t tried other dentists yet but don’t wish to continue visiting this dental.

Negative experience: Not a great place for those with dental anxiety! Very dismissive and invalidating. The dentist and her assistant sighed/groaned multiple times when I was crying which made me feel like I was an inconvenience. I had to get 2 fillings and they did it without anaesthetic. When I stopped them midway to ask for it they made a snide comment about how “young people” are so sensitive and then convinced me out of getting it because it would take another 10 minutes to wait for the aesthetic to kick in and they seemed like they couldn’t be bothered. I was later told by that same dentist that one of my fillings was so deep it probably could’ve been a root canal. I also mentioned a few times that I could still feel the water on my nerves after she drilled the hole and she told me it was impossible as she did a good job. I haven’t been to another dentist in 3 years because this place has made my anxiety 10 times worse

Negative experience: Really expensive dental practice where they will throw in all these extra unnecessary procedures to increase the gains for their shareholders. Did a price comparison with Dental Vitality Deakin for a basic teeth clean for a child and this place was $50 more out of pocket than Deakin. Very tired of feeling ripped off and being told I need all the extras by the dentist that don’t honestly seem necessary. Would love to know if the dentists get more kickbacks for the more more unnecessary extras they convince patients that they need. They don’t ever recall phone calls or emails and send you a reminder for the next appointment on the day of booking. I’m sure they make so much money for their shareholders but for their patients, all they seem to be after is finding ways to extract more money. I see that in their feedback, they ask the reviewer to email them. How about responding to your patients in a timely manner, rather than just fire fighting.

Fantastic experience: I had never had to go to a Dentist for the 25 years of my lofe but when I did, Dr. Astha Neupane made sure that I am not afraid of dental treatments. Negative experience: I booked appointment but when I reached there on time they informed me they are running 1 hr late ( either wait or reschedule). I been there from Gungahlin. They should have called before to come late as we are running late.

Fantastic experience: Really pleased - I am one of those people that procrastinates on visiting the Dentist until something is catastrophic. I mentioned I was nervous on my check-in form and they couldn't have been more accommodating. Dr Colin Morrison was calm and has a voice that puts you instantly at ease. He promotes 'catching your breath' between procedures and explains with enthusiasm what is being done and what to expect etc. For the first time in my life, I've booked a regular checkup because they were so easy to deal with. No fear now!

Fantastic experience: Excellent service and for the restoration work l had done today, l could never complain, particularly with the cost (well below what l may have anticipated). So glad Dr Morrison was able to fix my problem - he is a very competent and understanding dentist. I don't understand the negative feedbacks about this practice! Seems to me someone has a personal gripe or problem which has no correlation to the service and ability provided here. I would recommend 100% this practice to anyone.

Negative experience: I have been going there for years, but switched the dentist. The doctors are lovely, it's great not having to pay the gap, but the cleaning and check up is less than 10 min, and I always felt that cleaning was not through which was confirmed by another practice. I had appointment every 6 months and still developed gum disease.

Fantastic experience: Both Dr Sneha Sutreja and Dr Astha Ghimire are lovely and completely put me at ease. The clinic is super neat and tidy, I felt cared for the moment I walked in. They are tucked away a bit, at the top of the escalators above Coles, but there's quite prominent store signage. I didn't have a great experience with Dr Colin Morrison, but Dr Sneha and Dr Astha are just fabulous. Plus they open on the weekends! Would definitely recommend this practice.
