Fantastic experience: Experienced clinic, very warm service! The clinic is Clean and tidy!

Negative experience: So I started my all on four implant journey with this practice 18months ago, only to find out very recently that it had has been a failure and the surgeon who carried out procedure has disappeared( their words) A new surgeon has been appointed to carry out corrective surgery and a new date had been booked , only to be cancelled . I now myself chasing them again for a new date , as I did For most of my treatment Other unethical issues arose through this process, so what was supposed to be a 6/7 month journey will now stretch out to half of next year also Please choose very wisely before attending this clinic for this of procedure.I fell for a brilliant sales pitch but that’s all it turned out to be.

Fantastic experience: I have always had morbid fear of Dentists. Dr Shetty immediately calmed those fears and now I look forward to seeing her. The team is great, always helpful and I often walk out smiling and laughing..

Fantastic experience: Like a lot of us, I’ve always had a phobia about attending dentists I’ve been attending Smile Circle Five Dock for about 3 years now and just today had a couple of fillings done. Very friendly, professional, polite and make you feel very comfortable, great job.

Fantastic experience: Pooja and her staff have looked after my dental needs for over 10 years and I have been very satisfied with 1) The unbiased and disinterested advice given by Pooja 2) The quality of her work and that of her staff 3) The friendliness and professionalism of all involved in the practice. And I know I shouldn't say that, but I also look forward to raiding the Lindor Ball chocolates available to patients in the waiting room.

Negative experience: I’ve had zoom teeth whitening at another clinic previously and had no pain afterwards. This clinic I had incredible pain and my gums were burnt and a huge ulcer formed under my top lip. I also booked the appointment and arrived to be told it needed to be split into two appointments which was extremely inconvenient during a busy period at work and before an overseas trip which was the reason for getting the whitening in the first place. My teeth are also patchy with some very white parts and some not - again this did not happen from my previous zoom whitening at a different clinic and it’s patchy enough that family have pointed it out to me
