Fantastic experience: Wow what fantastic service we experienced here. Our 90 year old mother had a broken tooth we tried calling many dentists but unfortunately all booked out we explained our situation regarding our mum and they squeeze her in. From the moment we arrived we were met by a lovely receptionist and mum was seen very quickly by Dr Murray and her assistant. They showed so much care and understanding as our beautiful mum has dementia. Would highly recommend this fabulous dental practice. Fantastic experience: My root canal was originally done in Calgary, Alberta in 2009. Unfortunately, it became infected, and both a Sydney general dentist and an endodontist confirmed it was unsalvageable. After moving to Adelaide, I visited Dr. Marcin’s clinic, which is conveniently close by. Dr. Marcin confirmed the diagnosis and explained each step of the extraction process clearly and patiently. The tooth had to be sectioned into three parts for removal. His reception team also helped manage my pain with appropriate medication recommendations and prescriptions. Now, a month later, the wound has healed, and I’m feeling great. Excellent work by Dr. Marcin and the team! Next step: Stage 1 of the dental implant.

Fantastic experience: As soon as you walk in reception staff are very warm and welcoming, service was amazing, and i had a great experience with Dr Vanessa and will recommend to friends and family!

Fantastic experience: All I can say is WOW! So professional and caring. I had bottom implant and top denture, it was all well explained. Dr Zielinski was so gentle and very thorough, I highly recommend him.

Negative experience: I visited Vanessa as a new patient to have a crown fitted. Vanessa prepared a crown for the wrong tooth which included cutting off a perfectly fine porcelain veneer. When they found that I didn’t have dental cover Dr Zielinski tried to have me pay in full for this completely unnecessary crown. I refused. Vanessa agreed to pay the fee but I was told by the receptionist not to come back and that this has all been my fault. For background, I have a set of 8 veneers on my upper jaw. Whilst I was away a veneer cracked and fell off. The local dentist covered the tooth with a composite crown. I went in to see Vanessa to replace this composite crown with a ceramic one. This was to match the veneers and because a crown would be less likely than a veneer to come off in the future. Armed with the above explanation and a row of teeth with veneers and one with composite, Vanessa decided to cut off one of the other veneers for no discernible reason. What she did, objectively makes no sense. I was extremely embarrassed when I discovered that this is what they had done to me. Vanessa seemed suitably embarrassed and I was going to come back to have the originally intended crown fitted. Mistakes happen and someone who takes responsibility for them is likely to be attentive in the future. However in the end of Dr Zielinski did try to chisel me for $2000 of completely unnecessary dental work that I had not asked for. I was told it was my fault which it demonstrably was not. I was told not to come back. As an update the receptionist called me back because apparently the above was just another miscommunication. Its not just been one red flag but several

Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend Dr Zielinski, Vanessa and his team highly enough! I recently had 11 implants installed after many years of dental issues, lack of confidence and reduced diet. I had my remaining teeth extracted and implants installed in one sitting ( a long day for us both) I can honestly say, that by the following day i had very little pain, 2 days later, i was pain free! Fantastic experience: I have a very long history of 40 years of reconstruction to my jaw removing a tumor attached to my jaw joint consequently removed my jaw joint living with one jaw joint 40 years through the cranial facial unit with the professors names listed..prof David David. Prof GOSS. Prof phitspatric. And various dentist around Adelaide Brisbane and Perth specialists.. I have had 4 implants and one bone graft from my hip to my jaw..each implant failed done by 4 different dentist I have been seeing Dr zelinski for a few years now and have finally found someone remarkable to whom has given me my full jaw and teeth function back after so many years of struggling and costly loss of money in excess of 50,000 dollars. I wish I had met Dr zelinski and his wonderful team years ago. I now have all my teeth and they look so natural and real with full function to eat steak once again.. Thus dentist does things so much different to other dentist at such a affordable price..I'm totally blown away by his ability and professionalism. He's done crowns root canal treatment and various other dental treatments for me. I smile constantly now and proud to eat normal and look normal. Negative experience: My father was advised to attend Bensons for testing as he needs dental work. Was advised he would receive a call to organise next steps. Out of pocket for tests done at Bensons and then no further contact from here. That was 3 months ago. Poor communication and service.

Fantastic experience: Very pleased with my dental worked received from Dr Zielinski - for general dentistry, root canal treatment and implant treatment. Have been attending the surgery now for over 15 years, even after leaving Adelaide! Dr Zielinski was able to fix a complicated problem that 2 other dentists (in my home town) weren’t able to. Very modern equipment and a lot of care by Dr Z and all staff is what makes this clinic exceptional.

Fantastic experience: I have had a traumatic experince pertaining to domestic violence. I had a plate thrown at my face which split my face open, needing stitches, a fractured right upper jaw, and servetal teeth half knocked out , and a couple completely knocked out. The women at Dr Zielinski,s practice, especially Dentist Claire, Maye, and Rachael, have been so considerate of my trauma, and my needs. I will never go to another dentist in my life, and would recommend them to anyone

They were on time and caring during the Treatment, which she assessed and suggested it be filled in on the day, exactly what Id come for. Fantastic experience: I have hated every other dentist in my long life, generally for being overpriced, condescending, pushy, rough, annoying, unhelpful, rude and more things I can't think of right now. Marcin is the opposite of all these! much to my surprise! I had 5 implants in my top jaw, a horrible process at best, but Marcin did a magnificent job, with the least amount of stress at a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend Marcin if you're thinking of implants.

Fantastic experience: Dr Zasinski and staff are very professional and courteous as much as I dislike going to the dentist. Dr was very patient and gentle with his injections and surgery that I would class as major surgery. As I had a full set of top teeth and implants this was completed over a period of time but well worth the time and effort it’s taken as today I can actually eat a salad roll, pie, pasty or even a steak without the inconvenience of the pain I was in at the time. If your thinking of having this procedure and getting it done overseas. Don’t you may very well regret it. Go in and get some real professional advice as this is precise surgery and you need a professional like Marcin that can give you the professional advice and opinion so you can make a informed decision. Negative experience: Please do yourself a favour. DO NOT GO TO THIS CLINIC!!!!, go somewhere else ! Very traumatic experience! Don’t get fooled by new facilities as it does not much the skills of the dentist, Rude too! I had tooth extraction, sat there for more than an hour, dentist broke tooth to pieces. Not good in administering anaesthesia, normally pain is the last of my worry after tooth extraction as you will still have effect of anaesthesia, not with my experience with them. I was left with more pain compared to before I walk in. I was sent home without any script for pain management. I have to go back and convince admin to give me script for stronger pain meds. To my surprise after 24 hrs of extraction SHE DID NOT EXTRACT THE WHOLE TOOTH, I CAN FEEL A SHARP EDGE OF THE TOOTH IN THE SOCKET!!! And they all kept saying they were able to take it all out including the Admin?!!! They will not listen to patients!!!

Fantastic experience: I have been treated by Dr. Zielinski and Associates, specifically Marcin for over 3 years now and my level of comfort and confidence in their service goes up with every visit. Their service is professional and hygienic - which is a default expectation nowadays however, what sets them apart is their attitude towards their clients. They worked with me to understand my various dental issues and suggest treatments that have worked well for me. One of these was a complex procedure (removal and dental implant) recommended by my previous dentist. Marcin managed to save not only my tooth but also a lot of expense. I have found Marcin and his team to be skillful, ethical, open and honest and have no hesitation recommending their practice.

Negative experience: Had a chipped front tooth and went to get it fixed. Everything was fine until I chomped down my jaw, not hard at all, and a little bit broke off again. Paid money for something that didn't even last a month. Then was "told" at the time by the dentist that it may or may not last long. Then was told on the phone by the receptionist that it may only last a day and you cant bite into food with your front teeth. I'm Bewildered. Offered no discounted rate to get it fixed either....

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient at Dr. Zielinski’s for the last 20 years. Recently, I moved interstate (to QLD) and have had experience poor quality work from other clinics and vowed to never stray away again. I now make the effort to travel to SA to have all my work done with Dr. Zielinski. I have had everything done, from having my wisdom teeth removed, getting the Zoom! Whitening treatment in the clinic, and even having the poor quality fillings left by other dentists repaired and fixed. I have never liked going to the dentist as the experience has always frightened me, but I have always felt calm, and had a great experience with Dr. Zielinski and his professional team. Very Trustworthy!

Fantastic experience: After receiving some what I now know to be shocking dental advise interstate which would have set me back thousands of dollars I am so thankful to have been told about Dr Zielinski. Fantastic experience: Came here for an emergancy at 10pm last night. I was in SO much pain and the doctor made me feel totally comfortable and by the time I left I went from vomiting to relief. Cant thank this place and doctor enough. I dont know what i would've done without this place. got antibiotics right after and i feel like a new women.
