Fantastic experience: Just recently started seeing Jamie after going to my regular dentist for 27 years. My husband had been saying how great Jamie has been for him and we were wanting a good family dentist for when my baby is older. Best decision making the move to Jamie. He is very warm, welcoming, thorough and honest. He puts your mind at ease with the anxiety that comes with seeing the dentist. Highly recommend him. The staff are lovely too!

Jamie listened to my concerns, is attentive and conscientious about providing reasonable upfront pricing and consistency of care. He has taken care of my considerable dental issues, and also referred me to a specialist when required. He is dedicated to getting his work done to a high professional standard. After my previous local dentist severely overcharged and underserved me for too long, I needed a trustworthy dentist like Jamie.

Negative experience: This dentist DR ZHU is a horrid dentist who lacks skill and compassion, in my opinion. DO NOT GO here he failed me and my dentistry MASSIVELY and I have had other dentists vouch for his failure.

Negative experience: Never answers the phone or gets back to messages or emails. Quite disappointing when you have a child in pain.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Jamie is a king among men, and his staff are wonderful. As a new patient with multiple chronic illnesses, it can be daunting. I provided a run-down of my health issues prior to the appointment. He read through thoroughly, and made sure he was working in line with medications and conditions. I was treated with care and respect. Knowing the dentist can be stressful, I was asked about my previous experiences before we started. Everything was explained well to me, and the check up was extremely thorough. I found this clinic on Google and I couldn't be happier.

Fantastic experience: Last month, my boyfriend and I went there to greater knox dental for the first time today and the reception staff were so welcoming and made me feel comfortable. I’ve had some pretty bad experiences at the dentist and this was the first positive one. We found them to be very honest, and transparent with the costs, and also there is no sale or any marketing tactics like my old dentists. they just give you genuine recommendations. We found all the staff and especially the dentist and his assistant were lovely, talking me through what they were doing and making me feel so comfortable. amazing service. So kind and caring. and really fair prices. Can’t wait to go back. highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: Jamie at Knox Dental is the best dentist I have had in my life.

Negative experience: Worst dentist experience. I should have posted about this much sooner. I have anxiety especially with medical things so I wanted to check ahead of time, was told they were great with anxiety. They were not. The doctor didn't listen to me, kept telling me I had to let them finish even though I was stopping him because I was choking on spit from crying in fear. The assistant had more care for me then the doctor did. He said he cared about helping and working with my anxiety but he made everything worse. Do not recommend. Find another dentist

Fantastic experience: Grater Knox Dental is such a welcoming and friendly establishment! From the front desk lady to Dr.Jamie and his assistant. Jamie is one of the most calming and friendly dentist I’ve had. I legitimately do not feel a think when he’s working on my teeth which is amazing! Not to mention they’re honest and will save you a bucks where they can. Highly recommend for great work on your teeth and if you’re a bit anxious about going to the dentist. You’ll be calm from the moment you step in the establishment.

Fantastic experience: This clinic is a hidden gem. The neat, unassuming building can be easy to miss but the inside has been renovated into a clean, bright, modern practice. The whole team is very warm and friendly and you can tell that Dr Jamie leads by example. He has a kind, respectful professional approach and you know you’re in capable hands from the minute you walk in. If you haven’t been to the dentist in a while and are a bit worried about going, I would highly recommend Jaimie as he takes the time to talk you though the options without pressuring you and gives honest advice. We’re lucky to have this great service in our neighborhood.

Fantastic experience: Was looking for a dentist around the area and found Greater Knox Dental through a Google Search. The staff here are really friendly and fantastic. Jamie is a great dentist who is very thorough and will explain his findings after doing checkups. He's found issues with my teeth that no other dentist has discovered before.

I have been seeing him for 7 years now, he is so gentle and kind, and he always takes his time explaining everything to me. He is reassuring and calming.
