Fantastic experience: Having pulled out a filing recently I saw Dr Andrew who fixed my tooth and then asked me to come back for a check up and clean. Going to the dentist is not my favourite past time but Andrew was amazing. Gentle, considerate and not painful at all. Couldn't recommend him more highly. Thanks Andrew.

Fantastic experience: These legends completely redid my entire mouth and gave me back a confident smile. They were friendly, empathetic and professional. The team here genuinely care about their jobs and have passion for the health of their patient. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Negative experience: Very unorganized - they can't even read their booking system. I booked a consultation for teeth whitening on their website and they wanted to perform an X-ray and a teeth checkup/clean. Although their website clearly states they provide in chair teeth whitening, they won't offer the service because "it's too expensive and most people get pain after". I was not asked about my budget or if I experience any sensitivity during my consult. After refusing to provide in chair teeth whitening based on the above (not the condition of my teeth etc) they tried to charge a consultation fee.

Fantastic experience: We love Dr Kim and the team at Bright Dental. I took my daughter (3) for her first dental visit today and the team were so welcoming and accomodating. My daughter was treated so well and with such kindness and care. She was introduced to all of the implements and was confident in having her teeth checked. Dr Kim is so knowledgeable and gave us excellent recommendations for keeping my daughter’s teeth nice and healthy! We would 100% recommend Bright Dental to anyone!

Fantastic experience: The staff are absolutely wonderful at Bright Dental. My 8 year old had 2 fillings done today. Dr Kate and her team truly put me at ease with the way they spoke and treated my girl. The ladies also took care of my 11 year old with a good clean. Highly recommended Absolutely amazing!!!

Fantastic experience: I have been seeing Dr Kate at Bright Dental Group since 2019 and I have always found her and her team very professional and welcoming. Dr Kate explains things that are extremely easy to understand and allows the patient to make the final decision without putting the patient under any pressure. Her team are always well organised and due to this my family are now all seeing Dr Kate.

Fantastic experience: We can’t thank Dr Kate enough for her amazing bedside manner and brilliant work! My children no longer fear the dentist. All the dental nurses are loving and caring with helps with anxiety. We are so glad we found Kate and will not trust anyone else with dental procedures. Fantastic experience: Dr. Kate and staff really helped me get through the Dentophobia that I have suffered from, ever since I was a little girl, my only regret is that I never went to visit them before. The moment I rang for an appointment, the lovely young receptionist named Wenly (hope I got that correct) was not only calming for my nervousness but extremely professional and very patient with me. When I finally built up the courage to visit them, I was shocked that I never went before as it was painless and educating, Dr Kate was so polite and gentle, she was so easy to talk with and very informative about the process, it was wonderful of her to walk me through everything, step by step. The cost was worth every cent, its obvious that Dr. Kate, Wenly and staff are passionate not only for dentistry but mostly for the care of all their patients. Negative experience: Always try to support new young businesses, unfortunately not this one anymore, following checks and work done, I had constant pain, one tooth needed to come out so now visiting another dentist, some of the fillings are being replaced in less than a year. My son also went to this dentist and was recommended a brace at a cost of $7,000, after a year with the brace, it was removed, the teeth were straighter but he was left with a very large overbite. He went back and spent another year of treatment and no improvement and pain in several teeth. When he visited an orthodontist he was advised he would need another brace to fix the work and needed 2 fillings to fix the damage from the brace. Response to the poor response below: " I noticed that there has been a gap of three years since your last 6-monthly check-up and clean appointment (your last visit for the filling was in June 2020 and you had three fillings with us during that period). " It is shame that you feel the need to blame the patients, your comments below do not take into account that both my son and myself have sought regular 6 month check ups with another dentist as explained above, you are too quick to blame the patient and not consider the quality of the work. After two painful attempts to correct my sons teeth, why would he undergo treatment with you for a third time? I however as a 57 year old take Umbridge with being told to "brush my teeth" and see a dentist. As always I brush my teeth twice a day with a timed ultrasonic toothbrush and use interdental brushes and floss every day. I have also had 6 monthly checks during the three years since visiting you, the three fillings were replaced which is the content of my feedback. Some of my filling are older than you but if you consider 3 years is your standard for the lifespan of your work, you evidently do not "continually strive to improve our services" as your response is all about blaming the patient.

Fantastic experience: Dr Kate is surely the best dentist I have been to: very competent, highly experienced and extremely gentle and caring. She takes great care un explaining things clearly, and always answers my questions in great detail with utmost patience. She uses the latest and best technology available and could detect problems that other dentist did not pick up and which caused me a lot of grief over the years. Since I found her a few month ago, Dr Kate saved at least two of my teeth; one needed a root canal and a new crown. She replaced three leaky crowns, all had decay underneath. From the first day I was greeted by the lovely receptionist Wenly more like a family member than a patient, and all staff treated me with honest respect and kindness, I have never felt rushed out of the door. So grateful that I found you, Thank you.

Fantastic experience: I have just finished the second of two intense treatments for a bridge. I have not been near a dentist for more than twenty years. My anxiety was real. Dr Olivia and her dental nurses were amazing. Calm, empathetic, so diligent and so committed to making this a good experience. As I told them, I don’t necessarily like dental appointments but I don’t know how they could have gone any better than they did. Discomfort was minimal. I love this little group of people who actually truly care for their community. Wenly and Dr Kate are also so lovely. If you are worried, anxious, perhaps unable to be in denial of the need to seek dental treatment as I was (haha) please consider this dental surgery. I have nothing but gratitude and praise.

Negative experience: I have been visiting their dentists every six month for a free teeth cleaning. They have always been very professional, polite and knowledgeable. Today I was presented with a bill at no prior notice besides free half yearly cleaning is included in my private health cover. This was very disappointing and I won’t go back again.

Fantastic experience: Kate and the team work hard for the best results. After a poor experience elsewhere I booked in with Kate. She managed to save an old cracked and badly repaired tooth. Her team are extremely competent and offer a caring environment for their customers, something that is so rare today.

Fantastic experience: I was terrified of going to the dentist , as most people are.but thanks to the service that is provided I now love going and look forward to my next appointment, I love that everything can get done in one place like x-ray, not once was I in pain during any procedures, and I have had them all root canal, extraction, and plate. Fantastic experience: Dr Kate Kim and her assistant, Camila made me feel so comfortable. I usually travel over 30 minutes to visit my usual dental clinic, but I'm so happy to have one with amazing service so close to home. Dr Kim was very transparent with me before, during and after my cleaning to make sure I was comfortable and feeling alright. She also specifically asked me if I had any questions incase I was confused about anything during the process. Fantastic experience: Starting a brace at this clinic. The treatment plan makes a far more sense than other dental clinics out there. BEWARE of some clinics that recommend you to extract your teeth +++ Most clinics do that to reduce treatment time and want your $$$. The dentist here is very knowledgeable with TMJ and airway. Also loved their ethical payment plan.
