Fantastic experience: I had my last wisdom tooth removed last week, and I’m so grateful to the medical team who patiently and diligently carried out the surgery that took over an hour. Huge thanks to the head dentist who skillfully handled my stubborn tooth and to the nurse who assisted with such effort and care. Lidcombe Dental Centre — I truly and wholeheartedly recommend this place!

Fantastic experience: If I could give six stars, I would. Dr Lily is by far the best dentist I’ve ever had. As someone with extremely sensitive teeth, I’m usually quite anxious during dental visits but she made me feel completely at ease from the moment I walked in. She’s exceptionally gentle, incredibly thorough, and her attention to detail is unmatched. What truly sets her apart is the personal care she provides. She even played my favourite song during the appointment to help me relax. That level of thoughtfulness is rare and speaks volumes about the kind of experience she creates for her patients. Although I live in the CBD, I would happily travel to Lidcombe every time just to see her. Dr Lily is not only professional and highly skilled, but also warm, kind, and genuinely invested in your comfort. If you’re looking for a dentist who is top-tier in both expertise and patient care, I couldn’t recommend Dr Lily more. Your teeth and your nerves will be in the best hands.

Fantastic experience: Incredible cleaning & whitening service by Dr Sedra. I was lucky enough that she was able to fit me in on short notice for a special occasion. I’ve done whitening services in the past that left me with incredible sensitivity and little result. With the care provided by Dr Sedra, my teeth had a noticeable improvement with minimal discomfort. She is great! Highly recommend her.

Fantastic experience: I just want to thank Dr Daniel Im for squeezing me in 5pm today for emergency extraction of a badlly decayed and very painful wisdom tooth that flared up at 4.30pm. Very personable and skillful dentist. I had no pain but it was big old tooth that took some wrangling and he was reassuring throughout. Definitely recommend. Many thanks.

I cannot thank her enough for guiding me through the whole process and looking after me as I was quite anxious. I had my teeth x-rayed , cleaned and an old filling that fell out repaired. Negative experience: The communication during my recent consultation was subpar. Initially, I was quoted one price, but this nearly doubled during the consultation. I was informed that I needed a filling, which I agreed to. After a test to see if I needed a root canal was done, However, just before the procedure, I was advised that if the nerve was exposed, a root canal might be necessary, and we would have to "wait and see." I was then expected to pay full price after I said I didn’t want the treatment.

Fantastic experience: Dr lily sedra was amazing and is definitely the best dentist I have visited to date. She really did a great job on my teeth, explained everything in detail and provided excellent customer service. My teeth look great now. I would highly recommend to my friends and family .

Negative experience: Went in for some help, couldn't get past the receptionist. If the dentist can't find 2 minute's between patients I don't think he is caring enough. Big job lots of money he missed Found someone to do the work, the thin is I would have liked to have had it done closer to home. Still the thing is 2MINUTS BETWEEN PATIENTS THAT'S ALL I NEEDED

Fantastic experience: I had Dr Lily today and she exceeded my expectations. She was very thorough and was very patient especially with an anxious patient like me. I had a horrible experience two years ago with a dentist in Mascot and Dr Lily was very attentive to how I was feeling due to my experience in another dental place and took lots of care and ensured that I was comfortable throughout the exam. I would recommend this place to everyone, It's sad that it's rare to find medical professional's that take the time and ensure that you are happy every step of the way but I am so happy that these place exist and I am so happy when I left the place. Fantastic experience: We found out about the good reputation of Dr Daniel Im by word-of-mouth and decided to make a change. On my first consultation, he diagnosed a serious chronic jaw problem that previous dentists hadn't detected and provided an immediate treatment plan. After going through a few fillings and a crown thus far, I can feel a great difference in the sensitivity of my teeth. Where other dentists seems to only focus on the teeth, Dr Im seems to focus on the whole mouth. I am glad that we have made the right decision.

Negative experience: Went there and the doctor tried to get me pull out 7 teeth . It was absurd all was good teeth because he said it’s better to have implants hahahahaha what a joke . Went to Shine Dental in Lidcombe and there just rectify the tooth aches and no teeth have to be taken out , only cost $50 bucks . This doctor wanted to charge a fortune for implant that’s why they want to pull out all your teeth ! Be so aware . If I can give zero star I will give no star . What a nightmare it’s pure greed .

He gives talks at international conferences, another accolade that represents that he is amongst the world's top professionals in his field. He is genuinely passionate about what he does and cares for others, good, and gentle - all the things that gained and sustained mine and my family's trust.

Fantastic experience: I've been coming to this practice with my family already for some time. The staff is very knowledgeable, professional and most importantly patient. I recommend this practice to all my friends, especially for those with kids. My kids cannot wait for another check up even if during last visit both had to fix couple holes in their teeth.

Damian was wonderful, very gentle and just a really lovely guy. Also great prices - $200 for a checkup, clean and xray with no private health insurance.

Fantastic experience: I took my growing children to Lidcombe dental care for check up and baby tooth removal with Dr Jin Park. I have never met any doctor who was so caring and great with my children. Price was also better than previous practice. He has found habitual problems with both kids and provided child braces to prevent any complications as adults. I recommend this clinic to anyone.

Negative experience: i visited this practice was treated with respect and everything. The Dentist did an x ray, put something on my affected tooth and charged me 285 for an x-ray, some advice which was obvious. i had a private health fund so i was thinking that i wouldnt have to pay anything, go up to the counter and my health fund wasnt working ended up paying out of pocket. not happy, never again
