Fantastic experience: This dental clinic cannot be faulted - all the staff are wonderful, caring and helpful, from the reception staff to the dentist - they all make you feel welcome. Great customer service, lovely offices and highly skilled staff.

Fantastic experience: Dr Lewis is by far the best dentist I've ever seen, he redid the crowns on my front teeth that were poorly done by another dentist and they look 100 x better. The dental hygienists are great too and very accommodating of patients with sensitive teeth. All the staff are good if you've got dental anxiety and I think the prices are very reasonable for the quality of the service. I'll never go anywhere else again.

The location is easy to find, staff are friendly, prices are reasonable, and I am very happy they have a holistic focus. I also got some great dental advice for at-home maintenance.

Dr. Wilson is always prompt, efficient, and respectful of my time, ensuring that appointments run on schedule. What sets him apart is his friendly, approachable nature. He takes the time to explain procedures in clear, simple terms, making sure I understand exactly what’s happening, which always puts me at ease. Negative experience: After paying $300 for a checkup without a clean I was told that I needed 9 filings and it would cost $3,000 plus another $150 for a clean. This came as a shock to me because I had not had any pain or discomfort so I thought I would get a second opinion, after visiting 2 other dentists for check ups they confirmed that I didn't need any filings. Would strongly recommend not using this practise. Follow up on this review, 7 years later and had one filing since with no other areas of concern... Also never got a follow up from them.

Fantastic experience: A superb dental centre! I travel in from the eastern beaches to go to this clinic, it's worth the time travelling. Always perfect, and Dr Wilson may well be Australia's best dentist. Also worth noting, I have always found the hygiene of the clinic to be impeccable.

Fantastic experience: I have had a lot of problems with my teeth for many years. Dr Lewis Ehrlich and the team at the SHDC have been the only ones who have been able to sort out my issues. I have never lived in Sydney but have for years travelled from interstate to continue my treatments at the SHDC. I highly recommend them.

Fantastic experience: Dr Lewis Ehrlich and the team are excellent. Genuinely provide person-centred care and emphasise holistic health and wellbeing in the context of dental health. His expertise, skills, and proficiency are brilliant. You always feel as if you’re getting the best outcome and remain in safe hands. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Ngan Lam is also brilliant (oral hygienist) and is a real asset to the team at SHDC. Very friendly and does an excellent job. Highly proficient and great rapport with clients (myself in this case). Have been to several dental clinics across the country; and find SHDC to be outstanding.

Fantastic experience: Here are the best experts for Holistic dentistry in Sydney! I was meeting 14 different dentists in last 3yrs, and they made me end up in hospital blind and dying nearly. Don't trust dentists in Sydney and if you want healthy life come HERE!!!

Positive experience: Dr Yin Yin is fantastic - has really helped me with creating a splint to manage my years of ongoing jaw pain and neck issues. Will note though they are EXTREMELY expensive, shockingly expensive. I have struggled to make the payments on my splint which was about $2500 and dental filling ($1700 for 1 filling!) Also the receptionists are very difficult to deal with, have the most unfriendly tone in their voices and seem to see you as a problem not a person. They also have a really complicated booking system - making you come back separate days for separate treatments which is really difficult to get time off work and travel in so many times, instead of just one big appointment where you could get everything done at once. However I love seeing Dr Yin Yin because SHE is AMAZING and has really helped reduce my pain.

Negative experience: The receptionist is SO rude!!! I explained what I needed and how I was a very anxious patient. She explained that I could only come for a consultation and then would have to re-book (pay more money) for any work I needed done. I asked if it would be possible to book a time slot long enough to accommodate the initial consultation and then have any work done on the same day. She explained that that’s “not how it works” became increasingly frustrated and rude towards me and was completely unhelpful. I had such high hopes for this place but now I will never go there.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic dentist, not only are they thorough, but the paraphernalia in the waiting room makes for a good time to pass the time. A true healthy and holistic approach to looking after yourself.

Fantastic experience: I moved interstate and finally after a year found a new dentist and going to another dentist has reminded me of how incredible Craig and his team are! They are so professional, light handed in their work, reassuring and supportive. I don’t miss Sydney but I miss my dentist!

Fantastic experience: I have been to this practice for almost 8 years. Fantastic service! Doctor Teoh has been very professional in addressing my teeth. It makes me jaw aligns now and reduces my grinding. My hygienist Kristel is very experienced with making sure my teeth is clean. As i have super sensitive gums, she has to manually and slowly to clean my teeth. You can see that she has all the patience no doubt about it. Overall I am very satisfied with the addressing my needs.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Sydney Holistic Dental Centre. After not having a regular dentist in years, I discovered Sydney Holistic Dental and I will never go to another dentist again. Dr Lewis is a very attentive dentist and is super patient and great for people with needle phobias. My hygienist is equally as attentive as Dr Lewis and is also super gentle. I cannot say one bad word about this place! Love it!

Fantastic experience: I saw Lewis at the practice for my invisalign, he’s so kind and professional. He did an amazing job for my teeth and I could not recommend him and the practice enough. Fantastic experience: After searching for years for a dentist I came across Sydney Holistic Dental Centre, specifically Doctor Lewis. I wish I had switched to him sooner. Fantastic attention, service, experience and eye for detail. You know you're in good hands when your dentist takes the time to understand you as an individual rather than just another patient. I am always able to get an appointment and nothing is too much trouble. My Invisalign results are amazing and I actually look forward to my cleans with the hygienest (true story) - it feels like a spa day! :) Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I've been seeing Craig for around 10 years now, and even though I've moved away from Sydney I still drive 6hrs to see him. He has always looked after me, and now my daughter, with honesty and integrity. Today I had a clean with the hygienist Anneke and she was so gentle, friendly and calming. Negative experience: I had a horrible experience with the hygienist named Kristel, she was impatient and rude not to mention she didn’t do a good clean job on my teeth either. I had to have my teeth cleaned at a different place afterwards which has cost me twice. Very unpleasant woman. Please everyone don’t waste your time with this people and to the management please don’t try to evade responsibility by typically replying “your name doesn’t appear in our data base” as most people who leave reviews (whether positive or negative) usually use a pseudonym.

Fantastic experience: Skilled team of dentists who think outside the box for their patients and take a broader approach. They take great care to ensure the best treatment and outcomes. Would highly recommend Ron and Lewis in particular.

Negative experience: I just called the clinic to ask a few details before going ahead and coming for the consultation. I know tht many dental clinics have a ridiculuously high consultation fee, so i wanted to make sure i chose the correct one. However, the receptionist had a rude and unwelcoming tone and needless to say i was offput enough not to be visiting this place.Receptionists are on the frontline of the business and business owners should be careful to check if their business is represented well.

Fantastic experience: My first visit was today and I am so impressed. From now on Sydney Holistic Dental Centre will be the only place i will visit for Dental care. Hands down the best & rate them 10 out of 10. Annie who i saw today is the Hygienist and she is absolutely brilliant. Annie's service & knowledge is outstanding. Fantastic experience: I have been a patient at Sydney Holistic Dental Centre for almost 10 years now. Even though I live in another state now, I always come back for treatment and check ups with Dr Teoh, because I know that I will always receive the best possible care and expert advise on how to maintain good dental health but also on how to improve general health. What I like the most about them is that , unlike most dentists, Sydney Holistic Team not only focuses on how to fix dental problems in the best possible way but also looking into causes of dental diseases and how to prevent those from reoccurring. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is interested in comprehensive approach to dental health.

Negative experience: My current (young) dentist was appalled at the work Sydney Holistic Dental did in my mouth. He compared it with work he'd seen done in Thailand and Indonesia. I am now going through long and painful rectification. And they are outrageously expensive. Avoid.

They also had a network of high quality referrals to other health care providers. We wish we could find similar well rounded practices! I would highly recommend the Sydney Hollistic Dental Centre.

Fantastic experience: Can't recommend the team at SHDC enough. They're extremely thorough and it is obvious that they care about their patients as people.

Negative experience: Dr is OK but the receptionist that I had to speak to was rude... She even corrected my pronunciation and I felt that she is racistish. I can understand that they were busy but it wasn't nice experience and I wasn't impressed by her attitude since her position is the first point of contact. I wouldn't let her manage calls when she's under pressure, bad for the reputation.

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient of the Practice for many years and have always found the Dentists and support staff to be highly professional and efficient. To my knowledge there are only a limited number of Holistic practices in Sydney and I believe they are one of the early ones. I was prompted to write this review given a recent emergency experience. Having cracked a front tooth on a Friday night, I was able to receive treatment and an interim temporary cap the next morning. My sense is that they keep up with the latest technology and Holistic approaches.

Fantastic experience: I've been coming here for over 15 years and have never had a more comprehensive and holistic experience with a dentist. Imagine actually looking forward to going to the dentist! Couldn't recommend more highly.

Negative experience: I had very high expectations for this practice and unfortunately, in my case, they really did not deliver. It's an absolute shame because they aren't many holistic practices in Sydney. I should say, I did not manage to get an appointment with Dr. Ron Ehrlich, I wonder if my experience would've been different with him.

Fantastic experience: Having not been to the dentist for quite some time I was anxious about going because of how much work might need to be done. After explaining my situation I was put at ease right away by Dr. Ron's outgoing personality and he explained that this is the case for many people that he sees. In the end I don't know what I was worried about and wish I'd gone there sooner.
