She is incredibly gentle, thorough, and takes the time to explain everything clearly, which I really appreciated. Negative experience: RIP OFF!! Avoid this place at all costs. They will not inform you that Medicare will cover the costs of an X-ray for their own financial benefit. They will ill inform you on your dental issues and how to approach it also for their own financial benefit. If you are looking for somewhere which will not do this to do, it’s endeavour hills dental practice (sunrise dental). Fantastic dentists and they won’t set you up for failure. AVOID PACIFIC SMILES

Negative experience: I had a horrible experience. My appointment got moved forward because the staff wanted to leave early. I came early and said I was anxious and that I might need to stop and start the clean. The dentist was so unsympathetic and basically said they couldn't do their job because I had to keep stopping. Instead of taking time, they charged me $220 for a clean, floss, put a varnish on that clumped on my teeth and outside of my mouth and was kicked out all under 30 mins. It was disgraceful. My partner also had a bad experience when he had some intense work done and they forced him to pay and didn't give him a chance to fix the payment an hour or two later. Money hungry dentist. Unprofessional. Never going back.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic staff from the dentist too the assistants and reception. Don't want to go to any other dentist very professional dentist and staff. But also very down to earth . Will tell you every step of what they are doing . And comfort you in the process. Had a tooth removed recently was one of the best dentist experiences I've had. Dr Shady was amazing and his assist such a gentle soul. I could feel her rubbing my forehead and my hand as comfort that really put me at ease. Such a small gesture but made a big difference. Had the worse anxiety but was put at ease so even tho im here bow im pain while recovering im really appreciated thank you

Fantastic experience: Booked an emergency appt online after noticing increasing pain around my wisdom tooth and received such wonderful support from reception, the dental assistant and the dentists I saw over a few days. Lots of follow up and support along the way to get it removed in the chair, which was done so well by the team. Very grateful for the help I received, thank you!

Fantastic experience: Friendly staff and very easy to access dental practise. Kids felt very comfortable in an environment that can sometimes be daunting. Technician communicated well with the kids and created a friendly vibe and atmosphere where the kids felt extremely safe and comfortable.

Negative experience: Absolutely the worst experience. Bruising was horrific, dentist was heavy handed. No follow up call. Terrible customer service. Never going back and suggest you find another dentist too.

Negative experience: Really disappointed. I went in with a sensitive tooth, did xrays and fillings. I was told the took next to it also needed a filling. I went back 4 days later as my tooth was still sensitive and they did nothing apart from con me into taking more xrays and charge me another consultation fee 4 days apart. I spent just under $600 and still have a sensitive tooth/teeth - what's even better is they told me on the 2nd visit they couldn't help me I would need to book in with the specialist as they were unsure of my tooth needed to be extracted and that was going to cost me another $200 for a consultation! For the same tooth! That's 3 consultations. Absolutely ridiculous. So disappointed as I had explained I was extremely anxious about the dentist. Needless to say I won't be returning.

Fantastic experience: I have always had a reluctance to visit any dentists. I clearly needed a filing, so I asked my daughter if she had visited a dentist recently. She spoke about her experience visiting this clinic. Her feedback was reassuring, so I booked myself in. The online booking process was easy and fortunately I could get in within a couple of days. Parking at the Karingal Hub is plentiful. The reviews for the service were outstanding and to see parents taking their children there helped to ease any concerns I had. The whole process was positive, so I would recommend others to utilise the clinic. I will be going back in 3 months for a clean and appraisal. The other aspect I appreciated was that they weren't pushing me into unnecessary treatments.
