After years of trauma from a previous experience at another practice, I had been avoiding dental visits altogether. Fantastic experience: Dr Xiao Jin did an amazing job with my teeth cleaning. Every tooth was cleaned thoroughly, and he explained each step clearly. High-quality equipment was used, and the fluoride treatment in a tooth-cover capsule was a nice touch. I have never had such an experience with any other dentist! Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I've had a few appointments with Dr Anna, for check up and cleans, whitening, and today for replacement of some caps I'd had in place for nearly 20 years. Fantastic experience: We were able to get a last-minute appointment after my 8-year-old son started experiencing tooth pain from a cavity. Dr Rubbia Taj was incredibly kind and professional. My son was quite nervous, but she took the time to speak to him gently and explain each step, which really helped ease his anxiety. She made him feel safe and comfortable throughout the whole process. The young lady at the front desk, Kouloud, was also very welcoming and professional – her warm manner made the experience even smoother from the moment we walked in. The clinic was clean, calm, and inviting. We had a great experience and will definitely be returning. Highly recommend!

Negative experience: I went to this dentist yesterday with a scan from my previous dentist showing I need a root canal. They said I needed to do another scan, and after doing a more detailed one, they told me, "Sorry, I can't do it because I'm worried your tooth might break." Then they charged me $147 just to say they can't help me. I honestly don't know what they're dentists for if they won't even try to treat the issue. And what did i get from your opinion when I'm coming to do the root canal

Fantastic experience: Where should I start from? I was really so lucky the day I walked in this dental clinic :) You don't easily find such a place that ticks all the right boxes but I did. Clean, professional, friendly, caring, that's the least I can say. My first visit was with Dr Shehrish, I was in terrible pain because of a bad tooth, but she did an excellent job cleaning my teeth and gave me antibiotic for my bad infected tooth. Two weeks later Dr Anna performed a surgical extraction on that bad tooth that was cracked and couldn't be saved, she did an excellent job even though it was a hard complicated one that came with risks, but nothing could stop her from delivering an amazing job without risking any nerves involved. I'm really happy and thankful :) also a big thank you to the lovely assistants of Dr Shehrish and Dr Anna, and a huge thank you to Helen the kindest receptionist and the other lovely lady with the scarf (sorry I don't know her name) I will keep recommending your clinic to every person I know :) Thank you and love you all oxx Update: Dr Rachel Yong and Dr Jin are beyond expectations, the more I deal with them, the more I realise how professional and kind they are, I can't recommended them enough, I've been telling every person I know about my positive experience every time I visit Pacific Dental at Chullora. Fantastic experience: I have never found a dentist like pacific smiles, so far I have had two different dentists both have been amazing, very professional, so friendly, knowledgeable. Anyone who has anything to say in a negative way regarding this dentistry office needs a reality check. If you need a “really” good dentist contact Pacific Smiles you really won’t regret it.

Negative experience: I had an extremely disappointing experience at this clinic. The dentist was unprofessional and made me feel disrespected throughout the appointment. They repeatedly spoke in their language in front of me, which felt exclusionary and unprofessional. During the procedure, I was asked to open my mouth wider and wider, despite me clearly stating that I couldn’t anymore. Instead of understanding, the dentist rudely commented, “I just saw you open bigger mouth five minutes ago,” which was both dismissive and uncalled for. No mouthguard or protection was offered while blasting chemicals in my mouth, making the experience even more unpleasant. To top it off, I was blamed for being “rude” simply because I physically couldn’t comply with their unreasonable demands. This level of care and communication is unacceptable in any professional setting, especially one where patients are supposed to feel safe and supported. I will not be returning and do not recommend this clinic to anyone.

Positive experience: Depends on you luck which dentist you get appointment with. Bad experience with tooth extraction and hesitant dentist on duty. No script given for antibiotic even it was obvious the infection is present. Very sad that it went this way. Not the value for job done.
