Fantastic experience: I just had my wisdom tooth removed through surgical procedure and my case was not very easy. Dr Bhaskar Goradia and his dental assistant did an amazing job with lot of patience and care, and ensured I was comfortable and pain free the entire time. Also, Meera at front desk was very kind and friendly. Infact, all team members here are really nice, professional and friendly. The service cost is also very affordable and reasonable. I highly recommend this dental practice to anyone searching for a good dentist for their dental related issues. I will always visit this place if I ever have any dental problems or concerns in the future.

Fantastic experience: First experience here and was so relieved and happy. The lovely lady at the front desk was so friendly and helpful, she made me feel at home and comfortable. Also very professional and the place itself is very clean, pleasant and inviting. Dr Goradia was very honest and made sure everything was fine before the check up. He was also very careful with the chair movement as I have a history of vertigo, and asked often if I was okay. He was also very gentle and precise with his dental work. Thank you for your hard work, expertise, professionalism, kindness and your time! It is greatly appreciated. Definitely coming back next time!

Fantastic experience: Very good experience. I had been very nervous because of a prior experience with another dentist elsewhere. I need not have been. The receptionist was friendly as was Dr Goradia who was understanding and explained what was needed and why. Dr Goradia seems to be very good and careful in his approach. I will be going back.

Negative experience: Very bad customer service. As it says open and been ringing around 7/8 times from morning. But none answered the call.
Sorry Dipesh that you couldn't get through. DR was awy on holidays for a month. I am glad you reported this as I can enquire with mystaff why the phone was not attended.
Negative experience: I had a voucher from medicare... I rang the woman there.... I was just trying to tell her what work I needed done... I said I had a voucher. Because he filed a tooth corner down many months before... I was going to ask could they slightly dodgy the form, to take some for the 'free' previous work. Be she cuts me off anf says what do you want. to use the voucher? I said no I was just trying to tell her the situation quickly. But she's an arrogant, rude, dismissive pig who cuts in. - Of course I didn't make an appointment, I'm going somewhere else where they have manners and patience.

Fantastic experience: I had to take my wife to Dr. Goradia on emergency as she was in deep pain and even without prior appointment they accommodated her and wisdom tooth extraction done. They also called next day to check if patient is doing good or not. All the staffs were helpful.

He takes his time to work on me and provided me with excellent after care service. They called me the next day and the day after to make sure I’m ok. Highly recommend.
