Negative experience: Worst experience I have ever had. I have had dentures before with no problems. Here I find it is all about getting your money with a care factor of zero. Pain excessive and they do not fit as they should. If you need dentures go elsewhere as you will be gravely disappointed and thousands out of pocket for ill fitting product.

Negative experience: Worst experience I've ever experienced with a dental clinic. I have been a full paying customer previously but as I'm a pensioner this time I had a voucher for treatment from hospital. I was treated as inferior by the female dentist who refused to rebuild my broken front tooth and insisted that my only option was extraction. She used the excuse that it would bleed too much and that there was not enough tooth left for a rebuild. There was plenty of tooth for her grip and remove the tooth. If I had been a full paying customer I believe she would have rebuilt the tooth but she had no intention to do this because I was a pensioner, she treated me like I didn't matter. I would not recommend any pensioner or anyone else for that matter to use this dentist.

Negative experience: Pacific Smiles Bairnsdale use to be great. Now the dentist there are extremely rough and charged $220 for a 10 minute scale and clean and don't care if they hurt you while doing it.

Fantastic experience: I usually get nervous and anxiety having dental done, I had a good experience and did not feel this way going in to have work done. The clinic has a nice and relaxing environment and a friendly team. Very happy with the work on my teeth Thank you again.

Negative experience: Avoid this practice at all costs they don’t care about your wellbeing at all they’ve caused so much damage and don’t take any blame just treat you with complete disrespect. Choose any other dental practice but pacific smiles.

Negative experience: Shocking service and extremely unprofessional. I had two fillings done by Bairnsdale Pacific Smiles only to be told by Sale Pacific smiles both filling were very poor quality and had voids which requires the fillings to be redone. Complained to the Bairnsdale dental clinic via phone call, couldn’t be bothered to contact me regarding their poor work standards . I had to pay twice for a simple filling. Avoid this clinic in Bairnsdale!

Negative experience: Asked if they could do what I wanted on the phone they said yes there will be options then to go in and get told nothing we can do go to Melbourne and that will be 71 dollars for a consultation fee . A consultation usually is determined by a dentist doing something or creating a plan , reviewing X-rays ect . Stay away

Fantastic experience: It’s really nice to ring somewhere and have the phone answered quickly and the person on the other end is super friendly and accommodating. I feel like these days it’s become normal to call a medical practice and feel like an inconvenience or the person is annoyed, which is not a good feeling! I think it was Ellie that I spoke to, thank you for being so nice and lovely and rescheduling us. Just wanted to leave a review as it’s the small things sometimes that makes a huge difference

Negative experience: So much for availability for emergencies as promoted on their website. They refused to see me instead telling me i have an infection and to go the hospital for an infusion of antibiotics, all without even looking in my mouth. Wasting everyones time as the hospital also couldn’t do anything due to no infection. Am now having to continue travelling home in agony until i can get into a dentist on Monday. The receptionist was lovely. But there was not an empathetic bone in the body of the hygenist that thought she was GOD turning me away when it was just after opening and their first patient hadn’t turned up. I was happy to wait. Don’t go to this place if you can help it and in an emergency. If i could give no stars. Though 1 star is for the admin Lady that was trying to help. Get rid of that hygenist. Currently In a hotel in agony having to get through this for another 30+ hours.

I am usually a complete mess when I have to go to the dentist but this was by far the best experience I ever had at the dentist!! Negative experience: 5 month wait for 2 fillings only to be charged for a full examination, nearly $300 to be told to book in again (another 5 months!) because I need some fillings ...pathetic...just want money and not actually interested in doing any work.....no I do not want to be contacted and pacified....why google do we have to register as 1 star to write a review..? They really do not deserve that....obviously no longer a patient ( aka...ATM machine to them).

Negative experience: I drove 2 hours for my appointment for a routine scale and clean, The dentist Dr Loui ignored this prebooking only to charge $75 for a 5 minute consultation to advise me to rebook for a filling job. This I was already aware of and simply wanted a scale and clean as requested and booked. I have been with this dentist for over 2 decades (Claire days) and will be looking elsewhere. Absolute neglect and disregard for my needs. Shocking experience. You are a number at this clinic. Zero customer service. My wife had an appointment for the following week and this had been deleted from their system without notification.

Negative experience: Worst dental experience ever. Took 35minutes to pull a tooth and 2 weeks of severe pain after. Don't go to them. Tried to unsubscribe 8 time and still get marketing rubbish. Shocking company

Fantastic experience: As someone with deep fears of dental procedures, I was blessed to fall into the care of Dr Z Li. What a skilled, gentle, and empathic medical professional. He explained everything and kept checking in with me. My procedure involved a large filling and a smaller one, one of which required an injection, which I did not feel at all. I highly recommend Dr Z Li for dental procedures.

Fantastic experience: I had severe facial pain and the dentist here got to the bottom of it very quickly and started treatment within my emergency appointment time, happy to be out of pain and the care was amazing

Fantastic experience: Just holidaying in Bairnsdale when I thought a filling may have partially broken. I was able to get an appointment on the same day and they were very friendly and efficient. Fortunately, my teeth checked out all OK and I was very surprised when they did not charge me anything! Super service. Thanks guys! Michael
