Fantastic experience: Let's face it, no one wants to go the dentist. We all know we should, but it's not on most peoples 'must do's'. So it was with a toothache that I visited Clifton Family Dental after an embarrassingly long time between dental checkups. I am not that brave. However, Dr Alex was amazing. She explained the whole process and procedure for me, in plain English and kept on reminding me that I could stop, that it should not hurt, that I was in charge. It was my first ever extraction and it was a non event, helped in no small part by the information I was provided and the agency that I felt I had. Today was a follow up visit to correct the mistake of not visiting the dentist for many years. Again, the process was clearly explained, I was told I could stop at any time. Again, having information allows you to make choices. Having teeth cleaned after many years is not for the faint hearted and I'd be lying if I said it was an experience I want to repeat, but given the circumstances it went without too much drama (I did swear at one point, sorry!). I am now booked in for my 6 monthly check up. My rating is based on my experience, but everyone was so lovely and so understanding anything less than 5* was never considered. Don't leave it as long as me!

Fantastic experience: On arrival at the renovated premises (very nice !), there was a little confusion about the appointment, but Dianna at reception was very supportive and clarified the dynamics of the practitioners. So I ended seeing dr Geeta, who was absolutely brilliant : efficient, clear communicator, and caring. Sad to see dr Casey relocate, but very glad to have dr Geeta as my dentist now. The payment process was easy too - highly recommended dental practice !

Fantastic experience: I had been mentioning my sore tooth that became 2 sore teeth for five years to my previous dentist and she woud say you have food caught under the gum. When I went to Dr Geeta at Clifton Beach Shopping Centre, she said I can fix that in 5 minutes and she did by adding a covering over the worn teeth. I am so happy with the results. What's more she never keeps me waiting. I hate being kept waiting and appointments are always available promptly. Dr Geeta gives the impression that she is there to serve her clients. You won't be disappointed.

Fantastic experience: Posted on behalf of my dad (Phil Catherall) - I recently had some work done at Clifton Family Dental - what I thought would be a couple of fillings turned into extraction of all top teeth (revealed by X-rays). This was quite daunting as I am nervous when it comes to dental work. However Dr Geeta was so good that I did not feel a thing. She advised that we wait until the gums heal before fitting the dentures. I went back for a brief inspection several times until she was satisfied that I was ready. This resulted in a perfect fit, now two years later they still feel great. No pain, no need for alterations (which I had dreaded based on other people’s experiences). The treatment was totally professional and priced very fairly. I warmly recommend Clifton Family Dental.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic dental practice and dentists. My kids actually loved going to the dentist for the first time ever. Brand new modern practice, kind, gentle and very professional dentists. They explained everything they were going to do and were very reassuring in their manner. The kids loved the tv on the ceiling with their choice of Netflix shows while they wore noise cancelling headsets. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new dentist - especially for kids.
