Fantastic experience: Dr Manish is wonderful and my whole experience at the clinic has been great.

Fantastic experience: I went to the clinic with dental pain and she has checked thoroughly and advised me to see specialist as mine is a complex case. She is very good in explaining the situation and she prescribed necessary antibiotics before I see the specialist whom she referred. Due to Christmas holidays I got appointment in mid January. Neetu has treated my husband too and we are all happy at tge end of the day

Fantastic experience: Dr Ilyas Sujak Bakir is an absolute blessing to the world of Wisdom Tooth Extraction. I had 3 removed in under 20 minutes and when I compare the experience to my previous wisdom tooth removal, I just can’t believe how smoothly it went: He was so professional and knowledgeable, it just showed. Hands down the best dentist I’ve been to and I’ve been to many! My last removal from Derrimut Dental had me traumatised but Dr Ilyas at Pacific Smiles more than made up for that.

Fantastic experience: It was my 1st time back at a dental clinic (after kids) and hands down it was one of the friendliet service I'd recieved. Walked in with the gorgeous and all smiles receptionist, Puneet sorting out my appointment as I've booked online and my details on the system was a mess. She was very so patient and kind. I highly recommend seeing Dr. Neethu whom talked through my xray results, treatment and future treatment plan thoroughly. They were both amazing and I will continue to come here with my family. Thank-you so much for the pleasant experience!

Negative experience: Dentist is great. Reception need an overhaul. 2 dental visits and I attend with a friend. Twice now reception have only entered my friend’s appointment and mine goes missing. Appointment is made at time of checkup. Then my friend gets a reminder text for a different time than booked. So, I called. Receptionist laughed. Moved friend back to her original time and blamed computer for a glitch. Found a time for me at my original booked time too. As I said, this has happened at last two visits. Lift your game reception. There won’t be a third time!

Negative experience: Worst reception staff there is. Dont answer phone calls and cancel your appointment without notifying you. Then they hace the audacity pushing you to a dentist you are not familiar with. Raised complaints and refuse to take your call to listen. Sorry Dr Jorge you are a fantastic dentist and would hate to leave but the admin staff keep getting worse!

Fantastic experience: Terrified of going to the dentist, but Dr Manish and his dental assistant made the experience so comfortable! They kept checking in on me, taking breaks and was so kind throughout the whole appointment. Receptionist was also great and friendly. They took great care of me. The place was also very conveniently located.

Fantastic experience: Great wish kids dental cleans and fillings. Gentle and patient

Negative experience: This place uses the most horrendous fluoride treatment at the end of a check up and clean that sticks to your teeth like chewing gum and is so difficult to rinse out. Spent 10 mins at home brushing my teeth, flossing and digging it out of the grooves of my teeth with my fingers when I got home and still couldn’t remove it all. Also can’t go to the shops after as your teeth and mouth are covered in white grit from it. Most places have a jelly like consistency one and you spit out the leftover which is far less offensive. Didn’t floss my teeth either during a check up and clean or let me rinse as per normal before applying the fluoride treatment. Also not a bupa first provider and I thought they were..

Fantastic experience: I took my sister here for emergency care. The staff were very kind, patient and reassuring. They did a thorough check up and explained the issues carefully. Puneet at reception was especially kind. She carefully explained the costs and make sure we were informed. It's great they are open on Sunday.

He felt comfortable straight away and was not scared at all. They treated us with care. I really recommend Pacific Smiles Watergardens.

Fantastic experience: Exceptional care and patience was provided by Dr Arora towards my daughter who had to undergo a painful extraction. Dr Arora ensured everything went well and took extreme good care of her.

Negative experience: ..... they wouldn't give me five minutes in the chair to fix a sharp tooth with out a large fee despite having paid 190 the day before for clean, xray and to try and fix the sharp spot. I thought they were better then that. I was wrong Thank you Sarah for trying. I'll go wait in the public where I belong

Fantastic experience: I Review for Pacific Smile Dental in Watergarden ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I recently visited Pacific Smile Dental in Watergarden to have two cracked back teeth removed, and I can’t recommend them enough! As someone with high anxiety, I often find dental procedures daunting, especially when it comes to needles. However, Dr. Arora and her assistant made my experience as comfortable as possible. Dr. Arora is a lovely and patient dentist who took the time to help me regulate my panic attack before starting the procedure. She was incredibly understanding and supportive, allowing me to take the time I needed to calm down. Her assistant was equally wonderful, holding my hand throughout the process to provide reassurance. Their compassion and professionalism truly made a difference for me. If you’re looking for a caring dental team, I highly recommend Dr. Arora and her assistant at Pacific Smile Dental in Watergarden. Thank you both for making my visit a positive one!

Fantastic experience: Always a wonderful experience at Pacific Smiles Watergardens. I have had a root canal and tooth extraction and I had no pain during or after the procedures. Staff are always friendly and lovely. If you have a fear of dentists like me, I highly recommend giving this clinic a go.

Preeti at the reception was incredibly helpful and guided me very well throughout the process. She efficiently sorted out some booking issues we had and made the whole experience smooth and hassle-free. Her lovely nature and friendly attitude made us feel so comfortable. Fantastic experience: Great positive experience, brilliant with kids

Negative experience: I had no previous serious issues with regular 6 month cleans (I look forward to cleans). Dr lacked care for the customers well being. Very rough and heavy handed clean which was justified as 'deposits' that would require further specialists under anaesthesia. This was not explained clearly or properly beforehand and was used as a justification for the dentist's heavy handed actions. As a regular pacific smiles customer, this was by far my worst experience. Raised concerns after which was acknowledged that there should have been better explanation beforehand since my previous records had no issues. I would not recommend this clinic/dental group.

Negative experience: On Wednesday 18th of December I visited the Taylors Lakes Dental surgery in order to have a First molar removed. The extraction was difficult due to the long root of the molar. On Thursday am I was in great pain and unable to swallow. I rang the surgery to seek aftercare and advice, but didn't receive a return call. On Friday am, I visited my GP in great pain and with excessive swelling to my face. The Doctor was very concerned to learn that I had not been offered antibiotics and pain relief by the Dentist. I am still in pain and under the daily care of my GP. I would not recommend this dental service under any circumstances. John Mclean.

She did it with so much ease and made me comfortable in a way that I was calmed down. She took a few minutes to do it and the best part is that it was well done with no pain!! Fantastic experience: Dr. Mitali just completed an implant operation for me, and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. from the first meeting till the last follow-up. She took the time to go over the entire procedure in detail, answering all of my questions and making sure I understood everything. Thanks to her exact expertise and the encouraging crew, the surgery was easy and almost painless. The office space was bright, contemporary, and pleasant. The rehabilitation has gone smoothly thanks to Dr. Mitali's easy-to-follow aftercare recommendations. The implant is more beautiful and functional than I could have imagined. It feels and looks natural. Her skill and kind demeanour make her an excellent option for first-rate dental care.

Fantastic experience: I usually went to Pacific Smiles Dental in Caroline Springs because it is my area. But recently I've been going to Pacific Smiles Dental in Watergarden. This place is sparkling clean. Reception Miss Preeti is very friendly and helpful. The dentist Jorge Sepulveda, omg, he is the best dentist i've ever met. Very professional, gentle, only recommend you to do what is necessary. I first came on my own, then today i bought my whole family. The kids feel very comfortable with the dentist and the nurse.

Negative experience: I booked in for a check up at Pacific Smiles Watergardens and to start off i want to make it clear that i had no pain before stepping foot into the clinic. During the checkup they told me that i needed 2 fillings which i let them do. After that for 2 weeks I could not eat anywhere near the teeth I got filled because of the pain I was in. So I went back so that they could fix them and was still in the same pain after. So a week later I went back for the 3rd time but asked to see a different dentist where they filled a dent that was left from the first 2 times. I was then charged for a consultation even though it was my third time coming back for an issue I didn't have before going to them. At this third consultation I was told that if the pain persists that i would probably have to go see a specialist. If i have not said it enough in this review i had 0 pain before coming to this dentist and now I am being told to go to a specialist for pain that they have caused. Even right now after 3 attempts I am still in pain when i eat. I will not be back if thats not super clear and would consider this review if you are thinking of booking an appointment with them.

Negative experience: went there to make a new retainer.Dentist said he couldn’t do anything because I didnt bring my insurance card. Asked to check with insurance company and come back. I sat on the patient chair for less than 5 minutes and was not assessed anything . Talk about insurance and paid $73 for CONSULTATION FEES. Not sure what I was consulted.

Fantastic experience: Although I live a bit far from Taylors Lakes, I came in recently to get a check- up and cleaning at the clinic for the first time and had a very good experience! Dr. Prapti especially was lovely who really took the time to explain. I really liked how transparent she was when discussing the procedures before proceeding with any work. The receptionist Preeti, was very lovely and happy to help with queries.

Negative experience: Came here to get a cleaning done. I'm not sure what the deal is but where I'd usually get maybe an ulcer a year (inside cheek), I've in the span of a few days developed five of them on the side of my mouth that was worked on, and have another forming on my tongue. I've had cleanings before elsewhere and this has never happened. Also, what kind of place only cleans half a mouth and says book again to get the other half done. Never again.

Positive experience: Dr Jorge was very helpful and friendly. He also gave me some useful advice moving forwards regarding my dental health that other dentists have not yet provided me. Very happy with his services :)

Negative experience: The absolutely most horrific experience of my life, the dentist was extremely rough in every way, I had a tooth removed and 4 days later I'm still in extreme pain and I now have 2 extra teeth lose. I will never recommend this clinic or will I ever return.

Negative experience: Very bad experience. My mother went to go get a clean the other day at Watergarden and they literally hurt her, they were very rough and not gentle. She came home with a sore gum and the next day it was still very sore, she couldn’t eat because of how sore her gum was. This will be the first and last time here.

Fantastic experience: Took my father for his tooth removal. He is on warfarin. Dr Rupan did not mind emailing his specialist and got the approval before doing the tooth removal. Professional, warm in their approach and not rushing to do things. But listening and taking care of their patients. My father initially wanted to get two tooth but changed his mind on the fly. Dr Rupan was as cool as anything and respected the patient decision and said if needed we can go through the process again. I recommend them without any reservation....
