Negative experience: Absolute Shame! I had the worst possible wisdom tooth extraction here. The doctor left me in unimaginable pain at 6 months pregnant pulling and prodding at my tooth for over an hour. Not just that, She left me with sutures that supposed to be dissolvable but turns out they weren’t. 10 days later I saw another dentist who swore these sutures were infecting the surgical site and did me the favour of removing them. I’d never go back. Never ever. I get told a lot that I should really sue them. I just had my other three wisdom teeth removed in under 20 minutes by Dr Ilyas Sujak at Pacific Smiles Watergardens and I can tell you he’s an absolute gem. Go there instead.

Fantastic experience: Had a check-up and cleaning here and felt genuinely warm and welcome. Dr. Viet is excellent, and the entire process was straightforward, smooth, and simple. Highly recommended.

Negative experience: I called this dentist for a price for a new customer who doesn't have private health insurance and was a cash paying customer to ask about the fee for an extraction for a lower molar as I saw this on their website under promotions. I was quoted $62 for a check-up / consultation by Kylie and she said the fees range from $300 to upwards of $600 for an extraction depending on its location. When I referenced the promotion for extractions on the website she doubted me with a response "A promotion for extractions ?" I felt like I was being lampooned. This is a warning to do your homework before you get gouged. Although the funds I have, I simply will not be exploited. Fantastic experience: A big thank you to the team for the great care you gave my kids during their dental check-up and cleanin. The staff were so friendly and helpful from the moment we entered till the minute we left. Everything was explained clearly. No fear of coming back :)

Fantastic experience: Did my dental check up here and the experience was good. Dr. Dian is nice and friendly, she explained to me the condition of my teeth and not too pushy. It took me a while to find the way for the first time. Dental clinic is located upstairs, you can access through the no.21 entrance using lift or stairs.

She is always so polite, gentle with all procedures, and takes the time to explain everything clearly—helping you not only understand but also appreciate the importance of maintaining good dental health. I also bring my toddler along, and Dr. Nita empathy and patience with children are truly incredible. Fantastic experience: I came here in an emergency overnight after chipping my back tooth and eating an oyster shell. I used my Meidbank to see which Dentist had an appointment on a Saturday at 8 a.m. Thankfully, Derrimut Dental was open and available to see me as a new patient. As soon as I walked in, the dental nurse, including the main dentist, was helpful, welcoming, and friendly. I explained what had happened, and the dentist took X-rays and gave me options on what to do next. My primary dentist was Dr Nita, and she was great. I love how she explained everything to me. I ended up getting a filling and a clean. I ended up coming back again and getting a splint. The process was informative and thorough compared to my previous dentist. My previous splint wasn't the best quality, and my new splint is softer inside with less pressure while I’m biting during my sleep. I’m so happy I found Derrimut Dental. What I love about this place is its transparency with its pricing, especially since I have Medibank. They can quote me on the spot on any service I require, so I know how much I'll be out of pocket. Plenty of parking is available, and they're located on level 1. It’s pram and wheelchair friendly. Everything inside uses the latest technology, and there were steps during my splint procedure that were new to me. They pay attention to the little things and are patient and caring. Fantastic experience: So Happy with the result of my teeth treatments for deep cleaning and feeling. Dr, Dian Valentina and Jamila really take a good care of me and professionally guide me, monitoring the result of my teeth treatment since last year. Also all the staff there were very friendly.

Fantastic experience: I was initially scheduled for a filling session two Fridays ago, but Dr. Valentina clarified that for optimal results in my upcoming whitening session, it's best to prioritize whitening before filling. As a result, we postponed the filling and instead focused on deep cleaning my teeth to ensure they're ready for the whitening appointment last Tuesday. Both Dr. Valentina and Jamillah provided exceptional care, and Dr. Valentina's meticulous approach to cleaning surpassed any previous experience I've had. She's truly the most attentive dentist I've ever encountered. Highly recommended!

Reasonable in price that is worth it because of their experience and good attitudes towards their client. I will now change my dental clinic to Derrimut Dental not only it is in my community but the area itself is clean and has updated equipments. Negative experience: PLEASE save your time and money! The dentist ripped me off big time! He made me pay for nothing, didn't even take an xray! He was super persistent for me to send an old xray taken by another dentist several months prior the visit! Prices he told me are much dearer than in Toorak! C'mon! Save your time and money and go to a HONEST professional please!!! MY ANSWER TO YOUR RESPONSE OF THE 5.04.2019: Hi there, After we spoke on the phone last Monday, I was expecting a call back from you the following Wednesday (10 days ago) to know why the dentist did not take a x-ray and quoted me a price of $300, instead of the quoted price over the phone of $165 - $265. You do not even have the decency to get back to me. I found out after seeing an emergency dentist that when I spoke to you I had a dangerous infection. This professional dentist found this by taking a x-ray and alleviated my agony by performing an emergency root canal. My agony over that weekend may have been prevented if your dentist acted professionally instead of trying to overcharge someone and make a quick buck in a difficult situation. I would not like to make an appointment with your principal dentist, as I find your dental practice shifty and unprofessional.
