Negative experience: Absolute incompetence. I wanted a replacement top denture the same colour, same size teeth, same setting just needed replacing due to age and becoming a little loose. What I got was completely different. Yellow teeth, a couple mill shorter and set like I had buck teeth. The worst part was when I requested my bite be set the same as I clench my teeth and will get back pain if not right he told me that in all his years his never heard such rubbish. He kept telling me I needed to give it time. I couldn’t wear them and eventually got a partial refund. Please don’t waste your time and money seeing Nick. I rang a few denture clinics who all confirmed they could replace like for like and understood the relationship between clenching teeth and back pain. It appears to me he may have been in the industry a long time but he has much to learn. I have made appointment elsewhere.

Fantastic experience: We moved to the area a year ago and chose Pacific Smiles as they are affiliated with Medibank Private. From calling to make the appointment to the actual visit, we were welcomed and put at ease. Dr Erica was wonderful! She is professional yet friendly and gentle in her approach. Fantastic experience: Took my son there to see Dr Shahid to get a tooth pulled as it was in the way of his new tooth coming in. Dr Shahid made his experience super relaxed/calm throughout, by talking him through each step and distracting him with mini exercises when he needed it. He was especially gentle in extracting said tooth, that my son didn’t know that the tooth was gone already lol once we were in the car, my son said he didn’t want to go to anyone else but to Dr Shahid from now on, 100/10 experience for him, he said. Fantastic experience: From the moment you walk into the surgery the girls at reception make you feel welcome and at ease. Dr Alexander Tuon is fantastic and he’s taken the fear out of seeing a dentist away from us just by being calm and explains what he’ll do before he starts. Going back is wouldn’t say a pleasure, when ever is seeing a dentist a pleasure, but I go for the first time in 50 years with confidence that I won’t have a panic attack just thinking about attending the surgery and am calm, even calmer than any other Drs visits, before the visit. So, I’m happy to have found a dental surgery that actually works for us

Fantastic experience: Really good, the dentist was really patient with me. But as an autistic I wish I could have been more verbal/upfront about how I was feeling. I’m so use to hiding my true feelings that even my support worker wasn’t sure on how to approach my situation. But I did good and so did the orthodontist.

Negative experience: 500 dollars for 3 fillings for a 14yo that took 10 mins. A serious rort!!! Imagine how much money the greedy Dr owner of this dishonest franchise makes a day with all the franchises he has.

Negative experience: Been here several times myself. Very overpriced. My sister had a tiny file broken off in her tooth. They didn’t try to get it out. So therefore we had to pay out of pocket for a specialist $250 to get it out. They got part of it out. There is still a tiny piece of a file stuck in her tooth. Can see it on her X-rays. Very poor help. Do not go here at all

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend this dentist office. They are caring, take into consideration that people have anxiety with dental procedures and give people a few minutes to breathe before bearing down and getting down to business. I highly recommend Dr Tuong he’s made Dentist visits, if not a pleasure, not a nerve racking experience that it used to be, so that now I go in and am not stressed but calm before each visit.

Fantastic experience: I booked in for an appointment but I had an issue with my tooth. I called them to ask for an earlier appointment and they were amazing getting me in. Dr Shahid is amazing. I hate the dentist but he was very reassuring and made me feel calm and relaxed.

Fantastic experience: I have been to many dentists since 1972 but pacific smiles are by far the most professional of them all the most understanding and very efficient what a pleasant experience keep up the good work.

Positive experience: I took my son to Pacific Smiles Morisset a couple of months ago to get a cavity filled. The dentist was great the nurse was wonderful. My son did not get worried or upset and was very pleased with his certificate from the "tooth fairy"
