Negative experience: The fact that ai had been taking my son to the dentist every six months, i know kids can be difficult to handle for fillings but there was no recommendation from the dentist while those visits for it. Because of this today i have to rake him to the surgeon as the infection has gone worse. But no such alarm was suggested from the dentist on timely visits. I find it reckless and not informative as such. If the decay was bad they should have done xray or suggested something. Each time I paid extra gap amount only to find out now he needs to see a specialist.

Fantastic experience: Friendly and attentive reception. Immediate urgent repairs to my tooth by the dentist although appointment was made 2 weeks later. This was approaching Christmas and dental services were running slim. The dentist went through all the checks and informed me of what is required. Certainly left me very comfortable. Equipment was modern and the surgery was well equipped.

Negative experience: I drove 30 minutes during rush hour to get to my 8:30 am appointment and also had to organise my work. And they cancelled it because I was 10 minutes late. No regard to how much preparation goes into one to make it to these appointments.

Negative experience: UPDATE: They call you for more information but will not offer or help you in any way. Don't bother wasting your time with additional feedback Beware - Not a Medibank Members Choice Advantage Dentist!!!! I've been to other Pacific Smiles Dental where they are a Medibank Members Choice Advantage dentist, hence no charge on extras but Hurstvile is a not and the biggest scam charging over $400 for a simple check up and clean, just 6 months ago in Marrickville it would have cost only $175. The reception lady said it was the corporates pricing They literally used up all my extras funds for the year - Shameful pricing, First and Last time going to this place.

Fantastic experience: Had a great experience with the team here, everyone was friendly and professional. I came in for a filling and thought it was fine, but Helen took extra time to make sure it felt just right and that I was completely comfortable, even though we ran a bit over time and it was already past their 4pm closing. Negative experience: The front desk staff today from 3PM 12/04/2025 has a bad attitude, doesn’t treat people well, lacks customer service skills, Her facial expression clearly shows that she’s not pleased, and the way she speaks and responds to customers is unpleasant. Negative experience: Took my son in for an extraction today, 45 mins late for our appointment, x-ray and no real genuine attempt to remove the tooth. $150 out of pocket and a referral to a child dentist to do the extraction, there goes 2.5 hrs wasted - never ever again. Do they get a kick back for specialist referrals? Tomorrow different dentist, the tooth will be out within mins … Confirming in under 6 mins tooth was out today, different dentist perfect result!!! Avoid this dentist at all costs ...

Negative experience: I accidentally chipped a front tooth and got it repaired here. They did an awful job... Very expensive too. I had to go back to my regular dentist to fix up their bodge job. Reasons: Wrong colour filing to the rest of my teeth, he was supposed to use an anchoring screw but didn't.. he shaved my bottom teeth to make room for the bad filing shape he created. Didn't polish the filing so it was rough... Ugh.

Negative experience: I went in for a clean which I was happy about. They convinced me that I needed fillings on 2 teeth done, one of which i had a small chip. Neither teeth were giving me any pain though. In my subsequent visit I had the fillings done but now I have a lot of pain on one tooth. Not trusting this dentist anymore I went to my usual dentist. He re-did my filling in the hope he could alleviate the pain but he said it's likely I now have a cracked tooth. I never had any pain before so the dentist at Pacific created a new problem for me. Advice is to stick to your usual trusted dentist even if it costs more. As the saying goes you get what you pay for.

Fantastic experience: Had an amazing experience with Dr B Sapkota. Had a wisdom tooth removed yesterday. Was very patient with me and talked me through the process. Very experienced, he was able to remove with no problems and now I have almost no pain. Very impressed with his service and probably the best dentist I’ve ever seen

Negative experience: Half service charged for full price! Booked the first calculus removal service since pandemic, dentist said to me whilst lying on the chair there is 'too much' calculus to be cleaned, cannot finish the service in one booking thus need to come back. End up getting cleaned the lower teeth and got told to come back to fill up the cavity and remove calculus of upper teeth. Understand the cavity issue which is only known at the check and should require separate booking to tackle it. But the general calculus removal done in two bookings is a joke. I would have definitely thought about confirming the booking on the phone if this was clearly communicated!

Fantastic experience: Best dentist I have been to since I was in the Defence force. Been to a lot of dentist since then, this dentist assisted me and went above and beyond to assist me and my wife. Very rare now days. Prices are reasonable.

Fantastic experience: Dr Sherwin Li is a very professional and thorough dentist - he walked me through the cleaning process and kept me informed at all times. He was also very thorough and careful during my cleaning, making sure that I wasn’t in pain and that I understood what was happening and why.

Fantastic experience: My son is on the spectrum along with other neurological issues. My son had a very big fear of seeing a dentist and his oral hygiene was not the best due to Sensory issues. He developed a very sore tooth and really needed to be pulled out. He was so gentle and caring and made my son feel comfortable and talked him through everything he was going to do and everything he was doing.

Fantastic experience: It’s a blessed to see Dr Jihan in action, smooth & beautiful. Doing our teeth cleaning, filling must be very challenging & exhausting but compared to our last experience with someone else for cleaning, Dr Jihan was rocking. Fantastic experience: Very impressed with the quality of service Dr Li provided. The tech is also very impressive. I would definitely recommend this dental clinic.
Negative experience: I thought they were good, but be aware they would scam you for a simple teeth clean. Charged $50+ for fluoride wipe (?!), $100+ for 2 photos to be taken to show cavities…. In the end processed $500 from my health fund just for a teeth clean. Never been scammed by dentists before, first time and last time.
