Negative experience: Absolutely atrocious the reception is an absolute pest. I have a Dental appointment on Friday. She rings my phone 30 times during the week starting from Monday because I’m busy with my business. She goes and cancels my appointment after ringing my wife as next of kin four times truly bizarre.

Fantastic experience: I had some minor pain in a tooth while eating over several months. Dr Alexander was able to diagnose it in a checkup to bring an old amalgam filling that was deteriorating. He later removed the filling and replaced it with the current technology one that will help keep the tooth together and strengthen it. Very happy with the process and outcome.

Fantastic experience: Dr Aoife Ryan is the best dentist I've ever come across. She gave detailed but easy-to-understand explanations of how to look after our teeth, addressing specific issues each of us had, and highlighting her points with videos of our teeth. I learned stuff I regret not knowing all my life. My kids also really liked her, and started taking better care of their teeth the same day, based on her advice. Seriously, she's awesome and I totally recommend her.

Negative experience: Don’t go here if you want your teeth to be taken care of. Only go here if you want to waste your money. I was told to ‘re-do’ my fillings even though I experienced no pain whatsoever. Went to a different dentist to get 2nd opinion on other teeth and found out that the fillings they had redone was v poor and completely unnecessary. The 2nd xray showed there was extra filling material between the teeth due to poor job, plus there was no difference to the underlying issue. I regretted ever trying this place. and to top it all off the receptionist was incompetent also.

Positive experience: Okay I love the dentists here. They do a fantastic job, but I *hate* that this office prebook appointments for you and texts you your prebooked appointment! Stop it!!!!! It's sooo annoying. I'm a grown person--I can do that myself. Also, stop emailing me about your deals or whatnot. And the fact that you cannot edit your own appt online is a pain in the butt. I don't want to talk to a receptionist for a two minute fix I can do. Reconsidering finding a new dentist because I hate that I can't opt out of emails, I can't fix my appointments online, and mostly because I get prebooked for appointments.

Fantastic experience: I had a check up & clean with Dr Clare Hoy, who was very professional, thorough & also patient. My teeth had recently become brown colored due to recent twice daily exposure to chlorine. Dr Hoy provided an excellent service. In addition, at least as my first consultation, I received a generous discount thus the consultation was fully paid by health insurance policy.

Negative experience: I had a really bad experience with pacific smiles dental! I have booked an online appointment on Sunday for Monday but due to some emergency stuff I tried to call them to cancel my appointment but they did not answer. On Monday they call me and I said I cannot attend and I tried to call you but the woman said you are charged 50$ because you have not canceled it 48 hours before! How it would be possible to cancel it 48 hourse before when I booked it 24 hours before! I am a student and it is not fair!

Negative experience: I came here for a half-yearly checkup as I couldn't go to my usual dentist. Even though I had my teeth checked six months ago, I was told I had to get a dozen fillings. Another six months later, I went back to my usual dentist and found a bad infection that this dentist most likely missed even though she insisted on getting a dozen fillings. I'm not a professional, but I distrust this dentist.

Negative experience: Last year, I had an unpleasant encounter with them and made the decision not to return. Recently, I received a call from a woman who informed me that they had scheduled a check-up for both my son and me. I explained that I had a negative experience previously and did not intend to return. The woman attempted to shift the blame onto me for the previous incident and even addressed me condescendingly with the term "darling." Furthermore, she informed me that they were completely over booked and not seeking new customers, leading me to conclude that they do not care about their customers.

Negative experience: Had an appointment wit Jae Shin (as my regular dentist was booked out) and he seemed inexperienced and only money oriented- he spent 5min doing a general clean of mouth and then said I had to come in a second time for a ‘deep clean’. It would seem that he was trying to maximise earning capacity and that first appointment was a consultation to recommend to me get a proper clean ? You would wonder why he couldn’t clean it on the spot as other dentists do. Needless to say I did not go back and would not recommend this place.
