Fantastic experience: I recently visited a wonderful family-owned dental practice in Toowong Village, and I can’t express enough how grateful I am to have found them. With over 25 years of dedicated service, it’s clear they genuinely care for each patient. From the moment I reached out, their communication was exceptional. They took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I felt comfortable even before my appointment. The professionalism and expertise of the entire team were evident during my visit. What stood out to me was their human-centered approach. They didn’t just treat me as another patient; they listened to my concerns and tailored their care to suit my needs. The practice manager, Kim is very helpful and flexible with bookings etc. I’m so glad that when I moved into the area, a friend recommended Toowong Village Dental.

Fantastic experience: I visited Toowong village Dental for the first time this week. Kim at the desk was so accommodating with appointments & made me feel really at ease. Glen was fantastic at his work & very thorough making sure to explain options to me regarding the dental work I had to get done. Glen & the dental nurse were so kind throughout the process checking in on me through each stage & really explaining everything. I also received a check in message from Kim to make sure all was ok after the surgery. I could not recommend Toowong village Dental enough !! They were all so kind & professional.

Fantastic experience: I was in desperation in finding a good Dentist due to a toothache I’ve had for a few days and my fear of dentists. I found Toowong Village Dental via Google and had good reviews. Best decision ever. Dr Jacky and team made my experience so pleasant, he was transparent about everything he was going to do and made sure I was comfortable with it all. Even the injection was bearable. I would recommend anyone who is afraid of dentists to go and see Dr Jacky, you will be pleasantly surprised. Sam at reception was wonderful and very friendly, it was a fantastic first impression. The next day, I had a follow up call from Shanna to see if everything was ok. Thank you Dr Jacky and team.

Fantastic experience: Great service. One of the very few dental and medical practices that ring you to advise if your appointment time has been delayed. This happened last week due to an emergency at the dental surgery and my appointment time was pushed back half an hour. Toowong Village Dental contacted me to advise of the change early enough for me to delay my transport plans so I wasn't sitting around in their waiting room for that time.

Fantastic experience: It was my first time here and I had a good experience coming in to Toowong Village Dental. Everyone were very kind and inviting. I got my teeth cleaned and xrayed. Dr. Harvey was patient with our questions which was reassuring for me. Would come again

Negative experience: Receptionist was really nice but that where it all stopped. It was my worst experience ever. I would never come back here again.

Fantastic experience: Second visit to this practice for my teenage son. The Admin team were fantastic and very understanding of having to reschedule the appointment a couple of times and one missed appointment due to unavoidable circumstances. My son was again very happy with Glen and said all the staff at reception were lovely. My son's friend who had come to the appointment with him also commented how nice the staff were. Word of mouth is still the best advertisement, and again I would highly recommend this Dental practice, and do recommend this practice to my family and friends.

We have always found Glen, Kim and the team to be kind, caring, professional and extremely willing to accommodate our `special needs' being an out-of-town family. They have been proactive in communicating with us regarding our son's dental requirements and arranging additional appointments where required. We highly recommend their services.

So being treated by a professional who knows what they are doing and explains to you what they are performing in your mouth and its reasons make the whole experience a positive one! Fantastic experience: I've been visiting Toowong dental since I was a kid - and now about 20 years later it's still the same amazing service and experience so I can't recommend Dr Harvey, Kimmy and the team highly enough. I've been there through cleaning, braces, fillings, and whitening over the last few decades and all procedures are dealt with in a friendly but professional way, priced fairly and arranged to fit in busy life schedules. The dentist is never 'fun' but if it could be this would be the place to go - don't hesitate to book if you're looking for a local dentist :)

Positive experience: I am happy to leave this clinic. Doctor here is great but with an unprofessional dental assistant/ front desk. She read aloud all my personal details including all my dental records, even where I work and where I live, in front of reception, with all other patients. I feel offended, and she is white with blond hair. Not sure is racism or not, but super uncomfortable. Update: As the owner comments no ‘Claire Yang’ in their record, to prove I’m a real patient, here I attach my email record. Yes, if you have any concerns about your patient’s privacy, you won’t ask the passport name on internet, and I don’t have to leave this comment. Do not suggest any Asian or who cares their personal information comes to this clinic.

Glen was very helpful and Kim in reception was also helpful in facilitating our insurance claim. Glen's initial and follow up treatment has been of the highest standard and we could not be happier. Fantastic experience: I've found the best dentist Dr Glen Harvey with an amazing team. They are all extremely friendly, helpful, kind and caring. I had 3 wisdom teeth removed with IV sedation with no pain before, during and after the procedure. I had IV needles before and it was painful. No one ever put it in as gently as Dr Christine Cordery. I was amazed. There are no words to express how happy I am with the service! 10 out of 5! Highly recommend them!!!! (Rita C.)
