Fantastic experience: Clean, thorough, and friendly! I booked for the first time as a Bupa member at this practice. As a new patient, they took initial records with photos and x-rays. The fee for this was also waived - maybe because I am a Bupa member. The clinic was very clean and I had a great experience with Dr. Liu. There was a TV mounted on the ceiling which reduced the boredom of visiting the dentist. I'm happy with my clean and will be back for regular checkups and cleans.

Fantastic experience: Cannot rave enough about our experience here. It was my 3 year olds first dentist visit and Dr Cindy and Taylor made him feel so safe. He even got to assist with my teeth clean after his appointment. And then they gave him a glove balloon. How good! Reception staff were also friendly and went above and beyond to help us. Excellent customer service. Location was convenient, with 2 hours free parking and lots of lovely coffee spots nearby as a reward for being so brave at the dentist.

Fantastic experience: I was running late as I had trouble with location and the receptionist Luella was very kind about it even though I was one of the last appointments of the day. Explained to me how to get there and told me to take a breather if I needed once I arrived. The health assistant Athenian was very nice and my dentist was Cindy Liu was very accomodating and knowledgeable. Gave me great advice to manage my teeth moving forward. The process was quick and seamless. I don’t live close by, but I will be making the effort to make Bupa Newstead my regular dentist from now on. Highly recommend honestly.

Fantastic experience: This practice is the best I’ve been to, they made me feel welcome and took me through the whole process of my yearly check up and clean and did my X-Rays the staff were friendly and very knowledgeable big shout out to Dr Anitya Savnak and his assistant for their help, made the appointment a more calming experience.

Fantastic experience: I had a really positive experience here, I was extremely nervous about going as I hadn't been to the dentist in a long time but Dr Cindy was awesome, never made me feel bad about skipping the dentist and was extremely thorough in explaining things to me and answering all of my questions, and she took great care with everything. Fantastic experience: I’ve never smiled as I walked out from a dentist appointment let alone hugged my dentist and the assistant goodbye, UNTIL TODAY when I finished my first appointment with DR CINDY and ARGENIS. I have very complex medical issues which are compounded by high anxiety (after some very traumatic previous dental visits) and yet I walked out of my first appointment with Dr Cindy astonished and elated with happiness. What makes this even more astonishing is the fact I had just endured an extraction of a very large molar. Yes. You heard me. An extraction. In my 51 years of life, I will never forget this appointment and from this point forward, I will never visit another dentist while-ever Dr Cindy is practicing. She is caring, empathetic, professional and very gentle. She took the time to explain every little detail and made it very clear I was in control and could stop at any time. DR CINDY also doesn’t muck around and try to convince you to go forward with unnecessary procedures. She’s a “straight shooter” and that’s exactly what I love. Dr Cindy had the ultimate nurturing bedside manner and the innate ability to make me feel safe and comfortable from the moment I walked in. As for her assistant …. ArgE (ARGENIS). Wowza…..What an incredible human he is. He was so gentle and kind as he rubbed my arm and offered me comforting words and positive affirmations. I almost cried because I felt so comforted by him. He also had a great sense of humour and knew exactly what was needed at what time. He was the best assistant Ive encountered … ever!!!! I’ve never felt so elated and so grateful for two amazing humans coming into my life as I was after this appointment. Thank you just isn’t enough. Both of these amazing humans have restored my faith in the dental world again. I will forever be grateful for their genuine care & nurturing personalities. What an amazing and “dynamic duo” they are! ALSO… big shout out to the receptionists for their warm and genuine personalities. They too were very informative and professional from the initial phone call to the time I left. They had a warm and honest approach and this instilled a sense of safety within me too. They made the experience much better than previous practices I’ve visited. Overall, my entire experience…. From A-Z was brilliant. Clean, new facilities with all the latest technology and amazing people. I’m so impressed, I’ve already booked my next appointment. You have my loyalty forever more.

Fantastic experience: I had a pleasant experience at BUPA Dental Newstead today—fast check-in, excellent facilities, and, most importantly, a lovely dentist. Dr. Cindy made the experience easy and painless. Photos and x-rays were taken, and the deep cleaning was done in less than one hour. She has very light hands and did everything as well as she could. Her assistant, Jay, was very friendly, too. I would come back here for sure.

Positive experience: Went in for a general checkup and clean, it was pretty good, they did an xray as i was a new client, all done on the bupa card. I think they had a newbie in as an assistant, did alright, he'll get better with more experience though.

Fantastic experience: 5 Stars I recently visited the newly opened BUPA Dental in Newstead and had an exceptional experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a friendly face at reception. The check-in process was quick and easy, with just a short form to fill out as a new patient. The reception area is bright, clean, and has plenty of comfortable seating with relaxing music, making for a calming atmosphere. I was seen right on time by the dentist, who was incredibly friendly and immediately put me at ease—especially as I’m usually a bit nervous about dental visits. Since it was my first appointment, he asked if I had any concerns, but I was just there for a routine six-month check-up and clean. He took some photos and x-rays of my teeth, explaining everything he was doing along the way. This made me feel very comfortable throughout the entire process. After the photos, he checked my gums and teeth, and once everything was confirmed to be in good shape, he went ahead with the clean. It was completely painless, and I remained calm throughout. His dental assistant was equally professional and kind. Overall, I’m extremely happy that BUPA Dental is now in Newstead. It was genuinely the best dental experience I’ve had, and I’ll definitely be recommending them to everyone. I look forward to my next visit in six months! Thank you, BUPA Dental Newstead!
