Fantastic experience: Best best best dental clinic and very clean and professional dentist and receptionist!!! So quick and friendly at squeezing in last minute emergency visits!!! So so very happy I chose to call this clinic when another dental clinic canceled on me at the last minute after a three months long painful wait to remove two of my teeth!!! Negative experience: Terrible service. They are not a gap free dental provider. They charge a gap for cleaning Children’s teeth and “$75 examination fee” to look inside a child’s teeth and then extract a tooth before charging over $200. When questioned by the practice manager she was bold and rude and said they are within their rights to charge an examination fee for 2 mins of work. A money hungry business with no morals and ethics. Stay away!

Fantastic experience: Professional receptionist and Dr’s We have been coming here for 3 years now and have not had any negative experiences. Both my 6 and 8 year old had their fillings done and did not complain of any pain. We left with 2 happy girls :) couldn’t ask for a better dentist experience.

Negative experience: Would not recommend to anyone. I was conned into an appointment for my son saying that it was free - got there, the dentist asked my son to smile - no treatment whatsoever provided and in and out in under 5 minutes yet charged $83 saying “there’s no such thing as a free appointment”. Receptionist not helpful at all.

Negative experience: Stay away! Im a regular and have always looked after my teeth ! I have record of all my visits since 2021 due to their negligence and not doing their job correctly Dr AJ wife saw me when I had really bad pain in a tooth and palmed it off as “your just sensitive and need to use sensodyne tooth paste or your grinding too much” when she should’ve taken an x-ray to ensure there was no cavity or issue the eye could not see! I returned a few months later to complain of the pain and still no x-ray was done so I continued to use the toothpaste and pain killers weekly ! I now need a root canal when her husband Dr AJ 2 weeks ago decided to finally do an Xray and see the cavity had reached my nerve ! They should be held accountable to this huge bill I have incurred to see a specialist now. Looks like you need to remind the dentist to do an Xray ! I wasn’t pregnant nor trying nor low on funds ! I’ve had private health insurance for over 10 years. This place is a joke ! With proof of regular visits they could’ve easily sorted it as a small filling before it turned into a cavity that reached my nerve !

Fantastic experience: The receptionist Sarah needs a pay rise, was the friendliest receptionist I’ve ever met at a medical facility, made me feel so welcome, she was dealing with a difficult customer infront of me and as rude as he was to her, she was so patient and still handled him with a big smile, cause I wouldn’t of had that patience she did lol, Victoria the dentist made me feel so comfortable and explained everything well, super patient with the million questions I had , made sure to make my experience as pain free as she could. Would definitely come back!

Fantastic experience: the availability and location was perfect for me. But also the great customer experience first of on the phone with Zena she was lovely and helpful. It wasn't long until I saw Dr. Sadhana which she was amazing and great at what she did to relief me from my pain. But mostly I would like to appraise and thank her assistant who was with her comforting me whenever I was getting in so much pain she really was truly amazing, whatever your name is you are truly amazing.

Negative experience: I had an awesome dentist Dr A Gyawali he's honestly top notch. However I was getting cash out and had to get smaller change to pay for the visit. so I went to the chemist next door and the receptionist followed me in and in front of other people asked if I was going to pay. She then stood at the window watching me to make sure I came back. I told her she made me feel like a theif and her response was "it's company policy".

Negative experience: I am new to private insurance got referred by hbf to get a check up done in pacific smiles bass hill. However i ended up to be given a few xray including a big mouth xray. When i have done the check up first the dentist said my teeth was all good but later asked me to do those xrays I wasn’t informed about the cost of the xray. I feel this is very unnecessary and it doesn’t matter whether i paid out of pocket or not i should be informed about the cost first. Also if it is unnecessary should not encourage the patient to do those xrays.

Negative experience: The dentist is really good how every very bad service from the front desk girls. Their system is always down. When booking online on the website i would get an confirmation email but when i show up my booking is not on the system at all. This has happened to me twice now. They will randomly send you confirmation booking text to confirm a booking I did not even make & when you call to ask them why they text you & all your family members confirming appointments that we never booked, they say its an error on the system. And the front desk girls are aways very rude.

Fantastic experience: Dr Anton is really good. My bottom teeth are sensitive but I did not feel any pain during my check up and clean. He also informs the patient what procedures he is doing which is really helpful. Highly recommend Dr Anton and this clinic! The staff are also nice and very professional. I have private health insurance and they don’t charge gap fees.
