Fantastic experience: Initial consultation for my daughter today. I rang the practice to book in for a checkup and clean and was offered availability on the same day! Our first time meeting Dr Shaili Thanki, she greeted us in the foyer. She was warm, welcoming and explained everything to us as we went. My daughter is an anxious patient but felt supported and in control of her treatment being offered breaks etc. I highly recommend the practice, it was clean and the staff were friendly and professional. We will be back.

Fantastic experience: I am at that age where my teeth are starting to deteriorate at a greater rate, and the CBD have risen to the challenge to provide a quality service where I still have most of my original teeth are still in a good condition, and I have a zero need to consider in getting dental plates, in the mid-term future. Only tooth I have lost was a "baby" tooth, as I never had its adult denture in the first place.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely blown away by the good people at cbd dental. I let a tooth get rotten and chipped at the back of my mouth. They had me in the chair only 3 days after enquiring and once I was there everything ran smoothly and professionally! I should also point out that unlike most dentist who just get mad about my mouth and not explain anything, at cbd dental everything was explained nice and carefully and now I actually understand what’s going on in my mouth. Gentle hands, caring staff and Micah is the coolest. I will be back and I WILL be recommending to others!

I had attachments on the front of my teeth, and they even offered to remove them for the wedding and then reapply them afterwards – something they don’t usually do, but were more than happy to make happen for me. Fantastic experience: I have been going to CBD dental for 15 years. Dr Ritesh worked patiently with my daughter in her first visits when she was very young and scared - too scared to even lie down on the dinosaur chair. She trusted him and would not see anyone else. She recently had orthodontic treatment for her very crooked teeth - her braces were removed last year and her teeth look absolutely stunning. All of this amazing dental work was done by Dr Ritesh - I cannot recommend them enough and I am truly thankful for the professionalism and care that has always been shown each and every visit.

Negative experience: I would warn anyone using a dental voucher think twice before you use CBD dental. I had a voucher for a lower denture and was told it would be 3 appointments. I attended the first appointment for the mould impression and was told by the prothesist Brad that the voucher would cover the cost of a plastic band but the metal band makes a better fit. I was told it would cost $450 and I asked if I could pay in installment. I attended the second appointment and asked the receptionist admin Maria if I could have an invoice with bank details thinking I could pay in 4. She immediately said no and they only take cash. I was a bit taken aback by the abrupt and rude way she spoke but gave her 2x $50 notes and went into the waiting room. Maria then called out to me that the denture was ready but I couldn't have it till I paid the full amount. I was so disgusted as she was telling me to give her more cash then and there and I couldn't have the denture until I paid the full amount. I was in disbelief and humiliated and especially when she added I couldn't have them because I might not pay the rest. What a disgusting and disrespectful woman. I obviously had already given her what I could afford. I then left with Maria asking me to make another appointmen but I felt I could never go back there. I called Public Dental to describe what happened and that the practice is a disgrace. I am also considering making a complaint to the HCCC. At the very least CBD dental need to review their business model and employ people at the reception who are respectful and professional regardless if you have a voucher.

Fantastic experience: I cannot speak highly enough of Dr Saba! After having a bad experience at a different surgery I was so anxious about going to another dentist BUT Saba was amazing, she was caring, informative and took away all my anxiety.

Negative experience: Unfortunately wasted my time not only once but twice to turn up and oblivious to my needs after sending them X-rays and previous dentist information. Total waste of time with these Indian dentist!!!

Dr Hamza and his team are genuine who make a dental appointment fun, talk to you throughout the service to make you at ease and not just a typical small talk conversation. I had a professional teeth whitening recently and the result is amazing, I have never been so happy with my teeth as they were previously so yellow.
