He has done root canals and crowns, fixed broken teeth, you name it. I trust his team and his advise completely, all of his work has been outstanding. Highly recommended, 2nd to none.

Negative experience: Worst experience! This dentist has no patience! He was rude and impatient. I went for an extraction, and he was getting frustrated at me for being in some discomfort- like you would be when pulling out a tooth!! He kept stopping, pushing his chair back away from me and speaking to me in an aggressive tone.. I honestly felt scared.. All because I was feeling anxious and in pain! He kept stopping and saying to me can you stop being loud, then had the audacity to tell me cause there are patients outside and they will hear you and give me a bad review I couldn't believe what I heard, I felt embarrassed and just regretted going to him. I will never ever go there again and do not recommend going to see him.. You want to see a dentist that has some compassion/patience and make you feel as comfortable as possible.

Fantastic experience: I hate the dentist, nothing personal, I'm sure they are lovely people, just that feeling that you get when you try to sink deeper in the chair to avoid the discomfort and you realize you just have to breathe through it all. I saw Dr Rana this morning at My Dental Health Centre, the place was spotlessly clean which put me in an optimistic mood, and Silvana showed such courtesy and professionalism in greeting me when I arrived I had high hopes that I was in good hands. Dr Rana was so gentle I actually forgot that I was getting my teeth cleaned and she had to wake me from my day dreams to ask if I was doing OK. Quickly, quietly, efficiently and gently is the way a visit should go with the dentist and Dr Rana has all four of those qualities. I no longer dread the visits to the dentist, and all at a cost of only $150 for clean and examination, it doesn't get any better or cheaper than that. Thank you Dr Rana and Silvana.

Fantastic experience: They are very thorough during your initial consultation. I had a tooth extracted and due to severe phobia of the dentist had put it off for so long. The receptionist, and dentists were lovely, explained as they went along what was going on and were so patient with my nerves. I literally felt so pain at all durong the extraction and am now feeling much better about my next appointment. I would definitely recommend this practice. Thank you!!

Fantastic experience: I've been going here since Dr Firas first opened. I work locally but I live some 35kms away. Even when I'm not at work, I happily make the trip because I totally trust Dr Firas and his team. I have given a 5 star rating because like most people, I hate going to the dentist but I somehow manage to cheerfully go here!

Fantastic experience: I was late for my appointment because of some issues with Sydney trains (sorry Dr. Firas, it won't happen again) This clinic is very clean and modern, and they are very much on time with their appointments (even when I was not), and Dr. Firas is a true professional who does a really great job. He is very soft-spoken and he calmly explains the procedure well before he starts and what the implications of the procedure will be for your dental health. His assistant is a lovely and personable young woman who is cheerful and seems to enjoy her job really well. I really felt comfortable and welcomed in this clinic and I will definitely come back here for my dental services. Keep up the good work! I am now one of your fans here in Sydney ♥️
