Fantastic experience: Truly the best dentist!! Dr Balfoort and the beautiful receptionist/dental nurse were so kind and gentle with me as I was absolutely petrified to get my wisdom tooth out. The whole process was over in less than 20 minutes and I didn’t feel a thing. Really felt like I was in safe hands. Thank you, I’ll be back :)

Negative experience: Goodness please replace the rude receptionist working at 11 April 2025. Never have I came across such rude person in my life. She must not work at this job is too boring or difficult.? She literally makes noise when talking like aaahhh . The exclaim noise is not needed

Fantastic experience: Honestly the most caring kindest, understanding ,Dentists! I have a MAJOR fear of dentists, and I am so looked after here. I'm never rushed, and any time I've had to have needles, ( another fear), my dentist , Dr. Balfoort, takes it slowly and gently to help me. The experience and care is ALWAYS above and beyond, and they make me feel like part of the family. Highly recommend... I'll never go anywhere else! Thank you!

Fantastic experience: I've been going to this dentist pretty much all my life (including a long period when I didn't even live in Melbourne). I love the low-intervention approach and appreciate all the advice given over the journey.

Fantastic experience: This place is the best especially if you get nervous going to the dentist. I’ve got high anxiety about having any dental work done and the team here are so accomodating of that. Both dentists are friendly, gentle and informative and the dental assistants are skilled, compassionate and excellent at calming my nerves and making me feel comfortable. They listen to my concerns and take them seriously and don’t do any unnecessary work. Won’t go anywhere else now.

Negative experience: Worst dental experience of my life

Negative experience: Do not waste your time and money! Great dentist but unfortunately the receptionist who is also is the owner is rude and a liar. I don’t understand what is the point of having good workers and putting rude staff at the front desk. Don’t buy deal from Groupon she will tell you she will match it but doesn’t actually, she is a thief…makes up an excuse to steal your money. She doesn’t deserve the 1 star. I will never be going back there again!!

Fantastic experience: Rebecca, Adrian and Katie are wonderful! My son has additional needs and won't go many places without a fuss, but happily goes to Boronia Dental and is content to even go in the chair and have everything done without me in the room. My daughter was petrified of the dentist after a traumatic visit with another dentist but still needed a filling. Adrian and Rebecca let her come in and out of the surgery multiple times during her appointment to get her anxiety under control and she was able to get her filling and was so proud of herself and said "it didn't even hurt". They are amazing, caring and take the time to know their patients. Couldn't recommend then highly enough!!!

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend this dentist, these guys do such a good job that I needed to leave a review to spread the word! All the staff whether it be reception, dental nurses or the dentist, are so friendly, gentle & thorough - have had a clean & check + fillings. They are very focused on comfort, making the experience relaxing and as pain free as possible, they do the best job of it out of all dentists. I was especially happy with the job they did on the filling on my molar as I usually get sensitivity or odd bite sensation when I get fillings here but as soon as the numbing needle wore off, it felt normal straight away, as if I’d never had any work done in the first place, and that’s credit to the care they provide, not like the other rush job experiences I’ve had with dentists before in the past - once again, highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Boronia Dentist 5 star. I suffer from anxiety and I hate going to the dentist because it's painful. My teeth are very, very sensitive but after going to Boronia dentist I'm more than happy to go every week and get something done. Adrian Bendekovic is amazing, his gentle and I didn't feel a thing. He didn't even numb my whole mouth and yet I felt nothing. That is how careful he is.

Fantastic experience: Great service, I have taken both my neice and newphew here. It was their first time and they were great with them. They are also great with overgrown children like myself and their fears of past experences with other dentists. Couldn't recommend them enough for all ages and those who have had bad expereicens elsewhere.

We had an awful experience earlier in the year at another dentist and were hesitant to go anywhere for a while but we are so glad we did. Gentle, so caring and made the whole experience seamless. Negative experience: Rude and extremely unfriendly receptionist. It amazes me how people like this are in front customer service roles. If it was my business I would find someone else - so many good and hard working people are in need work at the moment.

Fantastic experience: I drive all the way from Doreen to go here because I trust them. Went today for a check up and was prepared to get a clean but he told me I didn't need one! On a previous visit he told me I didn't need a root canal when another dentist had told me I did. Always honest, lovely man and not doing it to rip people off. They were also great at letting me bring my 1.5yr old to the appt. Thanks Boronia Dental. So happy!!

Fantastic experience: I found this dentist through Facebook after Rebecca and her team were able to help out a boy suffering from an abcsess the family had been quoted a huge amount of dollars without any health care. After reading this feel good story I checked out the website and was please with what I read. I was able to easily book online after hours for the next morning and was greeted personally by Rebecca where we had a little chat before I was taken in to the dentist. I am a very nervous patient but I was treated with kindness and respect and I was listened to intently. I’ve been to other dentists before where they aren’t interested in hearing what I have to say they just want to look in my mouth. At Boronia I was given the opportunity to be heard, the process as uncomfortable as I was because of my phobia went the smoothest I’ve ever had before and I was talked through each step. I will definitely be going back and recommending their services to everyone I know. Thank you to Rebecca and her team it’s so nice to be taken care of and treated like family.

Negative experience: Receptionists have no communication skills. I honestly wondered if they had ever heard of ‘customer service’. I certainly don’t think their cheap prices make up for the overall service.
