Fantastic experience: I wish it was possible to give more than 5 stars. Our dental phobic daughter was in immense pain and needed urgent treatment. Eloise in reception, Verona the practice manager & Dr Nick all bent over backwards to get her seen immediately. They were kind, compassionate, & understanding. Forever grateful and would 100% recommend them.

Fantastic experience: Yesterday my partner had a Zoom treatment at Hermitage Dental Port Macquarie to whiten his teeth. Jodie the practitioner was fantastic, and the result is perfect, his teeth are the perfect shade of white. Thanks Jodie amazing

Fantastic experience: Every single staff member I have interacted here has been exceptional. I called as a new patient for an urgent appointment due to pain, Raylene on the front desk was kind and listened to my issues and got me in straight away. Dr Peter was incredible, he gave me his honest professional opinion, didn’t try to upsell me with dental work that was likely to fail or was unnecessary, and supported me when I felt anxious about having a molar extracted. I highly recommend this practice.

Fantastic experience: Went to the dentist yesterday after a long period of avoidance, with a full toothache. Ended up being decay under a broken filling. I was very impressed with Dr Jake Davies who spent very long time meticulously working on a very difficult tooth with deep decay, making sure my nerve stayed intact and he removed all the decay. Thank you for the care that you took in discovering the issue and making sure. you treated the tooth as best as you could without rushing me through.

Fantastic experience: Wonderful dentist, assistants and reception staff. Professional and friendly. Have only been in the area a short time and luckily chanced on this great dental surgery after a tooth was giving me some sensitivity pain. Able to see the dentist promptly who attended to what turned out to be an infection due to a cracked crown. Problem fixed and pain gone. My wife and I return there for our check-up and cleaning. Great job from all involved. Would recommend Hermitage Dental.

Fantastic experience: Wife called them this morning as she just badly broke a tooth. Immediately gave her an appointment for today. Lovely lady took the call and did booking. In arrival seen by dentist Rohan. Lovely manner and really knew what he was doing. Temporary crown looks and feels good and follow up booked. Highly recommend based on our experience today.

Fantastic experience: Hermatige has restored my confidence and peace going to the dentist. I was extremely anxious, quite petrified to say the least with any dentist appointment until here after a few horror dentists in the past. The first couple appoitments I had to bring someone to support me but now can honestly say I don't anticipate it at all, can go on my own and am always looked after so beautifully. It's taken me years to get ontop of my teeth and now I am finally happy and pain free. Thankyou so much! I highly reccomend Nick and the team.

Fantastic experience: Been going to see Dr nick for a number of years now , have always been met with wonderful reception staff , along with a pleasent waiting area and great dental rooms . Both efficient in their work and easily explain any tricky work that may need to be done. Also quite accommodating when urgent issues arise.

Negative experience: Don’t go to this dentist, absolutely terrible dentistry practice who disrespect their customers and will blatantly lie to your face. Customer service is abysmal, if you ever have an issue with this dentist they will treat you with disrespect, talk about you and your issue behind a wall, giggling in front of a full waiting room. Way to act like a bunch of high schoolers. Once FairTrade NSW actually got involved the dentist got their act together and gave me a refund. Even though all I wanted to talk about was a refund in the first place. Terrible business practices 0/10 do not recommend.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Hermitage Dental for about 10 years. I have never had any complaints/issues. I have always been met with a smile and a welcome from the receptionists at the front. Always high quality of work completed. Each procedure and costing explained in detail. Would highly recommend this practice to anyone.

Fantastic experience: I had an appointment yesterday and had a look at the reviews. The one star reviews look like fake accounts all posted on the same day(Mike Wazouski + Bedbugs lol) so i thought I'd share my experience. I had my teeth cleaned by Lara with the new ''airflow" system. It was much nicer feeling than a traditional clean, felt more gentle. Lara explained the cost upfront and explained exactly what the treatment would be before i had it done. Very happy with their service every time i go :)

Fantastic experience: I was hesitant to visit the dentist in Australia due to the cost, after coming from the NHS, but this team were fantastic! They did not invent problems just to get me to spend more money with them, as I have found with other dentists. They explained everything before they did it, they were punctual, friendly and well priced. Be prepared to wait a couple of months for an appointment, they are in high demand. I highly recommend them! Thank you Hermitage Dental!
