Fantastic experience: I have to say visiting a dentist was never a fun thing for me (or I guess most people) to do, but I have to say Dr Karen Su made my visit extremly easy. She was attentive, experienced, understanding and professional. Her honest approach made me feel assured and being taken care of. She is the Dentist to go to. I also wanted to say her assistant was as helpful and good. The lady at the Reception was patient and helpful. In all, it was a quite positive experiences.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been seeing Dr Chan for a few years now and have always had a pleasant experience. His skill and attention to detail, care for his patients, and welcoming practice environment makes for very comfortable experiences. I’ve also seen Dr Youssefinia for a consult for Invisalign and she explained the process and procedures really carefully, and made sure I understood everything I needed to know.

I was traumatised about going to the dentist for over 20yrs because I was always in lots of pain and uncomfortable. Fantastic experience: I have never let anyone work on my teeth expect my Mother, (who is a dentist) and then I was lucky enough to come across and open my mouth for Dr. Karen Su. WOW!!! Thank you with gratitude Dr. Karen Su for your outstanding professionalism and expert care. You extracted a tooth that was so severe it could have been done surgically. You have saved another tooth from being extracted, and from needing a root canal. You also have created a treatment plan to address matters that are of concern, literally 1-10. Your confidence within self, along with the trust you have with your staff is beautiful. You have made me feel so comfortable in every way I am able to fall asleep in your chair regardless of the procedure. You have gentle hands but they are firm and strong as well. You were able to articulate extremely well what my issues were and give an explanation of what’s happening and how to resolve all my concerns within a reasonable amount of time through a treatment plan, with a feasible payment plan. Fantastic experience: I have been a patient at Smile@Norwest Dental for approx.20 years and the reason is simple they are the most professional, caring and considerate people I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with in my life. Dr Chan goes out of his way in explaining and planning the dental work along with giving up his lunch break to complete a complex process knowing that I travel over 70km to and from the surgery. The last piece of technology is outstanding as it produces a 3D image of your mouth and then produces a crown while you wait. If you need dental work then there is no other place in my opinion.

Fantastic experience: This is by far the best dental practice I’ve ever found. Without exception all the staff are professional and friendly. I have been a patient of Dr Eugenie Ree for the past 12 years, ever since she took fantastic care of me as an emergency patient with an abscess. She is gentle, knowledgeable and very caring, and also takes a holistic view of your overall well-being, as well as your dental health, which I appreciate very much.

I am not normally one to write reviews, but in this case am moved to do so, in recognition of the first class service that our family has consistently received over the years. All aspects of the practice are run in a friendly and efficient manner, from the reception to the front-line dental professionals. We will never need (and would not even dream of going) to see anyone else. Dr. Chan is one of a rare breed of professionals who is best-in-his-field as well as being a genuinely warm and caring person - a rare combination to find. We are grateful and consider ourselves fortunate to have him taking care of our family. I would award him 6 stars, if Google would allow me!

Fantastic experience: I have been going to this practice for 12 + years and cannot speak more highly of Dr Chan and Dr Tran!! I was like 95% of everybody out there who hated going to the dentist.. but ever since going here I can safely say that the team has turned my opinion around as I now come every 6months!!

Fantastic experience: Dr Tran's services are second to none, always practicing preventative dentistry and willing to accommodate his patients where possible. He is definitely worth the wait and I strongly recommend his services and that of his practice. He is a true professional, caring and understanding.

Made me realised how more advanced they are with their equipment and dental skills when compared to my previous dentist. Negative experience: The most useless place I’ve ever come across! Extremely bad service and poor administration. After booking teeth whitening weeks ago we turned up today to have our teeth whitened in time for our wedding. I’d checked the booking in person a week prior and was assured all was in order. After turning up today they didn’t have both of us booked AND they refused to whiten our teeth in time for the wedding. Very unhelpful and unwilling to find a solution for us. Ridiculous!

Fantastic experience: I took my daughter there after being referred by a friend and she had a wonderful experience everyone was friendly and helpful and she felt at ease as she has had some awful dental experiences in the past. Highly recommend them especially Dr Tran very lovely man.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been a patient for many years and always received good service and honest advice. Staff is very friendly and welcoming. Recently recommended them to a friend of mine that had a massive quote from another local dental practice for a “second opinion”. She was seen the same day and booked for some extractions soon after. The price was not even a third of the other quote! You will be looked after! Give them a call next time you need a dentist!!!

Negative experience: my mum had a few fillings done here but later she realised she was ripped off - their fillings are much more expensive. they also charge you much more than quoted, not happy! so be aware. mum changed dentist because a filling fell out after only a few weeks, then we realised their fillings are very expensive. We've been to this place for a clean for a few times, one thing i notice is they always have new dentists and nurses. we went there because its' close to home but we really like to have the same dentist. things turned bad when i went recently, i heard a nurse talking about how badly they were treated, dentists are nice to patients but not nice to staff. I asked the new dentist about the veneers because the last dentist (who already left) has suggested. this new dentist didn't give me any confidence she knew much about it. from my last few visits, the dentists are generally very young and appear inexperienced. this dentist did not give me any information on my concerns, and water was splashed everywhere. I never thought cleaning would be so painful. I told her the cleaning is a bit painful but she showed no concern and continued her way. never again!
