He was so kind, patient and thorough in explaining everything. But from the very first moment I stepped in, everything changed. Dr. Paul was absolutely incredible — a rare gem in the world of dentistry. He took the time to truly listen to my concerns without interrupting or rushing me, which is something I had never experienced before. He carefully explained every possible option, the pros and cons of each, and even used the latest technology and photographic imaging to show me details of my teeth I’d never seen — even tiny hairline cracks that had gone unnoticed for years! Dr. Paul went deeper into the anatomy of my teeth and gums than anyone ever had, ensuring I fully understood what was happening and what could be done. He even handed me a piece of paper so I could draw out my concerns — something so simple, yet so powerful, as it made me feel heard and respected. For once, I wasn’t treated like “just another patient,” but as a human being who had been through so much. If it wasn’t for Jessica, I would have missed out on this incredible experience. She was the one who kindly squeezed me in at short notice, and from the moment I walked in, her warmth and genuine smile immediately put me at ease. She even remembered my name — and trust me, it’s not an easy one to remember! In such a modern, high-end clinic, I was amazed to be welcomed with such sincerity and kindness. Jessica, thank you for making me feel seen, valued, and cared for. Throughout my appointment, Jessica’s calm presence and attentiveness stood out. She was there every step of the way — quietly supporting me, listening carefully, and paying attention to every detail. She never made me feel like “just another case,” but instead showed genuine empathy and understanding. Even before Dr. Paul asked for something, she was already one step ahead — preparing photos or visual aids to help me see and understand everything clearly. Her quiet thoughtfulness, professionalism, and kindness made me feel seen, supported, and never alone. And then there’s Chrissie — the beautiful soul who truly touched my life beyond words. Out of pure kindness, she went above and beyond to help me with something very personal that I had been struggling with for over three years. Without even knowing me well, she shared her own experience and gave me the contact details of a specialist who had helped her — something most people would keep private. Her compassion, understanding, and willingness to help a stranger left me speechless. Chrissie carefully wrote down every piece of useful, beneficial information to make sure I had the right practice, proper follow-up, and all the support I might need from now and into the future. It was not just a gesture; it was genuine care from someone who truly wanted to see me get better and feel supported along the way where most people might have simply told me information and left me to remember it on my own Chrissie, you have a heart of gold. They put me completely at ease, explained the whole process from start to finish and it was practically pain-free. I can honestly say that every single member of staff I have dealt with at West Coast Dental Care is an absolute credit to the company and I would HIGHLY recommend them. They loved seeing inside each other’s mouth on the TV screen during the consult. Fantastic experience: I recently went to see Dr. Paul and team due to a tooth ache. I get a lot of anxiety when seeing a dentist and find the process really awful generally. Dr. Paul and the staff at West Coast Dental Care were so warm and lovely, it definitely made me feel more at ease. Fantastic experience: I was suffering with gum disease and it was causing me a lot of teeth pain, headaches, my jaws and every single bone on my face was in pain and for this reason I visited many dentists for many years. They were telling me that I have gum disease but did nothing about it. The infection was underneath the gums and I was in much pain but all they new about dentistry was just digging the surface, dig and fill, dig and fill. One day I met someone and after hearing about my teeth problems, she recommended me to pay a visit to Dr. Paul Gorgolis. I made a booking without hesitation as I was desperate and after the examination the first thing he said to me was "we have to stop digging and start cleaning". At that very moment I knew I found not only a good dentist but a person who really cares for your wellbeing. At that moment I knew I am in very good hands. Dr. Paul and Dr. Bobby worked together to cure my gum disease and also they had to do some extractions, root canal treatment and surgery witch thanks to their high expertise, knowledge, experience, professionalism, confidence, caring and devotion, everything went smooth and well. That was about 5-6 years ago. last year I comeback from Europe to do another complex treatment, if I can call it that, which is to lengthen all my teeth as I have lost a lot of length due to grinding my teeth and now we are almost at the end of this treatment and Im very very happy with the results and my new looking teeth. Fantastic experience: Dr. Gorgolis identified that I had a crossbite and grind my teeth at night which has led to hairline cracks in some teeth. He suggested I undergo aligner treatment and specifically recommended going for an orthodontist rather than a dentist. Counter his advice I first got quotes from 2 dentists, and only then visited an orthodontist who was the only one of the three who did a comprehensive analysis and identified that I would need to have a tooth removed to make sufficient space to fix the crossbite. I am now 3 months into the treatment and seeing great results. Apart from correctly diagnosing my issue and correctly identifying the appropriate treatment pathway, I have been very satisfied with the professionality, calmness, and conscientiousness with which I have been treated by Dr. Gorgolis. All staff is very patient and friendly, and the practice clean and comfortable. I highly recommend this practice if you take your dental health seriously - as everyone should

He has introduced us to simple yet cutting edge techniques in caring for our teeth, and actually shows us how to take better care of our teeth so we can *extend* time between appointments... imagine that! Honestly, I think that alone is how you know you've found a great dentist. Dr. Paul is incredible with kids, too. We brought our 3 year old in and she ended up needing minor surgery - through it all, she still loves going to the dentist. Needless to say, we refer all of our friends to this practice!

Fantastic experience: It's extremely rare to find a proffesional in any field who still maintain the passion from the beginnings of their career, so welcome to Doctor Paul Gorgolis an expert who puts you at ease from the minute you contact the practice and that's even before you meet him. I recieved a recommendation from a friend about Paul and his holistic approach to dentistry so l rang the practice and instantly found the proffesional manner of Chrissy who set the scene from the off. You can measure good leaders by the people around them, from the dental assistant to the front desk whom promoted a charming and comfortable demeanor, thankyou, l new l was in good hands. Paul met me for a consultation and gave me a full run down of options in a easy to follow manner, no complicated jargon, layman speak is his manner. We decided the procedure and l was delighted that Paul had agreed to carry out works that my first choice dentist had refused to do. The hole process was managed with care, inching closer stage by stage in a pain free caring manner, l learnt alot along the way, the end result left me speechless as ld not seen myself the same in the past 2 decades, new teeth had achieved a confident smile again . The after care was again outstanding, carefully managed with extreme emotional intelligence, taking time to educate me on the maintenance l needed to prevent further work, showing me why ld found myself in the chair so oftern. It did shock me that the many dentists ld visited over the past 5 decades had not truly got me to understand why l had been having so many problems. A eureka moment was with me also. The Solomed aftercare system Paul promotes has educated me extremely well. Fantastic experience: Visited West Coast Dental for the first time yesterday and was blown away with the level of service and information I received on my initial consult. My current dentist was unavailable at the time and was able to get an appointment the same day. Hence to say I now have a new current dentist and thoroughly recommend Paul and his wife to anyone requiring dental work.

Negative experience: The receptionist was friendly, the hygienist was amazing, and the place was quite clean. However, that is about it. I was a bit apprehensive about going because it had been awhile since I've seen a dentist. Mainly because I haven't had the money or the time to do it, and life can go by quite quickly. I was only there for a cleaning, because it's not often I have a day off, and he insisted I have a checkup as well. I agreed, and wasn't there for more than an hour total, but they charged $438. I noticed they waited till I declined setting up the next appointment to 'put the bill through'. I don't usually make appointments right away, but this time I think it cost me. I definitely won't be going back now though. Paul also wasn't all that pleasant, and it just felt like I was 'wasting' his time. Perhaps because it had been so long since I had seen a Dentist, or he was having a bad day. It's no excuse for price gouging someone though.
