Fantastic experience: By far the best dentist I have ever been too! As someone who has severe anxiety and fear about the dentist, the entire team made me feel extremely comfortable and cared for. I've never had an experience so fast, painless, and compassionate. I will most definitely be back. I can't wait to finally address my dental health in an environment that makes me feel safe and happy to go back!

Fantastic experience: From the first phone call we felt comfortable and welcome, the staff were kind and patient. The dentist followed that theme and was extremely thorough, adapting quickly as new aspects came to light and providing a nuanced, flexible treatment plan for an extremely complex case. Fantastic experience: I had a tooth that needed to be extracted as it was far beyond repair. I called up and despite not being a patient of theirs, they booked me in on the day with Dr John Woo. I had the best experience I've had at a dentist. I've not experienced that level of genuine care and patience before and yet the whole procedure was completed surprisingly quickly despite it being a wisdom tooth with very long and curved roots. I'm at home tonight and I haven't felt the need for any pain relief in the 12 hours since. I would strongly recommend this practice.

Fantastic experience: Dr John Woo fitted a Crown to one of my upper molars. It was a quick, painless and well communicated experience. The Crown has been fitted perfectly and feels completely natural. It is aligned with my other teeth and smooth on all sides when my tongue runs across it. Very happy with the outcome. Many thanks.

Fantastic experience: I had a lovely experience on the phone and I feel the place has good energy to those who understand, my last few ☀️specialists in Gosford and dentists have ruined my jaw, teeth alignment and teeth, so now I'v got to find somone eles, this one may be the answer not sure yet but there kind. Prices are scary with major work to fix other dentist s bad work but I feel this one is trusting. I hope. IV now been there getting work done with fillings to boot, I had kind care and my dentist is Troy he's very general and focused on job at hand although me cracking wise guy jokes were taken well, my light heartedness is due to terror of dentists as Iv had bad bad bad dental few times before from other paid for and public dentists, some are good some not, but kariong dental I's very caring and get you in fast if your in pain, I think the amalgim fillings leaked though cause my mouths in pain and neck but those old fillings a poisonous in the worse ways. Years ago they used metal fillings full of mercury, a sever toxic filling back in 80s, I like going here I will keep going here for time I live in area. I feel so cosy in winter as the heaters are blastingly fantastic and you don't wanna leave Troy is lovely and you know all the nurses are to, I had all my fears vanish from going here, machelle is super lady keeping my conversations and well laughed at my esceteric humour only I usually understand so that's a plus in my books. Best dental surgery in central coast always god parking to.

Fantastic experience: From entering the practice to meeting Dr John Woo, the experience I have had each time, compared to other practices, really doesn’t compare. All the staff are friendly, professional, take time to explain things to you and don’t seem stressed and rushed like other practices. The practice is clean and modern, it’s also child friendly, they have draws full of toys! Also the staff are fantastic and patient with kids. If your looking for a great family dentist, go here.. my whole family has been going here to see Dr John Woo. He is the best! They also have all the latest technology and fix any issues you have straight away, because they care and take the time to listen too you!

Fantastic experience: God job Troy... Had 2 appointments here. 1st one was emergency, had xray and decided to take antibiotics to clear infection and then make a decision on weather to do root canal.or pull tooth and get implant..was only charged 80 bucks.. Went back for a 2nd appointment and got tooth pulled ..I was quoted $290 and that was all I was charged.Troy was upfront and honest about price and treatment options.. and very good at his job. I highly recommend No add ons or extras like most dentists in Australia charge.this clinic..

Fantastic experience: I get severe dental anxiety, to the point where i have had dentists say they can't fix my teeth as I move around too much. I found a dentist in Sydney that suggested that i use the gas which helped me not to move, but the problem was he didn't do a very good job on my root canal and I will now lose the tooth. So I came to Troy at Kariong after a recommendation. I still used the gas here, but I felt super calm as he explained everything that was happening as he done it and he has a super relaxing and kind personality and made me feel like i had nothing to worry about. I would usually not book any more appointments and avoid the dentist for at least a year after an appointment, but i booked another appointment for another filling the following week. I highly recommend Kariong dental care, thanks Troy!

They make sure our teeth are well looked after. They advise us of any extra care that is required. We take their advice very seriously. We intend to go to this dentist for many years to come.

I have always been extremely anxious and frightened to go to any dentist, due to the horrific experiences I have had previously and on making appointment, even from the initial phone call, I felt at ease with the lovely reception staff. On attending my appointment, I was greeted by Dr John Woo, welcoming me and then he walked me into the surgery. I explained my situation and how I was extremely nervous and anxious but as soon as Dr John Woo started talking and explaining what needed to be done, I felt at ease. The manner in which this practice conducts itself, is wonderful and I felt as though they completely care about, not only their patients health but also their experiences. My teeth were very painful and, needed alot of work. Thankfully, I noticed an Advertisement placed on a Bulletin Board whilst at the checkout at Coles, West Gosford. The Ad sold me instantly especially on "..the PAIN FREE" and ".. NON-INVASIVE.." statements. I was treated like family as soon as I walked in and, my teeth are amazing!
