Fantastic experience: The team at Rawson dental is awesome, Sukhmani, David and Michelle. Would highly recommend getting your wisdom teeth extracted by David and the clinic takes due care to check on you after the removal, thanks to Michelle. Not to forget that you’re in good hands during your regular checkups with Sukhmani.

Negative experience: I recently had an unsatisfactory experience at the clinic. The receptionist, Michelle, seemed impatient and frustrated when I inquired about a significant increase in charges, from $110 to $214, compared to my last visit. Although she eventually explained the price difference was due to additional services (check up and fluoride), her manner was off-putting. Additionally, my appointment was unexpectedly changed from Dr. Tracy to another dentist without prior notice. I hope future interactions are more pleasant, particularly with elderly patients.

Fantastic experience: After not being a fan of dentists and avoiding them for years, Dr Sukhmani at Rawson dental changed it all and made visiting the dentist so much better! She’s great at what she does and makes the patient feel at ease - would highly recommend her. Thank you Dr Sukh!

Negative experience: Dr. Thuy Le saw me when my molar was infected. Him and his female assistant took me into the most hot and stifling room and proceeded to work their evil on me. I had not been able to eat for 2 days and he clearly knew my distress. His assistant even managed to say that her and Dr. Thuy Le we’re there to torture me. While laying there in agony and sweating profusely through pain, fear and extreme discomfort Dr. Thuy Le proceeded to take a drill to my infected tooth and grind away at it for a good 5 minutes while I groaned sweated and suffered through minutes after minute without even an offer of an aesthetic. It was painful, cruel and evil. I would not see this dentist if I was you. Ever.

Fantastic experience: Have been visiting Rawson Dental for my half yearly check ups and the staffs are very accomodating. Particularly, Dr Ashleigh Wong has always been caring towards her patients and strongly dedicated in maintaining my oral health in its best possible condition. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Today I went to Rawson dental in Epping for the 1st time for a check up and clean I saw Nadia the Hygienist and the check up was done by Dr Tracy. What an amazing practice. The whole team was lovely and friendly the clean done by Nadia was very thorough and she was very gentle as well. The minute you walk in the practice you feel very relaxed and your greeted by friendly staff. I would definitely recommend Rawson Dental to anyone.

Fantastic experience: I was grateful that Dr Thuy Le was able to fit our family appointments today just before Christmas. They were flexible with the kids needs. I was anxious before coming in, but he made me feel very at ease and explained things in a way that was easy to understand.

Fantastic experience: I started going to Rawson Dental some 7-8 years ago, I needed to see a Dentist urgently for an issue with a wisdom tooth that was causing me a huge amount of grief. Dr Le (Thuy) was able to see me the same day given it was urgent and from then on I have enjoyed being a patient here. Every single staff member is so pleasant and thorough. Now my husband comes, this was a feat in itself, and enjoys his visits. I recommended the practice to my mum a few years ago, who is now also a happy patient of Dr Le's (Tracey), when her previous dentist could not make time for quite an urgent need. I can't fault the care, service and attention we have received over the years at Rawson Dental. We look forward to the next generation of our family being happy patients here too.

Fantastic experience: I was looking for dental implants for my dad and cosmetic teeth whitening in preparation for my wedding. I searched Carlingford, Eastwood and Beecroft and then landed in Epping. My dad had the implants with the sleep dentistry. He was so impressed because he was so nervous before. I did my whitening and it looked so good, so happy. These guys are very friendly and professional. Highly recommend to all.

Negative experience: The worst dental experience ever! I booked the first appointment at 8am. After waiting for almost an hour I had to give up. They firstly were running late to open, I waited in front of the door for 20 minutes, then they moved my appointment behind without checking with me but for their convenience. I felt they don’t respect their customers and I will never go back again.

Fantastic experience: Dr Tracy & get lovely husband Dr Thuy ares the best dentist EVER. I am a dentists worst nightmare. ..had terrible experiences in the past & became Dr Tracy's patient when she & her lovely husband Thuy took over from Dr Ken. Dr Tracy had really taken the time to get to understand my needs as a patient & really provides the best care possible. I feel very safe & confident with the care I recieve & know you will also get the best dental care with Dr Tracy. All the dental nurses are great & really make your visit wonderful. I think they are the best dental practice in Sydney & will always recommend then with full confidence.

Upon my arrival to Rawson Dental I was kindly greeted by the receptionist who made me feel very welcome. From here I met Dr Le, I was made to feel relaxed and calm throughout my entire clean. I found her to be very gentle yet very thorough in her work. As I was very nervous, Dr Le explained all the steps of the treatment which I found great as there were no surprises at all. Overall, I found this to be a great practice, very professional, thorough and warming. I will definitely be paying a visit again!

Fantastic experience: I was referred to Rawson Dental by a family friend and I'm so glad I encountered such a positive experience. The friendly receptionist had my booking confirmed within seconds, and unlike most, she did not seem rushed or hurried and kindly reassured me that the hygienist would be out any moment. I was kindly greeted by the hygienist in the waiting room and taken into the dental surgery. My teeth were heavily stained and the hygienist was able to clean them up perfectly! She was very thorough and extremely gentle! Not only did I have a fresh pair of clean teeth, but I also walked away knowing how to prevent any further damage. It turned out that the mouth wash I was using at the time wasn't beneficial at all, so without delay, the hygienist recommended a better mouth wash; I experienced immediate improvements. I received quality service with a genuine experience and left feeling like an individual and not just a genetic client. The duty of care Rawson Dental has for its clients is impeccable, and I would highly recommend anyone to give them a call and make an immediate booking.
