Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend Ormeau Family Dental enough, I had teeth that prior to my aligners, people told me not even braces would be able to fix. The Ormeau Family Dental team did an incredible job and I was able to not only get aligners to do the job, but took only 9 months from start to finish. They are an incredibly skilled and welcoming practice, I strongly urge anyone looking for aligners or general dentistry to consider Ormeau Family Dental.

Negative experience: I had a crown fitted by the dentist at Ormeau Family Dental. It was not done properly and was painful every time I ate. I went back four times to get the situation corrected, yet I still have pain. Not a great experience.

Fantastic experience: This dentist is unlike any other dentist I've been to, so caring, thoughtful, attentive, informative and made the whole experience so easy for me. Made the appointment I was experiencing pain they got me in the next day, they fixed the main problem I was having and even sorted another problem I was going to have to come in again for and my invoice wasn't to high! I also got a phone call 2 days after asking how I was feeling and just to make sure everything was healing properly. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Having trouble remembering names, dentist was Anythia and assistant was Kia. May not be correct. Thank you so much!!

Fantastic experience: I recently visited Ormeau Family Dental and saw Dr Owen who developed a plan for some extensive work on my teeth over the course of 8 months. He has prioritised the most pressing work so that any future damage is mitigated working from top to bottom. There has been a lot of drilling and filling in areas in my mouth that are extensively sensitive, gum-line etc, and he has been amazing. Super professional without being insensitive or callous, always concerned about how I am feeling during the procedures and follow up from the fantastic support team there. I can't speak highly enough about how great everyone is at Ormeau Family Dental. If you've been putting off dental work, like I did, go and see the team, you won't regret it!

Fantastic experience: Phenomenal experience today from all the team including Dr Mahish and excellent customer service from Nia on front desk. My 11 year old daughter was terrified and had big tears at the start needing 2 x fillings, but Dr Mahish expertly calmed her fears with lots of reassurance and praise, then kept checking on her throughout. Fantastic experience: I have been a patient here for a little while, and I wanted to update my review. Originally I sung the praises of Dr Zen, unfortunately he has moved away to another clinic. I am someone who is extremely averse to change, I like dealing with the same person with any business. That said, I am glad I went back. The Ormeau Advanced Dental Care clinic is our family dentist, it's close to home and I have had great experiences in the past. I finally went back yesterday and saw Dr. Wen, he was amazing. I was having a hard time dealing with some anxiety about getting a tooth extracted, my heart started racing out of nowhere, it was pretty unexpected... Dr. Wen and the team were great at helping me remain calm, they gave me some time and helped me to just relax. Normally if something like that happened I think I would just bail and go home embarrassed... But not with Dr. Wen. He was great and did an amazing job. I know that I always worry about dentists being a bit too gruff and clinical, they move too fast and you feel pressured into making snap decisions just by having a busy and frustrated dentist wanting to get on with it. That has been my experience in the past. You wont get that from Dr Wen, he was extremely friendly, very calm and reassuring, gave good advice and was happy to go in whatever direction I wanted. I wasn't sure what to expect and was very pleasantly surprised, though I shouldn't have been surprised. It's clear these guys are a magnet for talented and friendly dentists. If you have been wondering whether or not the change in staff has changed anything, I would have to say that Dr Wen has been as good as Dr Zen. They are both great dentists who have excellent bedside manner. Everyone there I have dealt with has been professional and lovely. So if you have been thinking about going back, I would definitely suggest Dr Wen. Though I am sure all of their Dentists are great. Fantastic experience: I attended Ormeau Advanced Dental for the first time today. I was very nervous and embarrassed as I hadn’t attended a dentist for some time and knew my teeth had problems. On arrival the reception staff were very friendly and courteous. I saw Dr Rish Apte who when beyond the par to calm and relax me before venturing into oral examination. Everything was explained fully to me including treatment options and plans. I have worked in the health field for eons and I cannot praise Dr Apte and his staff high enough. Thank you for the experience and treating me with dignity and compassion..

I had to get a wisdom tooth out and was feeling very anxious about it, like most people are, but from the first interaction right through to the end the staff were nothing but lovely. Steve is an amazing dentist that made me feel at ease with his funny relaxed personality. I had minimal pain the next day, and I believe that's because he took it slow and wasn't too rough. Thank you so much for making me dread the dentist so much less.

Fantastic experience: At 53 years of age I can honestly say that this is the first totally painless Dental needle I have ever had! I felt comfortable, welcome and cared for from the first greeting at reception until the end of the visit. Knowing that I was experiencing pain, they even stayed back after normal closing time in order to fit me in for the initial consult. Dr Zen is very thoughtful, thorough and went out of his way to ensure my comfort. I would recommend this practice over any other in the area.

Fantastic experience: From the time I got there to the time I left I got 5 Star Service from the staff, and the dentist. I had to have a tooth pulled, and I don't do well with pain especially getting the needle to numb my gums. Dr. Zen did an outstanding job from start to finish.
