Fantastic experience: Thank you to Kreativ Dental for providing immediate attention as a new patient, requiring tooth extraction. The entire process from making initial call, check-in, having procedure, explanation of after care and check out was exceptional.

Negative experience: I took my four children for a check up and clean and was charged $250 per child for less than 15 minutes for each clean. Even more upsetting, during another visit, a potentially dangerous condition was misdiagnosed/not diagnosed at all and worsened during the evening which ended in ED treatment. Disappointing.

Fantastic experience: Excellent experience. I have had such trauma from dentists in the past , I have to say it was a very pleasant visit today Viv was so lovely gentle and patient. I'm pleased to say this is my new dentist and would HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Positive experience: Hi, I recently had my niece visit Kreativ Dental. She was very anxious and a little frightened about visiting as she had not seen a dentist for sometime. I spoke to Narelle the receptionist , and she was very caring and accommodating to our needs. Narelle reassured her everything would be just fine and was very caring and supportive. Negative experience: I came to this clinic last year to have some urgent work done under a voucher. The experience itself was a nightmare. The dentist was leaving the clinic that week and decided to essentially torture the patients coming in that week. I left with lockjaw and continual issues. Since then, ALL of the work I had done by this dentist has cracked, fallen apart or simply not taken to the teeth. I have had to use multiple emergency vouchers at other dentists to fix the errors made. I rang today to discuss this with them again as I heard nothing per my last complaint, but again, another dental injury due to the work done. Today I spoke to Narelle, to inform them yet again if another injury, and Narelle simply just didn't care. I was told no one would be calling me back about this complaint, they no longer take vouchers and would not be helping me. I was simply asking to speak to the senior dentist about what has occured. As far as she's concerned, the dentist has left and it is no longer their problem. Wonderful customer service.

Fantastic experience: I am so grateful for the wonderful service I was given by Dr Chowdhry, Narelle & staff when they saw me for an emergency appointment for an infected tooth. Dr Chowdhry saw me in the morning that I rang in pain and then started a root canal for me in the afternoon. His calming disposition put me at ease and he is a very caring professional. His staff are so friendly and I wouldn’t go anywhere else now.

Fantastic experience: Amazing service for an urgent issue. Got an appointment promptly. Tara was amazing with my daughters anxiety and sensory issues. Very calm, took everything at my daughters pace, and talked her through each step in the procedure. Highly recommend.

From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and attentive. The office environment is clean, modern, and comfortable. Dr. Vinayak is incredibly skilled and professional. He took the time to explain every procedure and made sure I was comfortable throughout my visit. The attention to detail and care was evident, and I felt at ease knowing I was in good hands. Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Kreativ Dental. Passing through Albury I needed urgent treatment for a split tooth. Dentist Poonam is fabulous - communicated my options clearly in a tricky situation and repaired the tooth accordingly. Receptionist Alyce is a delight - very understanding of my situation when I phoned and squeezed me in for an appointment in this busy dental practice. If Kreativ was in my home town, they would be my go-to dentist.

Positive experience: From the welcoming receptionist to the doctor (female)that performed my extraction and her wonderful assistant (female). I was truelly grateful for their exceptional service. Apologies as can not remember their names but truelly happy and a great clinic.

Fantastic experience: Good Price for about 600$ for tooth extraction on the very first appointment, lovely staff and doctors, great explanation of everything that was done and booked next appointment straight after mine first one. Although i will say it took a while and loong process for the extraction, and i got 5 injections just to num the left side of my mouth, about an hour and a half. Same day the first appointment and surgical extraction done. HIGHLY recommend these guys.

Fantastic experience: Extremely impressed with the service we received from the moment we rang. They showed care, knowledge and professionalism the whole way through what had been an emotional and stressful time with our 10 year old breaking her two front adult teeth. 1 hour later we walked out like new again! Negative experience: Didn’t ease my anxiety at all, and when the dentist was doing my fulling didn’t check if I was numb and didn’t numb me enough so I felt the drilling. Would go back and now I don’t feel comfortable even going to the dentist.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely Wonderful experience with Kreativ Dental in Albury, I had an immensely sore mouth due to a tooth that had chipped inbewteen my teeth. I called at 9am and got in via emergency at 1:30pm. I opted to have the tooth extracted and it was swift and painless. I was able to see a full breakdown of my costs before the work began and I cannot recommend the team enough. We all dislike going to the dentist but as far as dental goes they are fantastic. Thank you very much Kreativ Dental Team. :)

Fantastic experience: Arrived to my appointment, bookings running on time. Given multiple options for my treatment. Extraction of tooth was very quick and painless. Billing payment was very reasonable with Bupa covering majority of fees. Informed by receptionist of other treatments covered by my health insurance l wasn’t aware of such scale and cleaned fully covered by Bupa, that’s a bonus. Highly recommend attending this surgery for treatment.

Fantastic experience: I rang to make an emergency appointment for my 7.5 year old, who needed a tooth removed before taking an international flight. The team rallied around to make it happen (even though they are not our regular dentist) and we were seen 2 hours later! The staff were so kind, compassionate, caring and considerate of my daughter and her fears, and supported her (and me!) to get the outcome we desperately needed, no matter how long it took. Amazing: thoroughly recommend

Fantastic experience: Dr Baisani was fantastic. Friendly, professional and most importantly genuine. Did a great job on a root canal after I had two sleepless nights in pain. I will be traveling from interstate to come back for the rest of the treatment.

However, from the friendly reception of the phone call, to the courtesy of the actual dentist treating me kindly and courteously. The whole ordeal was quite refreshing.
