Fantastic experience: What amazing service! From walking in the door to sitting down with Dr Simon. Dr Simon was so patient with me, I was so nervous and he put me at ease. Answered all my questions with compassion. Showed me the correct way to brush and floss, thought all these years I was doing it correctly. With a few tweaks, I’m confident with my new technique. Would highly recommend to all my friends and family.

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience here, I had brought my Grandfather in for a both a clean and two implants at this dental centre, he had some bad experiences previously due to bad operations in Thai land so as a result he had some previous anxiety coming to this surgery, but as soon as we walked into place we were greeted with friendly and welcoming words and smiles, the receptionist Gorge was very easy to talk between him and my Grandfather which seem to give him comfort for the surgery. As we walked into the surgery room, Dr Simon greeted us and sat us down to go through what the surgery he was going to be like and what kind of procedure that they will have to do to my Grandfather. Both him and his demonstrative practises both use models and the screen above to give such clear and understandable demonstration of what was gong to happen, this had given both me and my Grandfather a clear image of what was gong to happen and what kind of things he will be feeling through the procedure. After it was all said and done my Grandfather was very happy and surprised with the results since how fast and smoothly the operation was for its size. Overall am absolutely happy with his result and definitely wanting to come back again both for me and my Grandfather.

Fantastic experience: Came by last week for an emergency appointment after hours, they fit me in with no problem. They were so efficient and professional throughout the whole procedure. I was very anxious to see the dentist due to past experiences but everyone at the residence made me feel comfortable. Dr. Simon Khalil was very helpful in easing my anxiety. The receptionist George was so welcoming despite the inconvenience of my late visit. Just want to say how amazing all of the staff were on that night.

Fantastic experience: A big applause and shout out to Dr. Simon for his amazing dental work. He removed all four of my wisdom teeth at once, including two impacted ones at the bottom sitting right above my major facial nerve. Two of my colleagues also had their teeth removed by him and we all had great experiences here. He is so skilled and professional. I did not suffer and my face was not as swollen as I expected. He is the most caring dentist I have ever encountered. I was a bit nervous before the surgery but he reassured me many times. He gave me stress relief pills and took very good care of me and my family who were there to support me. He even got us an Uber home! The team is so nice and friendly too! 10/10 service! Snapped.

Fantastic experience: I was frightened of the dentist at first, but once I met the warm company of dr Simon it made me feel at rest that I was in good hands. He clarified the procedure that was going to happen and the whole process was pain free. Highly recommend this clinic and I will definitely come back for further dental treatment

Fantastic experience: Dr. Mutaz is a fantastic dentist! I avoided taking out a painful, infected, impacted wisdom tooth, for over 4yrs, because of severe dental anxiety and last week I had made an appointment with Dr. Mutaz and he was so truly reassuring and professional that I finally felt comfortable enough with Dr. Mutaz's kind and firm advice that it needed to be out and he would ensure it would be pain free and done quickly. Not only was he correct but he was able to get my wisdom tooth out within 10mins and I didn't even feel it come out at all! He is truly talented, knowledgeable and I am definitely staying as a patient of his for any future dental services! If you are avoiding having your dental problems sorted because of anxiety, please go see Dr. Mutaz. Dental Residence is such a great, warm and kind team of professionals and thank you Alex (Dental nurse) for everything you have helped me with in the aftercare calls! Alex is wonderful! I'm so grateful for all their care and help!

Fantastic experience: Amazing experience. I had a dental emergency and availability was not an issue. Dr Abbas made me feel so comfortable. She explained every detail on what to expect. She was patient and empathetic. Very efficient and considered pain threshold throughout process. Charmaine was amazing and very knowledgeable on her tasks. Both were extremely good with my 5 year old and managing her first experience with a dentist. This is a great practice to bring the whole family. The receptionist is so kind and welcoming and makes you feel so at ease in preparation for your treatment. Practice is very well laid out, cleanliness is of a very high standard and would certainly look to make this our regular dentist. Thank you.

The whole team make you feel like family and Dr Simon, has been nothing but amazing! I went in for a general clean and ended up with porcelain veneers that I’m just in love with.

She was very gentle, friendly, and professional, and being someone with dental phobia, I felt completely at ease during the whole appointment. I could genuinely see how passionate she is in helping people and providing the best quality of care. Her knowledge in dentistry is beyond proficient, she has great attention to detail and explained everything thoroughly. Dr Catreen was also amazing with my 5 year old daughter, we both left with big smiles on our faces. Rita Chen (Oral Health Therapist) is an asset to the business as she is calming, informative and so reassuring. Dr Raisa Tasnim was amazing and put me at ease, is also very caring/calming and provided a comfortable plan for my dental work. At no stage did I feel embarrassed or shamed (like I have with other dentists) so I cannot be more thankful to the team. I need a lot of dental work and they offered an interest free payment plan which really helped. Everything in the lead up to my appointment was seamless - I liked having the ability to book in online and getting a friendly confirmation call the day before. From the moment you walk in, you are made to feel completely at home. I had my pram with me and they assisted me up and down the stairs. Dr Khalil is very passionate about what he does and this is reflected in the way that he incorporates the latest technology and techniques when treating you. Fantastic experience: At first I thought this was a bit scammy or something, because who has a 5 star Google review!? Well, I can now confirm this. Dr. Simon is very good and gentle. The other staff are very friendly, too. It seems that this is more of a private practice, or at least a smaller one? It feels very personal and less like a hospital of some sort. Anyway, lovely. I had to have a whole molar removed and I literally felt nothing, aside from the initial injections themselves (anesthetic).. a few little prods. Dr. Simon was very personal, direct, understanding and Dental Residence even sent me home in an Uber, which was waiting for me outside. I guess they thought I was a bit unhappy about losing a tooth? Haha. Thank you guys! <3

I have never been a fan of dentists but after being a patient of Dr Khalil I recommend him to all my family and friends, especially those with children. Dr Khalil really does practice what reproaches....PAIN FREE! I use to dread going to the dentist but now dare I say, I actually look forward to it!
