Negative experience: The admin staff is absolutely beyond useless. It is now the 3rd time that they have mucked up my appointments. I have turned uo today to get my filling fixed and they did not have me in the system. I rung them last week following their message that my dentist would be unavailable and to reschedule which I did. I specifically asked the receptionist on the phone 3 times for the appointment date and time knowing that they mucked up the last 2 times I came and the exact same thing happened again!!!! How hard is it to make an appointment!!!! I had to take time of work and yet again instead of an hour off I am having to take longer or reschedule! This is unacceptable! To have it happened once may be but 3 times now is beyond the joke! Might need to consider going somewhere else

Positive experience: Fantastuc dentist excellent work their reception lets them down. Every booking 3 text reminders 3 phone calls even when you confirm by text the reminders still come. I never missed an appointment so stop the constant reminders we have more to o in our day than deal with this. Then there is the appts they scheduled you dont make this is even more frustrating. They tried to tell me i made these which i definately did not. It just feels like desperation . Money grab so i said thats it.

Negative experience: Your receptionist woman has such a bad way of treating customers. She hangman me and I have been trying once and oce to call again and she does not pick it the phone. Is a shame everything is so good but this lady who is the first image does so bad her job. Called today 28 June at 226 in case u can listen to your bad customer service

Negative experience: I’ve been here twice now and both times I was kept waiting well beyond my appointment time. This morning I had an appointment at 8:30 and the doors of the surgery weren’t even opened until 8:45 and all phones were off. Terrible service from both dentist and reception staff. I won’t be coming back.

Fantastic experience: Dr Custodio is a wonderful dentist for anyone who has dental anxiety. She's very patient and gentle. Also the other staff (dental technicians and centre managers) are relaxed and caring. It's a really good dental surgery!

Negative experience: Services differs depending on the dentist. One female dentist was amazing and she was a gum specialist who also worked at the hospital, but she has left now. Phone attendance on weekends is not great. Left a voice message but they still claimed I missed an appointment, however I was sick and left 2 voice messages as soon as they opened to advise. I Have now moved to another clinic.

Reception was great, the lovely lady behind the counter was perfect, as reception is the first impression, I dont give a second chance at a first impression. Dr. O'Kane was very professional and picked up a problem I knew about, I didn't mention it as this was my test to see if they are good Dentist. YES they are Very Good Dentist. You will walk out with a smile. It's a great Location. I will BE BOOKING my next appointment there.

Fantastic experience: Dr Damon is the most gentle , kind and caring dentist I have ever met and he ensured my 2 days in the chair this week (considering I have severe dental anxiety ) was as painless and relaxed as could be and could not recommend him or his dental nurses more highly and will actually look forward to my next 6 monthly appointment

Negative experience: No price transparency or written treatment plan advised or what extras will be charged. Have to call for receipts and charge payments and using a HCF card are too hard. Will be going elsewhere and told I can’t have an itemised account as requested. Let’s see if I get my email. Would not recommend at all.

Fantastic experience: My 8 year old son has had some unfortunate experiences with dentists in the past and was very anxious about going even for a simple check-up. That's until we met Dr. Jaehee Lee, who was so friendly, approachable and considerate of my son. She was patient with him and explained every step of the process in easy language, ensuring he was comfortable throughout his treatments. My son was so surprised that his treatment was painless and quick and now even looks forward to his visits with Dr. Jaehee Lee. She is an amazing dentist and I am keen on taking my 2 younger ones to see her soon. The reception staff have also been amazing, always trying to accommodate the needs of a working mum of 3! Highly recommend!

Negative experience: Absolutely disgraceful management. Appt booked for my partner at 440pm today (Saturday) only to turn up with the practice lights off, roller door half down with a receptionist waiting to advise him the dentist went home early so he can’t see a dentist today despite having an appointment. His mobile number was update at time of appointment booking, yet no one was able to make contact with him via phone or email, nor get hold of the next of kin. Funny that! This is unacceptable and disgraceful and the practice should be ashamed.

Fantastic experience: Dr Delphiena Cyraic, was amazing in making feel comfortable and at ease. I had such a bad tooth that I was sure needed to come out, Delphenia knew how much I wanted try and save it and she did just that there was no guarantee as it was very close to the nerves so I hoped for the best and that’s exactly what I got the best, it’s just like a whole new tooth. Fantastic experience: I have three children one of which is very anxious especially when it comes to dentists. We went in for their routine check ups and clean and the experience all my kids had was relaxed funny and efficient. Our dentist was Justin and he took extra care with all of them and thoroughly explained any issues and possible solutions and made them laugh. All in all a wonderful experience. Negative experience: My goodness, quick to quote over $5000 for a problem wisdom tooth that needed removal. It was the last thing on quote. Lot of root canal quoted and crown plus fillings. My problem was one wisdom tooth that needed removal and they wanted to do everything but my wisdom as a last resort.....Would not recommend at all.

Negative experience: Disappointed, used to come here all the time but they cannot even take right bookings, made booking for Saturday showed up and been told it's for Sunday. Unprofessional staff. Regular doctor changed no notification.
