Fantastic experience: I had a dental problem and needed an emergency appointment and procedure. I ended up needing a root canal procedure. This was handled so smoothly and painlessly by them both. Negative experience: Spent over $2000 on dental work, had to come back twice to get bite fixed ( made tooth longer) then had 2 fillings fall out after 1 and half months.Not happy!!!!!

Fantastic experience: My hubby went and saw this dentist recently and hasn't stopped talking about the dentist and he's lovely wife...no pain no stress comfortable experience he said it's the best dentist he's ever been too ... so now I have my first appointment this Monday for sensitive and loose teeth... I suffer bad anxiety and my last dentist not only hurt me but ruined my faith in dentists . So I'm feeling good after such a long time to see this dentist. For years, I put up with ongoing tooth pain, dreading the idea of stepping into a clinic again. But when I finally visited Dr. Atif Gibraeil at Walker St. Dental, everything changed. From the very first appointment, Dr. Atif truly understood my fears. He explained everything in detail, answered all my questions, and, most importantly, showed incredible patience. Step by step, he reassured me, and for the first time, I felt comfortable enough to go ahead with the treatments I needed. I was amazed—I didn’t experience any pain at all! His wife, who works alongside him, is just as warm and welcoming. She made me feel completely at ease, like I was visiting family rather than a dental clinic. They were also incredibly understanding of my personal circumstances, helping me schedule appointments in a way that fit my other commitments. Fantastic experience: I am an extremely anxious dental patient and I could not recommend Dr Gibraeil highly enough. He, his dental assistant and his wife made me feel so understood and cared for. His work was excellent and I felt no pain at all. After being too scared to visit a dentist for many years I will happily attend regular checkups with this lovely team.

Fantastic experience: Recently I went to Walker Street Dentist, Bundaberg as I discovered it was TUH accredited. The surroundings are modern, the tooth was extracted quickly without a lot of fuss or pain. Dr Gabreal was empathetic, professional and explained the pros and cons prior to commencing. His dental assistants went above and beyond the call of duty. ❤️ I could not have asked for a better experience. As I was leaving, I was given a list of do and don’ts written in easy to understand language AND I got my tooth to take home in a plastic bag. ‍♀️

Fantastic experience: It was our first time going to this dentist and I am happy to say we loved the experience. Atif was excellent with my nervous 16yr old daughter , he explained everything to the both of us before doing anything and had a talk with my daughter which calmed her down .Rafaa was very friendly and helped my daughter feel comfortable, I will definitely be bringing my whole family here for all our dental work in the future because of the friendliness, cleanliness and the quality of work done .

Negative experience: Nothing good to report, unfortunately. The dentist oscillated between indifference and disregard. Maybe I caught him on a bad day. Did two fillings, a small simple one and a more complicated one. The simple filling seems to be a good job, but the other filling is a poor job that has a lump in the back that food is getting caught under, and a pronounced ridge on the front of the tooth. For $650 you would expect a better experience. Not happy. EDIT: the tooth filling has now broken after just 8 days. What a ripoff. If he looks like he's having a bad day when he opens the door, run.

Fantastic experience: Awesome Family Dentist We were new to Bundaberg and needed a dentist; I was initially attracted by the beautifully renovated building which provides a welcoming, comfortable environment; but it turned out to be so much more than that! Dr Gabrael and Rafaa work as a very professional team; but are also genuinely caring and take time to listen. Dr Gabrael is a very gentle and competent dentist, who always listens carefully to my dental concerns and takes time to explain things. I like his careful and sensible approach. We have never felt rushed; and have always felt confident that we are receiving top class dental care; while at the same time going to the dentist is as comfortable as visiting old friends! I can't recommend this practice highly enough!

Fantastic experience: The whole team was exceptional, from the dentist himself to the staff, I attended this surgery with my son with an infection in his tooth, we received phone calls every day for a week to check up on his progress and to make sure there was no problems, we got in straight away with an emergency appointment, very caring people thank you so much!

Fantastic experience: I had a lovely experience with the team at Walker St Dental Clinic. I was able to get a very last minute appointment after a night of zero sleep due to tooth/jaw pain. They were able to immediately identify the cause and offer several options for treatment. Throughout the process both Rafaa and Gabrael were endlessly patient with me bringing my two children to the appointments and the work was as efficient and as comfortable as possible. Would not hesitate to visit again in the future.

Fantastic experience: New patient and needed a root canal. I knew that was coming as I was told it was going to be needed by my last dentist (just before I moved up here). I’m one of those people who actively avoids dentists as I’m very anxious and quite often have panic attacks on the dentist chair. I didn’t feel a thing and it was a very calm experience. I was shocked at this! I’m 50 years old and have never before had any dental work which didn’t involve some kind of pain or discomfort. 100% recommend this dentist. I’m still surprised at just how good this experience was!

Fantastic experience: A note of appreciation to the Dentist, assistant to the dentist and Raffa the practice receptionist. I was given an appointment at short notice yesterday for a broken tooth. The professional care and service was exceptional. The dentist fixed my tooth and within approx 1 hr and hlf. I was able to each mashed potato n gravy n chicken popcorn and drink a mocha coffee with no pain. I’m very grateful that my front tooth has been repaired and I’m looking forward to having more dental work completed at my next appointment later this month.
