Fantastic experience: Clinic fitted me in when I broke a tooth. I was greeted with friendly courtesy and smiles. The Dentist I saw was fabulous, as was her chair side assistant and clearly explained everything she was doing. She was gentle and caring.

Fantastic experience: I just wanted to thank Dr Emily Blackburn + all of the team for their lovely attention and care today. My high anxiety was put at ease throughout my uncomfortable procedure. Every word of assurance and the manner that everything that was delivered was like nothing I have experienced at a dentist. My fear of the going to the dentist is much less after today... Fantastic experience: I honestly cannot fault pacific smiles forster ! We are on holidays and my 19 month old fell and chipped her 2 front teeth and I was so upset and anxious. They reassured me and my little girl making us both feel so comfortable. The receptionist and dentist herself were so amazing ! I would give 10 stars if I could. Fantastic experience: I hate dentists but after my daughters traumatic experience with two different clinics one in Taree and one in Forster, finding Pacific smiles was a God sent, they are fantastic, everyone there I mean everyone. Negative experience: I had no problem with the dentist, my problem was with administration and reception who I found most unwelcoming and curt in their manner. As far as the booking system in concerned evidently, their bookings and reminders are sent from head office wherever that is and on a number of occasions they got that horribly wrong. Just my personal experience and I’m extremely happy with my current dentist in Taree. Just one last thing, from my observations, I’ve found the medical practices in Taree far superior and more accessible than Forster Tuncurry.

Negative experience: No attempt to accommodate emergency patientsat all told to ring at 8.15 started ringing constantly from just before this time and also left a message only to finally get through and speak to someone to be told none available How do you miss out when you are ringing constantly I think you pick and choose who you want to see not cool Pacific Smiles

Negative experience: Word of warning - please read before booking through the online system. Arrived to my appointment only be told that it wasn’t confirmed or in the system, despite receiving a confirmation email saying ‘appointment confirmed’ and then further following the appointment up a month after I booked (booked the appointment about 4 months in advance). The reception lady was pretty rude when I found out the bad news and wasn’t sympathetic at all and made me feel like I was in the wrong. Even though I booked through the online system and received a confirmation email, she said that unless the practice contacted you it’s not confirmed..which is very misleading. I was pretty frustrated given that I had taken time off work for this but was able to be squeezed in the next day. Please be careful when booking with this practice.

Fantastic experience: I was on a short break at Forster. Whilst travelling there I ended up with a very painful tooth ache. Pacific Smiles Dental, Forster were absolutely amazing with their support and communication. They went out of their way to help me. The front desk girls were so helpful, and the two dentists I saw were the loveliest ladies who also understood the pain I was in and also how terrified I am of the dentist. Fantastic experience: A big Thank you to Pacific Smiles, they made me an appointment for the next day and saved me from a nearly decade long headache from my wisdom tooth, Andrew pulled it out in no time I was shocked when he told me it was out because I didn't feel a thing, it was a really clean removal it didn't bleed much at all and I have near no pain the next day without any painkillers what so ever, Gemma called me today to make sure everything was going okay which was lovely and I really appreciate it. Also I spoke to Mel to make the appointment and she also was really lovely :)

Fantastic experience: Had my first dental visit here today, very convenient that they are opened on a Saturday. Dr Andrew Chau was very friendly and did a thorough clean :) The nurse Jess was also very friendly and made me feel at ease in the chair.

Fantastic experience: Amazing experience this morning with the dentist Dr. Gary Nawrungsah and nurse Belinda. I was so impressed with the kindness and consideration they gave me. I have quite a fear of going to the dentist and I've never experienced virtually painless surgery and such pacience and understanding of my fears. The end result of the work done was of great quality. It's a pity I'm traveling as they would definitely be my regular dentists. Highly recommend!!!!!! In fact I may even make a point of travelling back for future dental work:) As a side note I witnessed the receptionist Melissa handelling a difficult situation with an unreasonable patient very well and feel that the clinic as a whole is very genuine and caring.
