Fantastic experience: CFS provided the exceptional care my mother received at CFS Dental Oatley on December 23rd. ​Despite the busy holiday schedule, the administrative team went above and beyond to find her an urgent appointment for her severe tooth pain. We truly appreciate the patience and professionalism shown by the staff while we waited. I would also like to extend a special thank you to the dentist for their expertise and for treating her so effectively. ​We feel very fortunate to have had this resolved before the Christmas and New Year break. My case was not so straight forward , but Dr Boulos was just so wonderful and reassuring from the start. DR Boulos and her team take such thoughtful care with every step, making even the most nervous patient feel calm and supported. I’ve never felt so well looked after by a dental team. Highly recommended to anyone wanting outstanding care and a beautiful experience.”

Negative experience: I was warned not to use CFS but went ahead because the mature receptionist appears to be so very friendly. However I soon found out the receptionist gets cranky if you don't do things her way, and the dentists are incompetent. The receptionist here is for bringing in business, but has a sinister side. She says you need to see one of our dentists not just the hygienist (excuuuuuse me maaaam!) … you are? Your tone appears to need a tweeking! Or tune up! Additionally as I was checking in on my daughter who was having a root canal asking her ‘are you ok?’ this was frowned upon by her too. Perhaps she has become too big for her boots CFS. My daughters root canal was said to have hit a nerve but the dentist couldn't be sure he had or NOT (what?). Wed been attending a few appointments over the course of a few weeks for her root canal costing me the price of a small overseas holiday. But unfortunately these appointments my daughter attended, were misleading and in vein. Within a few weeks we were searching for an emergency dentist and being referred to an endodontist (which is where CDS should have referred us to in the first place). Her root canal had failed! Our new emergency dentist and now our trusted nee dentist felt very sorry for my daughter, now in severe pain, charging us $0. Additionally the CFS hygienist is rude with children and interrogated my young son with copious amounts of questions (not just about food he puts in his mouth). Which is disappointing because she appeared friendly when I had my own teeth cleaned by her. My son was interrogated with questions which were excessive and rude even when I asked her to stop. She questioned my son about who his dentist is and what he puts in his water bottle at school. She asked him who puts the lemon juice in his water at school but said it would errode his teeth. Who is your dentist? I said Id get back to her in a professional manner but she over stepped and said she can find out! This passively means she will check my son’s NSW Health Record with or without my permission. She also asked him who he lives with and where! The plastic inserts she used in his mouth were very uncomfortable and not necessary for a child. After this inappropriate comment was made in front of my young son and I,I couldn't help but notice a different side to her which was disappointing. But then I noticed her (the hygienist) and the receptionist having private conversations in front of us before we reached the reception area to pay. Its best to talk respectfully and politely infront of paying guests. So not only had I wasted a-lot of serious money at this practice on my daughters failed root canal, my son and I were treated disrespectfully and scolded for putting lemon juice in water and threatened ti have my sons NSW Health Record perused and reviewed by her at her hearts content!

Fantastic experience: Marion (Dr. Boulos) is an exceptional dentist. Kind, considerate and she ensures a great result. Dentistry is now state of the art, with my crown 3D printed in minutes.

Fantastic experience: I started seeing Dr Boulos and the team at CFS Dental on the recommendation of a friend and I have been so pleased with their service. Dr Boulos is thorough in her practice: expertly fixing aging dental work, helping me plan for long-term dental health and referring me for a much-needed sleep study. It's also great to be able to get a new cap or porcelain crown made on the spot and get it done in 1 visit. They've got me as a long-term client. ❤️

Fantastic experience: Had a chipped tooth and nerve exposed, so I was in so much pain. A few days out from Christmas and I was calling around and everyone I called was booked. Thank God I found this place. Right from the initial phone call, the receptionist was soooooo lovely and patient!! Everyone else I called was very short and sounded overwhelmed.. I wish I got her name.. what a pleasure it was to chat to her and she fitted me in for the same day!!! I came in and only waited a few minutes to be seen by the dentist. I paid over $350 for X-rays at the last place I went to in Miranda. This place only charged about $100-ish for the full mouth X-ray. Within about 40 minutes I was out of there. Relieved and not it too much pain. The dentist I saw was Dr Sheri. She was amazing and quick and her assistant was lovely too. Such a pleasurable experience when you’re in soooo much pain. Definitely will be back

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Dr Sheri Makari. My existing dentist recently retired and I visited CFS Dental and have gone back to see Dr Sheri several times since. She is extremely gentle, takes her time, is very thorough and really cares about your teeth. Monira was our dental assistant and she is also lovely and very caring. Everyone is very friendly, helpful and accomodating.

They made her feel at ease (which is the first dental practice that was able to do so) and she felt so comfortable with Rasha. The entire CFS Dental team were friendly, caring and minimised the stress from a stressful procedure. I highly recommend CFS Dental, specifically for kids who are anxious when having to go to the dentist.

Like most, I have extremely high expectations for the services I receive. Over time I have had good, bad and tragic experiences at the hands of other dental practitioners - too many to recall. Having set some context it is refreshing to come across the team at CFS Dental in Oatley. Dr Andrew Ng stands out from the crowd of as a seasoned, well versed practitioner who goes a little further to consider the customer's health and well being and comprehension of the work being undertaken long before he raises a tool - you're not a transaction, you're a valued customer and are treated as one by all staff from the moment you enter the Practice. His work, predominantly crowns and major dental in my experience has been second to none. I seldom make any posts - but this practice deserves a mention - highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: This is an excellent clinic, very clean, modern and the staff are professional and friendly. I took my 7 year old son in June to see Dr Marian for the first time. She was thorough in examining his teeth & explained things well to me. Dr Marian took her time with the treatments over 3 sessions and I was appreciative about how calm & caring she was and how well she understands & treats children. My son was very relaxed in their treatment chair watching Netflix which was a great distraction. Since then, my wife has seen Dr Marian & completed an extensive treatment plan. We have also taken our remaining 3 children for check ups recently and we were extremely happy. The kids loved the dental products/bags they were given on the way out. It’s wonderful to have met such a caring Dentist with a great team. The Receptionist, Theresa, was very helpful and friendly. Highly recommend this clinic.

Fantastic experience: What a great team and lovely photo of people who work at CFS dental at Oatley. I have in the past avoided going to the dentist as much as possible, even if it is something as simple as a clean or a check up. I feel anxious and fear. It is something difficult for me to overcome. My mum is the exact opposite and it is no problem for her. We both have visited this dentist clinic. But saying that, Dr Ng on the far right has a certain calmness about himself, understanding and gentleness in who he is and how he works that helps me feel more comfortable and a greater calmness in myself. He is a great gentleman. Teresa next to Dr Ng is the receptionist and she is lovely and friendly and also has talked to me and answered any questions I have had to do with teeth. Teresa has helped me in putting my mind at ease. The rest of the team who work helping Dr Ng there are like Amanda next to Teresa who provides excellent service in making sure Dr Ng is provided for any help he needs and Glazel on the far left of the photo and Musha next to her on the side of the photo. Others who make up this excellent team of people working there are Rasha, Dr Marian and Dr. Szeman. Fantastic experience: An excellent dental practice for young children. Marian and the team were fantastic with my 6 year old daughter who used to be scared of dental procedures. I was amazed to hear my daughter laughing during multiple dental procedures, including a filling (without a needle!). The practice has lots of great ways to distract and entertain young children during their appointments. I really liked how Marian clearly explained all the treatment options and progressed at a pace my daughter was comfortable with.
