Negative experience: If I could give zero stars, I would. This was a completely unacceptable experience. Not only did they knowingly cement a broken crown into my mouth, which was solved after many weeks. BUT when the issue was addressed, they attempted to offer me a discount in exchange for a 5-star review. I refuse to be bribed into lying about poor dental work. This practice lacks both medical competence and professional ethics. Stay away.

Fantastic experience: Good morning, my name is Lynn & I’ve had 2 appointments now with Dr Raj & I can’t recommend her high enough! Dr Raj & her assistant are very gentle, kind & patient at all times! I have awful teeth due to a poor upbringing & lack of knowledge how to look after them, Dr Raj is doing her best to help me keep what remaining teeth I have left! She has great suggestions but never pushy with the next appointment which makes me feel very comfortable, I can make my appointments as I can afford them!

So I've decided to try Smile Again and it was the best decision ever! The owner is lovely, very friendly and you can see that she loves what she is doing! Fantastic experience: I went to Smile Again for a check up and wisdom tooth removal after being in pain for few days. It’s around the corner, but just to be safe I went online to check the reviews. All positive so I’m good to go. The dentist was super friendly, the whole atmosphere was quite welcoming and the place was very clean. I soon realised this place is also a dental laboratory where apparently dentists from all over Australia send their patients moulds for quality crowns, dentures, implants and other restorations that I can’t name. Smile Again’s staff has shown me how these restorations are digitally designed and printed as well as some raw materials it’s made of. I’ve never seen anything like that!! I’m so happy to have come to a place where I could see that teeth - mine and others - are pure passion !! Thanks Smile Again for showing me around and I’ll definitely be coming back
